I came in for an oil change and was taken care of by every member of the service department with so much kindness. They exceeded my expectations in every way imaginable. The inspection form they gave me was even detailed better than any place I had ever used before. Very easy for anyone to read and understand. I cannot express my gratitude for their service and compassion enough. I will be returning and recommending Christian Brothers Automotive to anyone I speak with. To every team member I want to say thank again from the bottom of my heart.

We took my car in because the service engine soon light was on due to a fuel sensor that caused the gas gauge to not work and because every time I came to a stop the heater temperature would drop and it would blow cool airThey charged us a fee to diagnose the problem.Called us and said it was a burned resistor and needed a new fan motor because it was making noise (there was no noise when I took it in) and they needed to flush the radiator. This was the fix for the heater.At this point I no longer had to turn the heater off and on to get the heat back it would come back slowly as I drove along. But, the temperature still dropped each time I came to a stop.They replaced the fuel pump that contained the sensor. This would take care of the service engine light and the gas gauge. The fuel pump is located behind the backseat (see attached picture for the dirt left on my seat). They also replaced the valve cover gasket because they said it was leaking oil.All of this cost us approximately $2,100.Within a few minutes (approximately 7) of picking it up, the heater started blowing cool air at a stoplight. We called back immediately and they had no idea what the problem could be. They asked us to bring the car back in so they could look at it again.We took the car back. They kept it, said they drove it approximately 50 miles and could not duplicate the heating problem. They fixated on the fact that the breaking and the heating system were separate closed systems.We picked the car up again and within approximately 7 minutes the heater was blowing cooler air once again.I drove it a few days and noticed the gas gauge was not working either(see pictures of tripometer, gas guage, and number of gallons purchased). So we called them back and they asked us to bring it in yet again.This time we received what appears to be the correct diagnosis.They didn't know why the gas gauge still wouldn't work and could only say, it may be this or that. Once again, no real answer and no fixHead gasket leaking coolant into cylinder 4.Recommendation: Inspected coolant level and found low-removed cylinders 1 and 4 spark plugs (2 and 3 are very tight and did not want to remove), pressured cooling system to 15 PSI and borescoped cylinder 4 -found coolant leaking into cylinder from a failed head gasket! The coolant is getting low from coolant consumption and losing heat due to this. Recommend replace head gasket and send head to machine shop for crack/pressure testing.When we went to pick the car up we were told that the coolant was 1/2 gallon low the first time we came in. And it was 1/2 gallon low the third time it came in.We asked for a copy of the first diagnosis but never received it and were never told we were low on coolant the first time.When we tried to discuss all of this information with the technician and asked why they didn't find this the first time he wanted to discuss his recent trip out of state, then said he needed to go back inside because it was cold.They never once apologized or owned up to the fact that they had missed all of this. This is a 2006 vehicle with 200,000 Miles on it.Had we known what was actually wrong with it we would have never paid the $2,100 to fix things that did not get fixed. Nor would that fix what was actually wrong with the car.I'm giving them 1 star because they were courteous. They did clean my seat after we pointed it out to them.

Everything at Christian Brothers is exactly as an experience at an auto shop should be. Reasonably priced and fast, a shuttle provided at drop-off and pick-up, and an orderly and clean facility. They even kept me updated about my vehicle through the entire repair process. I will definitely do business here again

I sent my wife in, I have been ill and I normally would take care of it for her, but they were awesome. Extremely professional, they send a report with pictures of what they are talking about. They found something and instructed us that the dealer would cover it, even know it could be considered a wearable item. So instead of costing a bunch extra, they were honest and saved us a bunch. Great experience and they treated my wife great. Definitely recommend.

These guys were great. Great communication! Chris kept me posted every step of the process. Charged exactly what I was quoted. Actually, it was less. They honored my AAA discount that I wasn't even aware of. After having been burned by other shops, these guys are a class act. That old jeep has never run better.

I would like to say that the guys at Christian brothers in Owasso did a fabulous job on my wifes 2017 grand Cherokee Overland. I would not be afraid to bring anything I own for them to work on... There a Great group of guy!!Thanks,Danny Kelsey

I sent my son to get his car looked at for shaking. The car was kept all day to look and see he needed a new tire. I have brought all of my many cars here for years. Shocked they charged him 70 bucks to just say he needs new tires that they dont sell. God rest his soul but things were better when Skyler was there. Now I will have to find another place for my cars.

Had a steering box seal failure on my truck that was still under warranty. CBA covered it no questions. Great place to get your car serviced by advisors and technicians that truly care about the quality of their work.

I towed my Nissan to christian brothers ( $95 ) for a $129 diagnostic to be done. I had changed the tcm out and while filling the transmission fluid I accidentally touched the postive battery fuse box. It spark out and I thought I fried my ecm. I let them know everything I had done. They called me back a day later and told me it needed a tcm program and it would be $280And they had to schedule a guy to come do it.i agreed and then they called back and said they messed up and it would be $380.I agreed and the last call was to tell me my new tcm was faulty and I need a new $7,500 transmission. I knew that sounded way to high so I told him I would just come get it.They charged me $381 because they attempted to program it. Stay away from these guys. I had to tow my car back home ($95). Out $600 and they didn't fix crap. Just a bad diagnostic.

Had a great experience taking my car here for a wiper replacement. I initially thought the whole arm needed to be replaced, but it turns out it was only just the wiper blade. I was in and out fairly quickly, and they even gave me some wiper fluid as a bonus!

Brought the vehicle in Friday, was told end of day and didn't get it back until Wednesday(0 repairs). I had 4 recommended services totaling over $3000, and YouTube university help me get it done with less than $500 in parts. The ride to and from is nice though.

They cared about me and treated me with genuine kindness. They worked with me when I needed time to figure a plan out and made the whole car repair process much easier. They are an example of upright, honest, Christian brothers - at least in my book.

Mom's chariot fell to the phase of the Moon and developed a chain of engine and transmission issues. Dispite my careful maintenance the alternator started singing a funeral dirge. The power steering pump began to sing in chorus. A control solenoid in the transmission was so moved by this mournful tune, it began to cry tears of transmission fluid.Repairs included rejecting new replacement parts. I praise the technician and the shop manager for their tenacity making the repairs 100% correct.Yes.... I would recommend this facility to my friends and family.

I took my Discovery in for an alignment and rear brakes because the dealer said it was critical to address. Christian Brothers said no alignment was needed and it was not time for new brakes. My Husband called to have his brake pads and fluids replaced. They told him to bring it in first thing and assured it would be done the same day. The truck was dropped off at 8:30am. A technician didn t attempt to start working on the truck until 4:00pm. They then texted my husband to let him know they didn t have a socket to take off his aftermarket wheels. At this point they closed in less than 2 hours. So they had his truck all day and no work was done. No apology, just if he gets the socket he could then leave it another day for them to do a 2 hour job in more than 24 hours. I wouldn t recommend them and we won t be back.

Don t waste your time with Christian Brothers Automotive in Owasso. They quoted me $129 for a full diagnostic on my Jeep a few days ago. I showed up this morning to drop it off and was told it will be $500+ for all the diagnostic services. I explained that I was told it would be $129 over the phone a few days ago. The man behind the counter said that price was just the baseline price. They are really charging people $500+ BEFORE ACTUAL REPAIRS ARE BEING MADE! Complete rip off!UPDATE: I took it to Tate boys in Owasso this morning after leaving Christian Brothers Automotive. They said they charge $150 for a diagnostic test and I didn t need an appointment. After finding out what was needed for my vehicle and how much it was going to cost, I hand my card over to pay $150 for the diagnostic test and I get told I don t owe them a dime! This is not the first time I ve experienced not only kindness but also top tier customer service at Tate Boys. I should have took it to them in the first place. They really know what they re doing at that place. Tate Boys will forever have me as a customer and I ll tell recommend them to everyone!

Only taking my car here from now on! The quality of service is unmatched by anywhere else I have been. Everyone I have interacted with have been very kind and friendly. They provide a very detailed report of you vehicle when they do an inspection; with pictures of your car and informative videos that show you exactly how that parts function. The shuttle service they offer is an absolute life saver during these hot summer days and I'm so glad they offer it. The fuel splash guard came loose and was dragging. Christian Brothers repaired it free of charge and had me on my way in no time! They were so kind. The waiting area was very clean and nicely decorated. I enjoyed my time there and will definitely bring my car back!

Professional, courteous, and honest! I have always taken my car to the dealer for servicing and was having issues trusting that the dealer service department had my best interests over their own. It was difficult to trust them. I called Christian Brothers to see if they worked on my make of vehicle and we know have a new home for all of our repair and maintenance needs! They were very honest and able to get me in and out very quickly.Services: A/C installation & repair, Oil change

11/10 recommend! I have been waiting 8 weeks for the dealership (that I bought my car from) to get me in to fix some the automatic running board motor and back tail light assembly. I found out I could use any mechanic (to use my extended warranty through Allstate). I m so glad I chose Christian brothers. First, the customer service is TOP KNOTCH. They went above and beyond and even offered to have someone come pick me up to drop off my car AND pick me up to pick up my car. Free of charge. They were super transparent and had me verify a couple things with the warranty company before even starting because they didn t want to risk me having unexpected charges. They also were super fast. Within just a couple hours they had everything diagnosed and approved by Allstate. From start to finish they only had my car about 24 hours. They communicated updates every couple hours which was so nice. I never had to call to get updates because they sent them automatically. I will definitely use them again in the future.Services: Electrical repair, General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection

These guys are the realDeal, I ve been there twice. First experience was my whole engine blew and they worked with my warranty company and while my car is in the shop for only 5 days they let me use there rental car free of charge and made me feel so comfortable. There was a misunderstanding where a lady left her child s placard for school pick in the rental car they gave me and instead of asking me to come back to their shop they had sent one of their employees to my house 20 miles away to pick it up, For the other Customer who lost it.!!Talk about customer service. Second experience with them was my car was overheating recently and I thought the engine was going to blow so they took it into the shop, and by the grace of God it wasn t anything to be worried about the engine wasn t blown. They said that I was lucky to not drive it further in the over heated condition it was in cause I could have blown the whole engine!! They fixed the small part free of charge. The small part was a donation they received and the labor was small they let me go on my merry way!!! So I can t say enough about this shop. They are honest and that is what we need, as a stay at home mama this reconfirms my hope in humanity!! I would give them 6 stars if I could Amazing, Honest Service!

I called about getting transmission service done on my corolla and was told that transmission filter isnt replaceable when it is, they just didn't want to do it. Offered to flush my system and quoted over 300 to do so on the phone.Don't trust these guys

I bought an old used truck that I knew needed some work. I had a diagnostic/ inspection performed which turned out to be very helpful. They prepared a detailed report for me that had pictures, videos, and animations of several items that were areas of medium-high concern and they even listed the items that looked good in the vehicle. I received a complimentary shuttle ride to and from my house while the work was being done. Overall, the service was of high quality, accurate, and showed high attention to detail. The shop was not pushy with additional services and they were very upfront and transparent with pricing.

My husband dropped my car off cause it needed major repairs. They said since it s a car for me and our baby they would jump right on it and man they did, we got the car back so quick with so much transparency every step of the way. They sent pictures of everything they inspected and kept us in the loop the whole time. They did amazing work, my car has never driven as smooth/sounded better, even better than the day I bought it. When it came time to pay they offered financing, which is much appreciated, because we were looking at a very hefty bill. All in all the whole thing felt like interacting with actual decent human beings. I absolutely fully recommend this place and will definitely use it again for all car needs in the future.Services: Engine repair, Vehicle Inspection, Auto maintenance
