Robby has always taken good care of me and my vehicle. He was recommended to me by a trusted friend and I am very thankful. He is honest. Literally saving me hundreds of dollars on repairs! Thank you Robby!

Robbies always fair with me, I am elderly and widowed, if he were less than honest he could have taken advantage but he doesn't, he's even come out and told me there's nothing serious it's a $2 clip. I recommend him to anyone in town.

I had an idler pulley go about 10 miles outside of town and take the serpentine belt with it. I pulled over around 5:00 p.m. at the first hotel I saw. After making a few phone calls I was impressed with all of the local mechanics recommended Harrell Automotive. I was not able to get a hold of them before they close that day but other mechanics in the area called him and gave him my information. The next morning he came to the hotel fixed my truck and got me on the road before 11:00 a.m. check out time. The charge was very reasonable and the service was very professional and friendly. I highly recommend them if they seem to have the best reputation in town with the other mechanics as well.

ordered new wheel studs for one wheel and they stripped all of them. This place is a waste of time and money. Can t do a job as simple as that then you shouldn t have a business

Took in my Dodge 2500 with transmission leak and unknown issues, which we thought might be major. They fixed my truck and the price was very reasonable. No more transmission issues and no more leaks. They're very honest here and charge appropriately. They got my truck in quickly and got it ready to come back to me quickly which I greatly appreciate! So glad to know there is a mechanic in town that I feel very confident in!

Called ahead to schedule a time to have my oil changed and brake pads looked at since they were squeaking sometimes when I used them and I had a road trip planned the following week over Thanksgiving. Arrived the day and time scheduled and it seemed like no one was aware I was coming, though they said they would add me to the list and told me it should be done by noon. Hadn't heard anything by 1pm so I called and it sounded like they forgot about me but said they would look at my vehicle next. About an hour later I got a call saying they were done. When I arrived they said they couldn't find any issues with my brake pads. One of the front breaks had a small nick so they replaced that with the hope that it would fix the issue.The next week while on my road trip in New Mexico my brakes starting making a grinding sound every time I came to a stop. I took my vehicle to a repair shop and they informed me my rear breaks were so worn that the rotor also needed to be replaced. Almost $400 later, the problem was now fixed and the shop informed me that this should've been caught by the prior place that inspected my brakes.Upon return from my trip, I brought this to the attention of Harell Automotive. I even brought the brake pads in question for visualization. I was told that they did indeed overlook this issue, but they informed me there was nothing they could do because with how worn they were, the rotor would've had to have been replaced anyways.Apparently Harull Automotive had no qualms charging me $230 for replacing brake pads that never needed to be changed in the first place, but refused to help in any way for the extra cost I had to pay out of pocket to fix something that they should have found in the first place.Would not recommend using Haurell Automotive for vehicle repairs. They may overlook the actual issue and charge you for services you don't need and then not help in any way if they do miss the actual issue and that costs you extra money to have to fix.Services: Brakes, Oil change

85 c10: Said $400 to put in a flywheel and line up the starter it started one time at the shop got it home never started again says it'll be a week or two before he'll be able to get to it. I've given it 2 weeks before posting this. Said he was doing me a favor to get it in early I feel like for $400 I should have got what I paid for I'll never going back again and I'm going to make sure no one I know goes there either

I m glad that the got everything done and fixed my car, They had it done cheap, professional, on time, and had good quality service. You would be a fool to not come here, They guy that told me what was wrong with my car was very professional about everything. I suggest this place a ton this was an AMAZING experience!!! I loved it.

*Dishonest and do not honor their guarantees.*After selling my daughter a car they said was "in excellent mechanical condition, nothing wrong with it, and everything works", my daughter discovered there was no AC compressor on it. After calling Rob, she was told they weren't putting one on it but would be happy to charge her 220-280 to install one if she bought one for it.

I bought a car from him (rob) for 1,100 and he temps me it runs and is in perfect condition. I check everything and it seems to be true, even the a/c. Now I wish I would of let the a/c run longer because after a day of using it my car blows nothing but hot air. I buy Freon to recharge it and find out there is no air compressor. I called him to see if we could fix it and he got an attitude and told me I have to buy the part and then he'll put it in for about $280. Won't be taking my money to him again.

My wife had car trouble while visiting in Ponca City. The owner, Robert, went to her motel to see what the problem was, found the parts needed, had the car towed to his shop, and had her on the way home in under 3 hours total time. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! All done on a Friday afternoon, avoiding her having to stay for the weekend in Ponca City. Thank you, Robert, for your professionalism and willingness to help a traveler in distress.

Hi this is moose we have the bmk taxi out of town out of state cars that robby has been awsome always has my out of town taxis ready quick,and the donation cars in city limits always towed running ,he's been great !
