What a great friendly and knowledgeable crew they have!! James took great care of me and my Dad.. They offered us refreshments while our short wait.They explained everything to me and answered all my questions and concerns.. Jean underneath the car did an excellent job!! I definitely will be back! Customer for life!!

Been here twice. Both times the guys were amazing. Appreciate their customer service. They even offer cool services after your service, like air and fluid caps between service! That's a nice plus $!

The guys were really friendly. Very knowledgeable about their job and super fast. Would recommend getting your oil changed here to anyone. I will definitely be using them for my oil changes in the future.

I went in to get my scheduled oil change. Everything was explained to me as they were doing it and was even offered refreshments as I waited. I was in and out and costs were low. I went straight from there to Wal-Mart. When I was leaving Wal-Mart my car wouldn't start. Me not knowing anything I called them and they came right over and fixed the problem. My battery had died and that had nothing to do with the oil change so they didn't have to come help me but they did. They went way over above and beyond and I appreciate that. They have a customer for life.

I was pleased with service but the price is a little high. Walmart runs around 50, Chevy dealership runs around 45, and Take Ten is around 70. I paid 109 even after a coupon that saved me 45.00. I did get another filter but it just seems a little expensive for the same amount of work all the other shops can do.

John and his coworker (didn't catch his name) were very friendly, super efficient and extremely knowledgeable. Got my car taken care of and i was back on the road in no time! Great experience

They re always so polite and take care of everything. They even let me know that my fuel pump was starting to whine so that I can start saving for a new one. They gave me a few recommendations for auto mechanic places. So very kind. I ll always go here.

They did a very good job exactly what I expected covered all the details with me and provided a great service. The only thing I would ask is that they get the ability to do radiator flushes.

Today was my first visit and I was impressed! Incredible staff who are fast, efficient, and very friendly. Workshop is meticulously clean and organized. Pricing for an oil and filter change and new cabin air filter was about the same as other places I've been to around Ponca (I did have a coupon though). Once you've visited they mail/email coupons to you and tire pressure checks/fills and windshields wiper fluid top-offs are free. Overall I was very pleased and will continue coming here in the future!

Strickland Brothers is the best place to change your oil in Ponca City. I love that they can service my Mercedes Benz so I don't have to take it to OKC

Always friendly! Never longer than ten minute Oil change. They don't try to upsell on everything. It's the only place i've gone 24 the last year.

The two men that did my oil change were extremely helpful and respectful they both answered all my questions very well and I will definitely go back there and will recommend this business to all. This was the first oil change place that offered me a bottle of water and I ve never seen a cleaner shop.The two gentlemen didn t make me feel like my questions we re aggravating them lol I ask a lot of them

Amazing service! I showed up 15 minutes before closing and most businesses hate that, but they didn t mind at all! In fact, they were happy to help me out. They were honest, friendly, helpful, and just overall great to be around. I ll absolutely be going back! I m giving you one star because you are not open on Saturday.People are off work on the weekends and want to get an oil change instead of there lunch break or after work when they are tired.Pppppplease open up on Saturdays
