I've worked as a technician for MNS Auto Repair for just over a year now, so I thought I'd share my experience.The environment is run in a professional manner, and I have always been treated respectfully.Also, it's nice working at a company where quality is a necessity. Having worked elsewhere where it wasn't, I enjoy knowing I work at a company where the safety of the customer and the accuracy of the diagnosis and repair are priority.If I had it to do again, I'd come to work for MNS Auto Repair.If your vehicle isn't working quite right or something worse and you want a fair shake, give MNS a call.

Honest, professional and just a great place to do business. My 11 year old truck runs so much better than before. No more dealership transactions for me - even if the oil change is free, it's not worth it. These people are fantastic!! Customer service at its finest!!Round 2 ... Took my truck back to have some things repaired and have some things upgraded. It is literally like driving a new truck! Its a 2hr drive from my house to there shop but it has been well worth the travel time!! Love these people!! They have good communication with the customer and they do excellent work!! If your not taking your vehicle here then you are taking it to the wrong place!!

They really do know how to work magic! The locking mechanism on the driver s door of my 2018 Subaru was messed up and when I locked the door, it really wouldn t lock and when I had the key fob in my hand and wanted to unlock/open the door, the alarm would sound! Really a bummer! However, when MNS started to investigate the problem, it magically went away! That s not to say that it won t come back, but the door works like new!They went over the car from front to back and repaired everything on my list and found one or two things in the process. Yep, the ones that they found definitely needed attention. Thanks for fixing my brakes, changing the oil (much needed!), installing new filters, rotating the tires (this should add a bit of life to them), and repairing the fog lamp that had fallen down (got knocked down) and melted the casing!Your customer service is 100%! Colten did an excellent job diagnosing the initial problem with my Tundra and then recommended a few more items that might avoid trouble down the road. He was not pushy with the extra work but allowed me to make an informed decision. The repairs were completed quickly and at the exact cost of the estimate. 100% won't go anywhere else ever again! I had quite a few things wrong with my car. Not only were they able to get to my car within the day, but when they sent my quote, they thoroughly explained what I needed and why. They even attached pictures!! Diagnosis and repairs were done in a timely manner. They also found two workout belts and recommended repairs but I was able to review and approve all repairs with estimated costs online. I took my 2005 Ford F150 to MSN Auto for several repairs before I would let my daughter drive it. The diacaustic and repairs was done in a fast time frame with quality work. I didn't have much interaction here. My truck overheated and these kind people treated me like any good neighbor would, or should. They showed me where the closest water spicket was and asked if there was anything else they could help me with. I work on all my own vehicles and have built hot rods all my life so I used about 4 gallons of their water and went on my way.I think I'd feel comfortable sending my mother or sister there and that says a lot coming from me.Thanks MNSDan G.

Started out great. But over time quality of work went down. Spent almost $5000 having my front end rebuilt. Half of it was never touched and the front end needs fixed again 7000 miles later. His custom diesel work isn't trustworthy. Wrong tune on my truck cost me a turbo.

Do not use these guys I called at 12:00 and they said they still haven't diagnosed it. They gave me some lousy excuse that they were training a new employee. I should've listened to the reviews first and took it to the chevy dealership in ada,ok to begin with. I rarely take a car to a shop, but I found myself needing diagnostics for a problem. I called these guys based on the Google reviews and I am glad that I did. I feel they did a very thorough job and I was able to get my car back on the road again. I love the guarantee that they offer after diagnosing this. Would give me peace of mind. Thanks!

My car s air conditioner stopped working on the interstate on a 100* day, so I called the nearest shop which happened to be MNS Auto. They were able to work me in and figure out the problem. Unfortunately it wasn t something that could be fixed immediately without ordering a part, but that s not their fault. Everyone was very friendly and thorough. Hopefully I won t need to go here again, but if I m down in that area, I know the place to go.

The best experience I have ever had at an auto repair shop. These guys helped me above and beyond when my car died on I-35. Trustable and dependable. Can't say enough of how thankful I am to MNS (Mike and Colten)

My family was on the way to Oklahoma when my vehicles air conditioning went out. I had my elderly grandmother riding with us and was worried we wouldnt make it unless i got the AC serviced. When I called MNS they had closed for the day. The owner opened up the shop to take care of us. He was fair, and had us out of the shop with a cold ac in less than 30 minutes. I am considering making the drive to him anytime one of my vehicles needs to be serviced. Amazing and professional service!

MNS does good work and they guarantee their work. We will continue taking our vehicles there. They give an estimate and don't go over. So glad we discovered this mechanic. Honest and does a great job.

Great job, guys. Changed fuel pump, some rotted hoses, and fuel control module. Took a little longer than I had planned, but that's what happens, when you find more problems in the middle of the work. Thanks for getting it done at an affordable price.

Every time I suggested something or told him where I wanted something installed owner contradict me and did it his way Best buy failed and now that I'm having to get it done again my overhead light I had to fix to get it raised up higher so it can be seen because he didn't put it back far enough free put my controller to turn on the overhead light came apart my very first trip I'm now looking for screws and stuff to fit the the mounting bracket so I can actually mount it the way it was supposed to have been mounted the way I asked for it to be mounted I've also tried to get myself removed from their email stuff and it leads up to a nowhere site I haven't been able to get that done I guess I need to call them and have them take my email out so they'll stop sending me stuff I will not go back
