They always have what I need and help me every step of the way to complete my projects . I need the part and they usually get it to me the next day if not sooner

I was having trouble changing my headlight and Brady helped me out! Super kind and also showed me how so I know for next time! I so appreciate the help and knowledge because the store I was at before made me feel stupid for not knowing what kind of headlights I needed. Drove across town to come here because y all are always so friendly and helpful anytime I need anything for my car! I know better next time and will come straight here to get anything I need! So thank you so much Brady! So awesome and kind!

Always friendly and helpful. I have gone to O'Reilly's since we moved up here and to the one in Duncan before and have always been treated great and I'm female. I've had employees show me where and how to fix a problem. Thanks guys you've got my business.

Alright customer service. Most of them act like they're just worried about how fast they can get you out the door. Seems to not have many solutions. That's if you don't already know what you need.

O'Reilly's is a great store. No matter which store you go into they're always helpful courteous and friendly. They will help you put on wiper blades check your battery and find the things that you need. If they don't have it they will get it ordered or offer suggestions.

I was waiting for service. When an employee came storming in dropped a battery on the counter cursing about a customer that wanted his battery returned because he could not install the battery on the car for him. Then continued cussing more because the store doesn't have the proper tools to switch out the battery but they offer that service to customers.

Walked in asked the only person up front about getting a new battery for my car. She checked her computer walked over picked it up and checked me out. Quick Efficient and Friendly

Really good auto/mechanical establishment & staff. Helped me in MANY way's & even able provide all that was needed & SAVED in my finance's ! Great staff & well stocked & presentationable establishment , and great location , a very easy & well placed location for it !

I got to o'rileys at 7:35 am to buy a tool I need before work the door says they they open at 730 i knock on the glass 3 peoe come out from the back and just look at me a few times stand around and leave again thanks
