The people were friendly enough, but I am extremely disappointed with the outcome of my window tint. They placed a sticker (roughly two inches long) with their company name and phone number (to advertise) between the tint and the glass so that it cannot be removed without taking the tint off completely. I find it extremely irritating that I paid full price for their service, and I am being forced to advertise for them. At first, I thought it was just a sticker on the inside that could be removed; after looking at it the next day, I realized it was between the glass and film, which also causes the tint to have a bubble around the sticker since it cannot sit completely flush. The worst part is that they are both slightly crooked; this really bothers me when I see it, and I can do nothing to fix it. I really don't understand how this company feels as though this is something customers are ok with, or that it is effective advertising. I am fairly certain that nobody is ever going to see a car with window tint, and think "oh that looks nice, let me closely examine the window to see if I can find out where I can get window tint like that!" Honestly, I am quite sure that every person in this country realizes they would be suspected of theft, or planning to break into a vehicle if they were closely looking into a car window...so I find this sticker to be nothing more than a pointless way to upset a paying customer.Now I guess I have to pay another company to remove this tint, and replace it with an advertisement free film. I am extremely dissatisfied with the experience, hiring them to tint my windows was an absolute waste of money.

They are amazing people Brett Brown was awesome and amazing his team did a great job on tinting my windows. I would recommend them to anyone there price at $220.00 was awesome. If you want to get your windows tinted this is place for it they are good people and friendly. Give them a call and make a appointment with them you want be disappointed cause I am very pleased with them and the staff that is why I gave them a 5 star. Way to go Brett Brown keep up the good work I will see you again soon

It took them over 2 weeks to put on two front tires and window tint on the 2 front windows and they not only charged me 160 more than original price they got the wrong style of tires and wouldn't put my original tires on after they told me they already put on the tires they ordered without charging the 680 dollars. Then they told me nobody sells the tires I have on the back anymore after buying them a month before hand. I went down the road and got an exchange for the new tires he put on for the matching tires I have on the back, I think Brett is his name handled everything but a complete idiot or huge liar

My truck broke down in Ponca City and I was in desperate need of a 2-post lift to do the repair work. Brett Brown was graciously willing to let me use his facility and was SUPER helpful in getting me going again! I cannot thank him enough, I only wish we had a shop like his in my hometown!!! I totally recommend Auto Intintions, GREAT GUYS!

Had a trailer hitch installed and correct. Had them wire for towing our camper. Instead of mounting the wiring to the car it was just left laying in the trunk. He claims that's the only way to do it and We will just have to let it hang out the back of the trunk. I just thought that was the way it'll have to be but then I got home and my husband was not happy that I paid for that, $388. They also put the wrong connector on and said this is the only way to hook up the lights on my car . Brett did say bring me your camper and I will put the right connector on it at no cost. I thought that was nice but then the first thing he does is cup off my connector and lose it. It sat at his shop for a week and nothing got done. When we went to get it I asked for a refund because of the job not done right or completed. The first thing that he said was" you get your camper and get the clout of my store, I have jumped through hoops for you." Brett embarrassed and humiliated me by yelling and cussing at me. I will never recommend that store to anyone. If he needed that $388 bad enough to act like that, well it was absolutely uncalled for.

We have had 3 vehicles tinted here and extremely pleased with the service. Will be our place to go for future service. Highly recommend!

Ordered visors for my suv windows. Received the ones I wanted that the parts stores had told me were not available. Price & service great. Very happy customer.

Raised the price on me when I went to pick car up. Also, they didn't tell me beforehand that they charge extra for using a credit or debit card. Very displeased and disappointed.
