Completely satisfied and they went above and beyond my satisfaction. Went in after a minor accident ( got rear ended) they were able to send over a quote within an hour. After I got the okay through insurance I scheduled an appointment and they actually got me in about 2-3 weeks earlier. They replaced the back bumper and was done within four days. They worked very well with the rental car services. They kept me updated everyday through an automated text showing the progress. They were just so nice and handled every thing well. And as of the quality is A+ I haven t noticed a difference in color and looks just like new. ( 2023 Acura integra) thank you!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Absolutely amazing experience. My vehicle looks brand new. They finished in the exact time line they provided, and I was sent updates throughout the process. When I picked up my car it was washed and the interior was detailed I would recommend them to anyone!

Having a family member owning a body shop in Kansas until retirement made it easy for us to choose Foster's, a family owned business. Extremely happy with the repair on our vehicle. The status updates were appreciated, we knew when to expect the completed job. The detail on the interior was such a surprise, my husband prides himself on his interior detailing, but after seeing Foster's he needs to up his game! Foster's kept me up to date at every step of the repair from what my drop off date would be to the progress of the work and when I could expect to pick it up after the repair. The repair work looked great, as if the damage never happened and they washed my vehicle before I picked it up.The staff is friendly and tells you exactly what to expect as far as the work and timeline will be and they worked with the insurance company so that I didn't have to.I would recommend Foster's and will use them again if I have the needServices: Painting, Body & Trim

Fosters was wonderful to work with!! I recently had another vehicle in a different shop and the experience was terrible, so my expectations were very low. Fosters went above and beyond! The communication was wonderful, I received updates very frequently, and my car was done before expected! The repair was flawless as well! I recommend them to anyone!

Foster s did a really nice job of repairing my vehicle and keeping me informed every step of the way.They let me know before I dropped it off what to expect and I got updates through the process. They dealt directly with the other person s insurance when it came to supplemental repairs.On the day I picked it up, they had it washed and waiting for me front and center of the parking lot, no waiting around at all.I would use Foster s again for any body repairs.

Fosters is amazing! I ve done business with them for well over 10 years and have recommended them to quite a few family and friends who are also now loyal customers. I wouldn t trust my vehicle with anyone else. But I would say why is the review in Spanish??

I normally do not review products or services soon after receiving them to allow time to live with the product or service, this saves having to modify or revise the review. I may have waited too long after my first experience with body work at Fosters, so this review covers two seperate times that I used Fosters on my 2008 Tacoma pickup. The first instance was to have the right rear panel replaced and painted in 2022, my second in 2023 was to have the front damage repaired that resulted from a fender bender. In that case the front bumper cover had to be painted and replaced along with some internal brackets.Estimates in both cases were accomplished within hours after arriving at Fosters.Final price was either exactly what was quoted (case one) or within a few dollars of the initial quote (case two).Personnel were very professional, provided accurate completion times and were a pleasure to work with.Was kept informed with respect to the repair status and expected completion times. In both cases the work was completed a day or two sooner than expected.The repairs resulted in perfect match with the paint (which was flawless). This truck is white which can be hard to match as white paint can have hundreds of different shades.On the second repair there was a slight alignment issue which was taken care of a day or two after completion of the repair without any additional cost and without any hassle.Based on my experience with my two repairs at Fosters I will return for any body work if needed on any of my vehicles and I will recommend to anyone that I know to use Fosters.Great folks, easy to work with, honest, no surprises or major changes in pricing and delivery dates.As an afterthought, Fosters not only finished the repairs as quoted but washed the outside and cleaned the inside of my truck, what a pleasant supprise.

Had a front clip replaced on my Cadillac Escalade, started getting condensation in my lights. Called and was told all they do is remove and replace it, and it couldn't have been their fault and for me to contact my insurance company, guy was rude and hung up on me. Take your business some place else, they do not stand behind their work.

Had my vehicle repaired by Foster's and the body work personnel did a great job. It had also been cleaned inside/out and it was such a pleasent surprise when I picked it up. The car itself came back nice and beautiful, but there was a bit of miscommunication between them and state farm so watch for that. My fob was also a bit wobbly and the electronics didn't fully work. Looks like someone glued it back together wrong. Overall great repair, just wish my fob was left alone.Edit: originally rated it 4 stars, but it seems like there are clear miscommunication with them.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim, Battery

The clear coating started peeling off the roof of our Honda and we decided to use Foster's. They did a great job. Finished early. Follow up ~ several weeks later, the strip on the roof started peeling again. Took it back and they said, yeah, sometime that happens. Wouldn't correct it.Service: PaintingService: Painting

They made my car look like no one ever hit me. They had it done a day earlier than expected. Max and James were very helpful and kept me up to date on any changes in my claim! They were welcoming and very helpful in explaining what repairs were needed and the entire process. I had a lot of questions and they were not put off by my somewhat nagging personality. I would definitely recommend them in the future and will use them again myself if I have any other accidents.

Wonderful staff, great communication, and a clean shop. Just got my car back and it looks better than it did before! Took a little longer than expected, but that was due to the insurance company. Will definitely recommend and use them, if needed, in the future!!
