Reasonably priced and always has great customer service. You can find cheaper equipment online such as break pads if you are willing to wait a week for the mail. UsuallyO Reilly has the exact parts you will need for what ever job you are working on.

Zack was super friendly and helpful showing me where the products were that I needed. He was the only one in the store with a few customers needing assistance so maybe they need more help but job well done to him I appreciated his good service. Thanks

Truck wouldn't start, volt meter showed it was the battery. Got a ride to the O'Reilly just north of 76th St N in owasso. Grabbing the battery out of the vehicle and heading to the door, it was opened by the assistant manager Matthew. Went to the counter where Lance checked the battery to see if it just needed a charge or replaced. It had a dead cell and had to be replaced. He got me the correct battery and offered to install it for me as he walked me to the door carrying the battery. Explained my truck wasn't there, he thanked me for coming in.Only bad part was the cost of the battery, $249.99! It does have a 3 year warranty so I guess that's only like $80 per year. I highly recommend this store.

Usually have my parts but service isn't the best. Seem to be more into socializing with each other than helping. Had to gather all my own parts off the counter and didn't even offer a bag or box.

O'REILLY Auto Parts from my perspective is god send. I have 6 auto parts stores close to me and they always treated me like family and make sure I understand everything I need to before starting the project.Anytime I need something and I don't want to save a few bucks buying it online due to chances it might have something wrong with it or just a poorly made product. This ends putting something together, just to take back apart and have to fight to get a full.

I went in today to get a new windshield wiper. Not only were they eager to help me find the perfect style, one of the guys offered to take the old wiper off and put the new one on. Everyone working was so friendly and helpful! Great experience overall.

Employees aren't helpful. I was trying to find something on the shelf and couldn't. Instead of asking if I needed some help the man and woman spent the time chatting about their personal life. I finally went up to the counter to ask if I could get help. I told him what I was looking for. He told me there was one on the shelf. And instead of helping me he just stood there. I had to ask him to find it. Which he couldn't. He finally went to the back room and found it. Seriously. Don't help the customer. Just lean on the counter and do nothing and get paid for it. I won't be going back. AutoZone is right down the road.

Nice people nice store But they don't seem to have much in the way in Custom applications . I miss the old days of part stores Where they had catalogs not computers and could help you find things Based on actual specifications Instead of make model year Which doesn't help if it's a custom application

Thank you to the young man who helped me today. He helped me with my purchase of a couple of filters and pulled codes to help me verify why my engine light came on. He also helped me install one of the filters. Great attitude and service. Thanks to the store on the service road in Owasso. You are always so nice each and every time I have visited your store.

Great place, prices are ok. You do have to watch when you have to order a part if you give a specific brand you want and they don't have it they will substitute it and forget to tell you. Last time I went there they didn't have what I needed so I did have to go somewhere else. But, I like them and will still shop there.

Stopped in to check fuses and didn't ask for help but Hunter came out and not only helped but fixed everything we needed and more. Best service I've ever had at any auto parts store ever, would definitely recommend this O'Reilly's to everyone. I'll definitely be going back, Hunter 100 percent deserves a raise. That guy is management material.

It was raining pretty heavy outside and Nick was incredibly helpful. The jump box was not working to start my car s dead battery so Nick went and got his personal vehicle to help. I am very grateful for his service and will make sure and ask for him in the future.

I went in to get wipers and out of 3 employees standing behind the counter, one disappeared to the back and neither of the other 2 asked if me and my dad needed help or anything so we went to the wipers aisle. One employee, a big tall redhead, sat there watching us, deliverance-style, while he puffed huge vape clouds and ignored the fact that their "wiper finder" device was long out of commission. So I went back to the front and told the other guy (redhead disappeared) what I needed. He VERY, VERY slowly got all my info and then started to tell me about all of the wipers they had that would fit my car, starting with the most expensive and then looking at me like "is that good enough?" Most folks are there to get a good deal, i was anyway, so I asked for something a little more affordable. He gave me one or maybe 2 options and said their numbers so quickly I tried to remember them...I went back to the wiper aisle and grabbed what I thought he had said and took them to the counter to check out. He casually, and with a smirk on his face, said those wont fit your car and he almost started laughing. I returned the wipers to their place on their aisle and my dad and I left O'Reilly auto parts for the last time ever. I went to AutoZone down the road and the employee not only made it WAY less awkward but he went and got them for me and helped me put them on. They were even $12 cheaper. This location is a joke.

After having a very bad experience with Autozone we decided to stop here at the last minute, and Buea was very kind and helpful to us. He helped resolve our problem(that should ve been autozones problem), and made sure we got the part we needed. Thank you for being helpful, kind, and caring!!

Donald was super helpful. My check charging system light came on, he went out checked it out, identified the problem and offered all the alternatives to me WITH OUT trying to pressure me into the most expensive one. I appreciate that from a business.

Excellent Dave, he replaced warranted battery and check Diagnostic and found my problem with fuel running rich and mileage issue bad O2 sensor. Great employee, and customer service. Commended.

This place is very helpful. However the entrance to the place is horrible. There is a huge incline to get into and out of the parking lot. A normal honda accord barely clears is and anything lower is going to scrape

I just love buying parts at a store where people know what you need they don't lead you astray not only do they know what what you need they understand why you're buying it and how the part actually works.I get tired of buying parts in other places in the salesman or the person behind the counter just looks at me like I've never heard of that it hasn't happened to me at O'Reilly's.

I use O'Reilly's multiple times a week for personal projects and business, I normally use the store on 116th st N and always have great service. I've recently had to use the store on the access road between 76th and 86th st N due to they are able to mix paint. I went by there today to have some custom paint mixed and from the moment me and my two kids walked in the door Mickey had an attitude, not only did he price a pint of paint $120 more than what I've been paying for it, he looked up my account and told me I hadn't bought it there. He proceeded to argue and act put out that I even came in. I will not return to that store and be sure to pass this along to my friend that owns a repair shop and my parts manager at the new car dealership I work for.

My visit was amazing. I was stressed because my car battery lost it's life and they came to my rescue by making it easy to buy the right battery and they installed it! Made my day! Thank you

Very nice people also very helpful and knowledgeable. If you're looking to save money on belts for your riding lawn mower take your old belts in they will save you money compared to other places.

All these auto places have a passive aggressive attitude. Not rude - just like they want to just roll their eyes at you if you have to ask a question. Like you're bothering them and interupting from standing around and talking to each other.

It's a chain Auto parts store like most the rest. The Redline website said they were a dealer for their fluids, they aren't BTW. I blame Redline though, not them. But, I digress, I didn't buy anything, I had a person or two ask to help me, the store was clean, and exactly like every other chain auto parts store.

I know not everyone has great days....but if you're working with the public. You should leave them attitudes at the door. They didn't have the brake line we needed either. Something basic what the???
