Brittany and Mark were truly outstanding to work with. Brittany was very easy going and made the whole experience comfortable start to finish. Mark handled me and my specific budget very well. He made a call to Mr. Glover himself and they helped keep me in my budget. Even ended in a handshake. If I had any complaints it would be two. The time it takes start to finish was a little longer than I had hoped. Also most of the cars I had come to see weren t on the lot. Although they had similar to look at. Overall I d come back and recommend Brittany and her team again they were all kind and super easy going! Glover price truly made a difference in this buying experience they were nearly $8k cheaper than the other jeep dealers! Absolutely in love with our 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee as was my little girl! Thank you Glover team!

This dealer has been fantastic. Easy to communicate with. Quick to get us in. Honest and accurate on servicing our Grand Wagoneer several times including warranty work. Their tire prices beat everywhere else I checked. Service has been excellent.

One of the easiest transactions ever . Daniel the salesman and the delivery guy were both great. Hands dow the best . The transaction took place many many miles apart and only a couple of phone calls because of my questions. Very smooth. Highly recommend them.

My husband and I had a great experience buying our newest vehicle here. Everyone was very friendly and not pushy. They helped get us a great deal on our trade in. The process from start to finish was quick. We had our 5 year old with us and they were very accommodating and even gave her a little hot wheels car. Overall great experience and I would highly recommend this place!!

My wife has been looking at some vehicles online and found one that was priced right at Jim Glover dealership in Tulsa, little over a couple hours drive from where we live. The vehicle was exactly as described, no gimmicks, but what sold us was the overall experience. Our Salesman, Colton Dunlap, was honest, kind, genuine, and just a great guy. We could ve easily held off on purchasing a vehicle, but his time and commitment to us throughout the process was first class. Then we were introduced to Mark in finance to finalize everything. Another win for us and I knew it from the moment he greeted us. He was thorough, transparent, and their use of technology to simplify the process exceeded our expectations. We were out of finance in less than an hour. When it s time for our next vehicle in the family, we will make the drive and purchase here again. Great dealership, first class service, 5 Stars!!!

If you have tons of money and time to waste then this review is not for you. Go about your blissful existence. Everybody else, listen up and beware. We brought my wife s car in for service on a Monday morning recently for a scheduled appointment. It was to repair an electrical issue which was diagnosed by our mechanic and could only be fixed by a Fiat dealer. When we set the appointment we were told by our service rep that it would be a few days before it would be done and the original quote was over $1100. No loaner cars or rentals on site, so I set that up with Enterprise. Being an optimist I set up the rental for two days with the plan to extend the rental for a day or two if needed. I did not hear anything from the dealer all day Monday or Tuesday, so towards the end of the day on Tuesday I called to check in on the progress since they had the car there for two full days at that point. I was told that the car had not been looked at yet and that their electrical guy was backed up. Ok, would of been nice to get a call on that one, but I asked if someone could tell me when I should expect it to get in the shop to be worked on, because I was paying for a rental car on top of the repair bill and wanted to limit that expense as much as possible. I asked to have the service manager call me. That is when my service rep said she told me they would need the car several days but that she would have the manager call me. Never got that call. I waited until the end of the day on Wednesday to reach out again, so now they had the car 3 full days, and was told they were trying to get a tech on it soon meaning it still had not been looked at. Without going berserk, I asked a very direct question. When can someone tell me how long this should take, because I am paying for a rental car while nobody is working on our car. It took a while to get a reply to that question, and the answer was, we should have an answer for you by Monday about when your car should be ready. Then I went berserk, because they were telling me they were going to have my car for a full week before they could tell me when it would be ready. Told them to not touch the car, not that that would happen, and had my wife go pick it up Thursday morning. So, paid for 3 days of rental car fees so they could park our car on their back lot and leave it there. I know it was on the back lot because my service rep told me she would go get it off the back lot and have it up front for my wife on Thursday morning. This place has one thing down to a science. How to lose a customer for life in 3 days. Do what you will, but you have been warned.

Very satisfied with how my process went. Everyone there was very friendly, no hassle, I came in specifically looking at something and was helped over the phone to set up an appointment that morning to come and look at it. Casey Maher is extremely nice and helped me through the day with ease sending me home in a car same day. Thank you to Steve as well for checking in to make sure things were going good as he was the one that answered the phone originally that morning. Definitely recommend if you're looking to buy new or used!

I went up to Jim Glover in Owasso because I was curious as to what kind of sale they might be offering for Black Friday. That and a couple of family members mentioned them and recommended I take a look at what they have. And I wasn't disappointed.I ended up getting something even better than what I was originally looking at.It's just as nice, it's a year newer, and it's something that stands out.

I bought a Jeep gladiator on Halloween. 3 days later I fell at work and hurt myself, needless to say I cannot get up in the Jeep now! I called and spoke to my car salesman but no help, I asked about trading but my payment would go up 500$! I truly feel that they sold us the car and good riddance! If this is customer service at Jim Glover, then no thank you My car salesman said he d get back with me but I ve never heard anything else. Oh and did I mention we bought 2 jeeps in 30 days!

When picking up my vehicle from service, I had to wait over an hour. They had me wait in the waiting area for over 30 minutes while they tried to locate my service writer, then it took another 30 minutes for them to find my keys and find my vehicle. The staff was not friendly once I started declining recommend repairs.They also failed to notify me when my vehicle was ready to pick up. Once I called to check on the status, I learned it was ready to pick up 2 days prior.

I was a walk-in and was told to expect 1.5-2 hours. My oil was changed in exactly 1 hour! Pretty good if you ask me. I don t know the young mans name that took care of me.

I did a lot of research before I bought a car from Jim Glover. Experience has taught me that every car dealer is different in the way they handle customers and various issues. I have experienced the absolute worst, which was the now defunct Roberts Ford in Pryor, Oklahoma. Jim Glover presents a relaxed vibe and no pressure salespeople. I bought a car because the price was the best around. And I just really liked the place. Also, making in the purchase was smoother and easier than I had ever experienced before and I've purchased many cars in my life.

Purchased a Jeep Wrangler in Mid March late in the day. Salesman was Jacob Darnell. Jacob was assisted by Steve and Jaun. Although it was a late in the day purchase, Jacob worked as if he had just got to work that morning ready to help. We just purchased our 4th car from the Owasso store. This was the best experience yet. We highly recommend our sales agent Brittany. And also Brooklin in the service department is awesome. Even though I didn't have an appointment our jeep we drove there was due for service and she squeezed it in, full service and a wash was done while we were buying our new car. And to top it off we had a blast in the money machine and walked away with $250 dollars.

Worse experience ever!! If your a female BEWARE! Bait tactics and high dealer buy rates made dealing with this unscrupulous company impossible!! They thought they could take advantage of me and I finally just got up and left!! If you have a great credit score don t let them get away with trying to give you a high interest rate! Run from this company! Just because they advertise on the TV does not make them trustworthy! Shame on you Jim Glover!

Cody showed me the car and was very honest which you don t find around here. I run Billy Sims in Owasso and have always had a great relationship with everyone there. I have bought my last 3 cars from here. They always take care of me. Big shout out to John and Cody!

Our sales representative Cole Hampton made my first new car purchase very comfortable and easy. We did most of our stuff online before we ever stepped foot on the lot. Cole already had a few vehicles picked out for us to look at. He did a great job going off of what we told him what we were looking for. I will definitely be asking for him again.
