Poor customer service, older guy that worked there from 8-5 had another 30 minutes left of his shift and said he couldn t help me switch out a tethered gas cap. There was only 2 other customers in store. Said if I wanted to come back for a third time at 6pm the next shift could do it really quickly.

I had to dump my used oil changes. The staff at Oreillys store #267 are always very good to me. They treat me like I am always appreciated! Robert, Wallie, Ellis, and Lloyd are always great! I'm a true blue Oreillys customer and have been since the early 90's. Thanks for the store in Blackwell, Oklahoma. It's a great addition to our small community!

Called and asked for dash kit for a car and asked if the guy could set it aside for me and I'll bring in the stereo to make sure it's the right one, get there guy left for the day after 5 minutes from hanging up the phone with him, rest of the staff just kinda stood around acting useless, asked them if they knew which kit was needed or recommended and got nowhere. Went to autozone.

No experience about cars trucks or farm all workers seem to be just out of high school i called and had one that argued with me over the part i need was a wheel bearing as he continued to sell me the wrong part if u dont want to deal with incompetence i'd recommend the other one in town here is just storage aswell as i saw one worker install wipper blades in just under 30 min not to bad?
