Traveling through on our way back to Iowa. Had starting issues after checking into our hotel. They gave me his number and I called on a chance seeing it was a Saturday afternoon. He answered and came to me read the codes, scratched his head, cleared the codes and bingo it started. He didn t charge me but told me to call in the morning if it didn t start and he would come out and get us back on the road. Great guy, small town service!

Mr. Neal is an angel! After buying this car on Tuesday, we drove to Pawhuska on Saturday only to discover a horrible metal-on-metal noise after touring the Pioneer Woman's lodge. Mr. Neal agreed to look at the car after his shop had already closed and even tried to find the part himself. He was not only able to secure it well enough so we could drive home to TX, but he didn't even charge us! What a good man and business owner. He's honest, kind, and trustworthy.

Neil's Auto IS the best mechanic in Pawhuska and surrounding area. Fast, reasonably-priced, and honest, he'll work on nearly anything going wrong with your vehicle. I highly recommend Neil's Auto.

We are driving from KS to TN and we stopped in Pawhuska OK to eat. Car started making a noise so we pulled into Neil's. They were seriously angels in disguise. At 4pm he was eager to have us pull in and was more than ready to help us out! Changed a pully and a belt, the ones making noise, and he also made the AC run better!! Billy, Jodi and Lloyd were our heroes!!! Thank you so much!! Very fast and efficient!!!Services: Auto A/C recharge, Auto maintenance

They fixed my transmission connection for a fair price and, without asking them to, they fixed a squeaky problem about my car that had been irritating me for quite some time.If your car ever breaks down around beautiful Pawhuska, you ll be happy these guys are around.Service: Transmission

Billy got me my truck into his shop in a pinch and had it fixed the next day. Met me at the shop outside of normal business hours to pick my truck up. Highly recommended!

My car died on the way to a Friday night football game and the tow place recommended Neal's and towed my car there. My car was done by Monday afternoon and was extremely affordable. Thank you Billy!!

This guy knows his stuff he can do tractors generators chainsaws lawn mowers four wheelers dirt bikes if it has an engine he can fix it
