My wife and I were in the middle of a cross-country RV trip when we suddenly started having issues with our F-150 tow vehicle. There was smoke coming out of the engine area, which required immediate attention. We managed to get to Stuteville Ford, the closest Ford dealership we could find, and asked for help. They had me park our travel trailer in the back, and they jumped right on it. It turned out to be a failing "O" ring at the dipstick - a relatively simple repair. They had the part in stock and repaired it in less than an hour! I can't say enough about Crista at the service desk and their mechanics! They got us in and out quickly and back on the road! Very friendly and efficient staff!

Calli Price was excellent to work with she had excellent knowledge of the Bronco I was calling about I was really amazed that they didn't have a dealer markup on it and we're very nice to work with they gave me way more than what I was expecting on my trade I was in and out less than 2 hours can't wait tell all my friends about this place and let her fix all my friends up with new vehicles

It took over 5 months to get the second FOB for my new car. I had my oil changed and asked multiple times to make sure to put the spare tire in the rotation. Didnt rotate my tires yet alone put the spare in the mix. Had my outside air temperature sensor go bad after two months. The service department after 3 hours said the dummy light showed that ot was an exposed wire somewhere. They said it wasn't covered by my 100,000 mile warranty. I didn't understand that. It feels like they don't want to deal with me now that I've purchased a new vehicle.

Where do i start would give a 0 star but can't. Most unprofessional people I have ever seen. They will straight lie to your face and try to cover up what they had done with excuses. First of all I had a 2011 Ford Mustang 5.0 with 88,000 miles I just bought from o'mera Ford in Denver on 12/17/23 paid 19,000 for the car get to stuteville Ford asking how much they would give me for it on a trade in was told between 7000 and 9000 and had to give 5000 cash as well to be approved the loan on a 31,000 Buick Invision. And now my mustang sits on there lot listed for 15,000. So if I add right that's 12,000 dollars cash. But off the top when asked how much of a payment I could afford they don't bother to mention they already add a complete care fee of 1500 and a service contract fee of 4400 as well as a maintenance fee of 2800 dollars to the car before you even know it. So basically they stoled my mustang from me by adding all these fees in to a payment I could afford not knowing I was already purchasing the warranty in the monthly payment quote they asked if we could afford. So after all was done with me giving them my 19,000 dollar mustang and 5,000 cash on a 31,000 dollar Buick I still owe these scammers 29,000 dollars. Now that's getting lied to screwed over by people who don't disclose fees until they are signing the contract. Never by a car from this place you would be better off going somewhere else where you won't be taken advantage of and lie to your face. Asked them if we could call the fiance company ally financial to explain to them what they had done with this situation was told they don't reach out to lenders like that..WHY NOT. cause you don't want them to know how you scam people out of money right under there noses. Spent over 50k on a car that's not worth 25k. Be careful there a bunch of scammers. Funny thing brought this to there attention and was told I needed to leave the building because they know I caught there bullsh... Good luck like I've said go somewhere else if you don't want to be ripped off. Will never recommend this place to anyone.

Upon the purchase of the greatest vehicle I have ever owned (2021 Ford Bronco: Outer Banks) I never would have thought the horrendous service of this dealership would make my experience in the truck so lack-luster. The newest Ford tech has been such a disappointment in and of itself, yet it pales in comparison to the treatment I have received over the course of innumerable trips to the dealership to have it serviced. You would think that having so many issues on a brand new high-volume truck would call for better customer service. Having had my vehicle in the shop for a lengthy 5 days due to poor service from ANOTHER Ford dealership (no fault of my own), I have had to ask people for rides, their vehicle, and even walk from work to home. Upon the 5th day I requested - after never once being offered - a loaner vehicle, I was told no. The service department was kind and were only doing the job given them by their superiors, so I wish no harsh treatment of the service center. My biggest complaint aside from not having my vehicle for 7 whole days, is that I won't be able to drive my daughter to a Daddy Daughter dance in my own vehicle this weekend. Please, if you ever have to consider this dealership for service, be sure to plan around not having transportation for an extended period of time with no option provided by the dealership.

Got my ac fixed in my work truck. Had to remove entire dash to change out evaporator. Had it done in one day with no rattles and squeaks.

I am a traveling RN and had just been told by my hometown FORD dealer that my rear window in my 2022 F-150 was leaking and needed to be replaced. I traveled to Ponca City, OK the next day (1200 miles). My Ford dealer contacted Ponca City Ford Dealer about my truck issue. Stuteville Ford honored the warranty repair and arranged for Safelight to replace the window. I was impressed with the timeliness and professional jod that was done.

Had a great experience here. Like most people I dread purchasing a vehicle as it is exhausting with so much back and forth. I was fortunate enough to work with Mason. High energy guy and personable. I contacted him on a Sunday afternoon through Facebook Marketplace. Met him Monday morning at 8am and was leaving the lot at 10:30am in a new vehicle. Had a trade in as well and felt he worked with me to get a great trade in value. Mason wasn t pushy and seemed genuine. Was honest and up front with me. Despite this dealership being 2 and half hours away from me, I will be back working with Mason whenever it s time for a new vehicle. Highly recommend
