My trailers wheel bearings decided to freeze up on me and cause the spindle of the trailer to get messed up and the wheels went one way as I was going another. I made a ton of calls and I ly Harland's had a option to repair the trailer. I spoke with Jason and he did way more than he had too in order to help me out an get me back on the road. All the staff is very friendly and polite. They all also know thier jobs and how to treat a driver. Respect lots of respect for a driver and understanding about getting a driver back onto the road. While I was there another driver needed to get to a hotel due to issues with his truck he was given a ride to a local establishment. There are not too many places that will do that for a driver these guys went above and beyond my expectations on getting me back on the road in a timely manner. Once again a giant THANK YOU to all the staff at Harland's Diesel Service. This driver appreciated the quality work you did.

Had my clutch brake go out on the road. These guys got me in at 8:00 the next morning and out by 9:00 excellent customer service

Trust these people they responded quickly to my breakdown helps me get my truck going again follow me back to their shop to replace the part that was going bad and sent me on my way. The call out for what the mechanic did was a little bit expensive but they let me stay in their parking lot overnight after getting my truck running and replacing the part that went bad. Good people good service and friendly faces. They do try but sometimes when they get busy they may not be able to respond as quickly as you would like but I can assure you they will try their hardest as they did with me and I do appreciate that. So if you need a good mechanic and they call out service that is second to none call these folks Harland.

In today's world it's definitely hard to find "honest,"and "knowledgeable" mechanics. This shop surpassed my expectations they diagnosed the issue with confidence by hand and ear, then confirmed it with the computer. I wish I could box Harland up so I could pull'em out whenever necessary to know I'll have the best man on the job at all times. Thanks again guys for getting me back on the road to TX quickly. No doubt one of the best seasoned professionals still standing.

The air system failed on my motorhome and ended up in an emergency situation. The owner of the shop was very gracious to send out a technician on a Friday with a new air dryer unit. The technician had it installed within an hour and a half, once done had me check the system and everything work perfect! The price was more than reasonable . So thankful for the shop!Honesty and integrity goes a long way!

If I could give these guys 10 stars, I would! We were broken down in our motor home about 15 miles from the shop and unable to get there. They sent Jason to us and he was able diagnose exactly what was wrong. I will be forever grateful for their kindness, willingness to help and understanding. These guys are great. Jason and Ray gave us first class service. RV had lost serpentine belt and coolant. They had me back on road by lunch. Interrupted their work to help us out. Thank you so very much. Highly recommend Harlands!!!

All I can say Is these guys put there heart and soul into working on my truck From the very first phone call to the finishing touches they went above and beyond to get me back on the road the same day there team is very knowledgeable and Honest not like a lot of other places I ve been to after being broken down twice and visiting other shops they actually found out the root of the problem and fixed it even had a few guys stay late to pitch in I m from Florida And I will definitely be using them for any future issues and preventive maintenance I sincerely thank you Guys Service: Steering & suspension repair

Went into their shop Monday May 4th 2020 had problem with turbo and oul leaks and some other issues they had me done following day.harlan Jason and all the mechanics and staff are great people. Being a lease operator or owner operator being back on the road quickly is important to surviving this industry.these folks did a great job I very highly recommend thanks guys

Husband had #3 cylinder drop and cracked head. Had it towed to this shop. Took them almost week and half to complete. In the process caused a leak in a air conditioner line. Didn't replace turbo oil line and it was leaking. And we found a loose washer by #1 valve. They didnt run the computer on it to make sure all cylinders were hitting. Hes gone from 6 miles to a gallon to 4.5. They did send us a check to pay for oil leaked and the turbo oil line. But we believe the used cylinder they sold us was bad to begin with. We put it on a computer and #4 wasnt hitting. We've replaced it ourselves. In all this truck hasn't ran properly in 7 weeks since it was in this shop. Now it is running really good, no vibrations and shuddering.

Get a written quote before letting them work on your truck! The verbal quotes are 1/4 to 1/3 of the actual prices they attempt to charge!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change
