They gave my truck back after replacing the differential seal without bolting back up the front differential mount!! I drove home 30 miles like this! Very dangerous! My son took one ride in it and told me it was to unsafe to drive. After some time he found the issue and fixed it himself! Then After reporting it to the manger I only got. "Ok I will look into it" I asked to speak to the general manager y was told that he was not in. This shop had my truck 6 weeks and gave it back with bolts totally missing risking my life driving it home.

I bought a 2023 Chevy Spark in late August early September. Was told it had been in a fender bender but had been fixed. They told me they had checked it out and everything was fine. Taking their word for it I signed an as is agreement. Now I have had an accident on the drivers side. When the body shop started tearing into it apparently it had been totaled before and some of the parts were put back together with drywall screws. So they didn t do an inspection before selling it to me or they just sold it to me anyways. Who knows what could have happen to me if my accident had been more serious with it having structural damage and not being aware of it. They will not get my repeat business and I m going to make sure everyone to be leery when dealing with them!!

Had a transmission replaced on warranty and when we went to pay they charged us an extra $55. When we talked to the warranty department they told us that the service department performed unnecessary work and refused to pay for it. When I challenged the service department on the unnecessary work and charge they eventually told me that s just how it is and refused to take the charge off. Don t trust them not to overcharge and take advantage of you. One man flat out lied about what he had conveyed to my wife and I.

The service team came through in an emergency and discussed the problem with me thoroughly, going above what I have experienced with many dealership service departments, even some mechanics. They fixed the problem and explained possible future problems that may show up. Pleasantly surprised by the professional attitude and customer service that is rarely found anymore.

They stink. I took my truck in to be fixes.they chargered me over 2 thousand dollars replaced gas line and repaired and wire. They said it was good to go.... WRONG.STILL SOING THE SAME THING. DO NOT I MEAN NEVER TAKE YOUR VEHICLE THERE

When our 2021 Chevy 3500 Silverado with 17,000 miles broke down and left us stranded 700 miles from home and 20 miles from the nearest town, it was towed to Stuteville Chevy in Ponca City. We were told they Might be able to get the part in a month. No loaner or rental car could be provided. The closest rental car was 80 miles away but Uber and Lyft won t pick up in the middle of no where Oklahoma. The impression I got from Stuteville Chevy was We Don t Care, It s your problem. We were stranded in a camper 20 miles from the nearest town, running out of water and no way to move. After a week at the dealer ship and no end in sight, we ended up having to pay an independent shop to fix the truck and got it back in two days. Stuteville Chevy and the General motors warranty were worth less. GM could not provide the part because they were too busy building new vehicles to care out there existing customers. GM did absolutely nothing to resolve our problem but did let us know that since we had to use a non GM part they now have a reason to deny future warranty claims. We asked them to order the GM parts and we would bring it to our local dealer to have the GM part installed, nope can t help you. Never again will I buy a General Motors vehicle.

Bryce has been a nightmare to deal with. He is not honest and makes up excuses to try to cover up his mistakes. I called on 8/8 about a recall he told me would order the part takes 24 hrs to get in. I scheduled an appt for 15th (pto day)got there had oil changed and then after waiting for 2.5 hours he came out and told me that the part never showed up. He then proceeded to tell me would be here in next few days and I could bring in on Saturday to have done. Called Thursday miguel told me not there yet, hadn't heard back so Saturday when I was off I called and misty told me it came in Friday morning and I'd have to schedule appt cuz rhey don't do this recall work on weekends? I got call from Bryce at 830am Monday 21st saying he just arrived to work and the part is finally there. Told him that's funny cuz I was told came in on Friday but he didn't keep his word to call me. So went to have fixed on Saturday 8/26 on my day off. Went and picked up at 1pm when done and now my drivers seat hangs up don't know if they tightened bolts too tight or what so u get to take another day off to spend at dealership for this to be fixed.... not happy at all with any of the experience

They got me in a car before x-mas and I really was tight on time but they did it !!!!! . and in the ball bark numbers I gave them. Stuff happen things come up .Thank you Andrew for your efforts and time.If Google would allow 2 review for one company I would do that cuz my first review holds true but about a year and a half later this trip I would probably rate and I want to say about two or three stars. It felt as if no one was truly listening and trying to push what they wanted. I will say I think the sales manager was trying to work with the information she was given I personally felt like even she started questioning what is going on what am I missing and how can we get her in a car because she eventually even came out of her office to directly talk to me but it still felt I was not truly being fully listened to .

Bryce in the service center is the best! Even though I didn t buy our GMC from them, he got it right in and treated me as if I d been one of their customers all along. Huge difference from how their service department used to be.Stutteville, give that man a raise!

We recently moved here from out of state and had major issues with our vehicle. We began to get a bit nervous because we're not familiar with the area and I don't have the time to do the repairs because of my job. Enter Bryce from Stuteville Chevrolet Buick GMC. He calmed our nerves, explained the situation and even introduced us to the mechanic, Dean, who was also very helpful in informing us that they had EVERYTHING under control and we had absolutely nothing to worry about!! When we get our new tires and anything else for our GMC Acadia, we will DEFINITELY take it to you guys!! Thank you so much Bryce and Dean! We GREATLY APPRECIATE YOU!! Bryce Dean

I had an appointment at 8:30 for an oil change and tire rotation. Had asked them to check left rear tire as it was losing pressure. At 10:30 I was still sitting and waiting. Went to the service department to check and my car was just being worked on. I asked why so long. They said a technician had an emergency and had to leave. at about 11:15 I think they were finally through. I checked my air level in my tires as I was leaving because my left rear tire was still low on air. Went back to the dealership and they said it had to be re-calibrated.They did get that worked on. Should ve been done while it was in there. Not sure if they checked tire got a mail etc. I only got an invoice. Nothing yo show what they did. Also found out you need to ask them to rotate tires diagonally each time. I was not pleased with the service at all this time.

In the service department the there was a lady and a man who were behind the counter. They were poor at customer service. They kept their heads down at their computer as if who was going to be the first one willing to help me. April is the only one I am familiar with and she always seems to do all she can. The installation side of it all, it appears everything is going ok so far.

Troy was very helpful and attentive. We expressed our needs and he worked with us to find a vehicle that would work for us! Our only sticking point was that there were some discounts on the table through GMC/Chevrolet that I had to ask for because the dealership was not aware / forgot about. But even then, once I brought the discounts up, Troy and the rest of the staff were quick to make sure we got them applied to our purchase. So do the research for what incentives GMC/Chevrolet are offering, but Stuteville will take care of you really well!

Cheated me out of $711. Their mistake caused the issue to return & also included a new issue that wasn t there before. They claim it s normal maintenance, but I have never ever ever ever had this problem on any new or used vehicle I have owned & I have owned more than a couple high mileage vehicles. The service department is subpar & neither I or any family member wil EVER recommend this business. They had my vehicle 10 days & I was never given a loaner car either. Poor, poor, poor business practices!!!!!

Was great! Aren knew I wanted the new 2024 Trax so he contacted us the day the one we bought came in. Drove to Ponca and loved it so I bought it! Got a great price for my 2021 Trax. We have bought many vehicles with Aren Porec as our salesman and he always been the best!

I needed a cover replaced on the drivers side seat. Just happened to stop at Stutevilles one afternoon with no appointment. Both the service department and parts department were friendly and helpful. Said they had to order the part but that it would be in first thing in the morning. They called about 8:00 that morning saying they had the part. Took my car in and they replaced the cover for me. I was in and back home within the hour. Great service and friendly people.

Troy made the process of buying my new car super easy and stress free! I wasn't even planning on looking at cars the day I dropped my boyfriend off to pick up the new truck he had ordered, but I saw one in the lot and decided I might as well test drive it while they were getting his truck ready for him to take. Next thing I know I'm signing the paperwork and we both got brand new vehicles the same day! If our salesman hadn't been so friendly and easy going I probably wouldn't have even considered going through with my purchase, but he never pressured me or made me feel like I had to go home with a vehicle. He just let me know that if I was interested, he would help. And he did! Will definitely go there for my future vehicles as well!

We need our pickup serviced for a recall so I called Stuteville Chevrolet in Ponca City, OK. After speaking with a very short & rude Service Scheduling Rep, we decided to take our business elsewhere. It's disappointing because this location is only approximately 22 miles from us. However, we'll drive the 100+ miles to a different dealership for the sake of good customer service (appointment already made after speaking with a Rep that was kind, polite and professional from the start).The Rep may have been having a bad morning and I genuinely hope her day gets better. I don't believe she understands the importance of her position as one of the first points of contact for the company she is representing.

Really great to deal with. Picked me up at the airport. Neal and Patrick Green were really great. Jason Hawkins answered questions for us. We liked our experience with these people. We traveled from Maine for this specific Camaro. It is gorgeous, one of a kind. Great job Neal putting it together. Thank you Patrick for helping to make it ours.

Still 1 star to many, made appointment 4 days in advance had truck all day on a 2 hr job still didn't get it in, mechanic not working Saturday so they wanted to keep my welding truck till monday knowing i will b working it, last chance at my business. Worse service department i have seen, just don't care about the customer.

Well, it wasn t easy. We had months and months (years) of trying to get exactly what I wanted due to parts shortages. We tried to order a 2021, then a 22, and finally, the 23. Once the order went through we were amazed by how fast we got delivery of the vehicle. Then the hard part, negotiating price. Not much wiggle room nowadays but I think we all, dealership, salesman and myself, gave a little (some more than others (thanks Joe Denoya).
