Fast, friendly, and we drove three different styles before we decided. They gave us an offer of extra warranty and lower payments. I have wanted to come see what they offer for a while, an opportunity arose and we took it. Would recommend their services.

This is my third vehcile purchase from Pioneer Auto and every time it's still top quality service. Came to the car lot originally looking for one car I was interested in online, Seth showed me around the lot and asked what I liked and got me into this Chevy Malibu I fell in love with instantly. Seth is super professional and great at what he does. Got through paperwork and everything else and was out the door with my keys in hand all in an hour of looking around the car lot, test driving, and signing paperwork. I'd highly recommend giving your business to Pioneer Auto they always got your best interest in mind and if you happen to go through Seth or any of the other guys, they'll take great care of ya!

Whatever you do, do not buy a vehicle from Pioneer auto!!!! They sold me a vehicle, knowing that the cam was going out in it. They done everything they possibly could do to cover it up! I drove 2 1/2 hours to pick up a truck from them spoke to the secretary and the salesman they both told me that the truck was perfect, Nothing was wrong with it. As soon as I got there, I knew it was missing. I took it to AutoZone for them to check and they had screwed around with the truck so much that it just said that one of the spark plugs needed to be replaced. They are not trustworthy people at all. Don t spend your money there. It took the manager all day to call me back and then he still was not man enough to call me back. He had the secretary call me back and say that they will not do anything. I told the secretary I don t even want my money back on the truck. I just want them to fix the problem with the truck. But because I paid cash I m just out of luck spend your money elsewhere. To the secretary if you don t want to be categorized with the people that you are working for find another job, you lied to me too. She knows that they are doing people wrong.

This place is overpriced they Must be smoking crack. Selling cars that look like some of them been in an accident. They're not even affiliated with the better business bureau ask to see the carfax

Lied to me about my car being a clean title and no wrecks! Also they told me I was the second owner, when in fact I was the 5th one!! The only way I found out is I went to go trade in my car that I got from here 2 years ago and come to find out, my car had a rebuilt title, 3 wrecks one of the wrecks was considered totaled. Never again will I or anybody I know buy another car from here and you shouldn t either!!*edit*I m the 2013 Dodge Dart you sold to me!! After it was sold back to y all 3 times!! Whoever is behind this account is such a narcissist and unprofessional and cannot take the truth! Instead you try to degrade these TRUTHFUL reviews to warn others about how sketchy you guys are.

Absolutely TERRIBLE! They sold us a lemon and will do absolutely NOTHING to help fix it. Have had problems with the vehicle since the 2nd day of having it. They ignore you & do absolutely everything they can to NOT fix the situation. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! Worst place I ve been too.

Kyler was a no pressure guy,he didn't chase me down in the parking lot I got to graze and pick and chose as I wanted. He Was patient with my young timer as I forgot to bring this and that. Good price a quality without the big sales press thank you for allowing us to do business with you!

Good luck that places is horrible I got my car sept 9 2023 since I got it home I ve had nothing but problems with it only getting to drive it 2 times will not call me back or even try to talk to me an tells me what do you want me to do about it after they tell you they will cut a check or put me in something else good luck you want a lemon they will definitely give you 1 an Tyler is a joke !!!!

Great car buying experience. The staff was very helpful and answered all of our questions professionally and they were very polite. A little paperwork and I drove away with an affordable monthly payment and a well taken care of vehicle.

Went there to ask about a car. They had me fill out an application. Never called me back and told me what the bank said and then as I drove by they had sold the car I was looking at 5 minutes after I filled out the application. I would not buy a car from them if I was you they will not contact you at all.

They do not return phone calls, even when you are trying to buy a car from them. They also ran my credit twice in one day without my permission! Called to ask if my previous application was still good or if I needed to re-apply. Guy named Rudy, says, let me check and I'll call you back. I ended up calling him back. And later find out instead of checking on my previous application, he ran my credit not once but twice. Then when I called to ask, he was always too busy to speak with me or return my calls. Scam!! You are better off just going through your bank.

Have to change previous review. Gave them 5 stars cuz they promised me a full tank of gas for it. Truthfully they sold me a 2015 Mustang that was advertised with premium package. I was told at time of purchase everything worked. Boy was that a lie. Heater is out, wiper fluid doesn't spray, seat heater and coolers ate out. Just to name a few. To date still haven't got them to fix it. Typical auto sales people.

Very friendly environment, super easy to work with. The employees are respectful and explain the process very well. We worked with Rudy Rockett and I just want to say how extremely kind he was and how he made it super easy to get everything in line and ready to go. I ve never been to such a nice dealership before and I definitely recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to stop by Pioneer Auto and check them out! 10/10 would definitely purchase another vehicle from Rudy.
