Video of my encounter with Jerry about his "guaranteed work" can be found on You Tube. (trying to get a link to post on here.)Jerry lied about guaranteeing his work. He and his young worker lied in court, stating that they told me my tires were worn-out and damaged every time I brought my in my car. I just bought it and the tires were new. Walmart checked my tires shortly after I bought the car, I had them check the pressure. I had another company change my oil and they checked the tires no issues. See attached documents. The video shows Jerry's lies. Also, he said that after changing my front struts in Jan. 2023 he drove my car and it did not need an alignment. (Don't need a machine to check alignment, just drive it?!) About three months later three of my tires are shot matching the alignment doc. I recently went to Northside Import to have o2 sensor(s) replaced in my mustang. When they called to have me pick up the vehicle and pay for service they informed me that the o2 sensor did not need replaced and they cleaned the air filter and explained the bill was to clean the air filter. The mechanic also explained that if o2 sensor continues to malfunction to let them know. I called to inform them it was not working properly today. I also shared my dissatisfaction with the service due to them not taking care of what I had initially brought the vehicle in for. I understand their is a diagnostic fee when you take your vehicle to any mechanic; however, I brought my vehicle in requesting a specific service that they failed to provide. I thought they would appreciate me coming back to them to voice my concern to the alternative of sharing my dissatisfaction with the community, but unfortunately they did not have a solution. I would like others to know my experience with this mechanic shop. Hopefully this saves someone else from receiving unacceptable service in the future.

Although I came to find out I needed a battery and not a starter, and did not need their service today, I did stop by the shop. As someone who spent years in the auto industry, the first thing I noticed was the cleanliness and organization of the facility. And then I met the nice lady in the office. Immediately I realized they take pride in what they do and that they care about most is their customers . Based on what I saw, I am sure their work is quality as well and will surely use them at some point in the future. I suggest anyone needing auto repair give these nice folks a shot!

a misdiagnosis cost me a week without my vehicle and $500 in parts and labor... to add insult to the whole situation, he offered to fix it in one day (why did it take a week the first time?) ask around (i wish i did) everyone told me it was a mistake taking it to Northside imports, hindsight is 20/20

GREAT shop! Got great reports about the shop from many of my friends too :o)I thought the nearest mechanic for our diesel VWs were at least 80 miles away, but no more.

The technicians are great and the service is good, don't let anyone tell you different. you wont find another import shop anywhere close. They have been running for years and they have plenty of experience.
