Great service from start to finish. The wait time in the lobby was very reasonable after check in. The clear text communication from the tech at each stage of repair was much appreciated. The pick up process was very simple. I give this shop 5 stars and recommend this place to anyone. P.s. THANK YOU Caliber Collision for also washing my car exterior - I did not expect that extra care and was pleasantly surprised that you also gave Jean-Pierre (my car's name) a first class experience. :)

After about 6 months of waiting I finally got my el Camino back. Along with a serious lack of communication the work they did on my car was unfinished and lacking in quality. Ended up taking the car to another shop and paying again to have things done right. I would not recommend bringing you vehicle to this shop doing business with Willard Walker. Unprofessional service and poor work

Brought my Mazda in to get some repair from a parking lot hit and run. Allen was very polite and professional. They were able to get my car done early and without cutting corners. The car looks amazing and they even cleaned up the interior. Timely, professional, and trust worthy. I would highly recommend them.

So, after my first review, I was contacted by one of the managers, I wish I could remember his name, but I misplaced his card. He told me he would redo the paint job on my trunk, give me a rental car if needed, and refund my money and in return he asked if i would change my review after the work was completed. Now, i never asked for anything. He came up with what he wanted to do for me all on his own. Two of those things happened. They did repaint my trunk. He did, however, complain that they never should have taken the job in the first place because it was too hard. I am not a car expert, something about bondo being used to previously repair the trunk hood. This was news to me as I am not the original owner and have only had the car for a year and a half. Fine, whatever. No one called me the first time the job was done, so there was poor communication on their part. I did get a rental car. The manager wanted to take credit for what a "nice car" Enterprise had given me. It was an Audi A3. Was it nice, sure, but honestly, so was the Dodge Charger my insurance paid for the first time. Most new cars are nice. I truly believed that the Enterprise rep felt sorry for me for having to wait two hours for Caliber to figure out how they were going to pay for it. Lastly, I was never given my money back. The manager wanted to wine to me about how much money he was out already, having to pay his workers twice to do the same job, and how well he took "care of me." If I had a dollar for every time he told me how well he was taking care of me, I would have my money back. I can't stand when people don't do the things they say they are going to do. So I'll give one extra star for my trunk being fixed and for the receptionist, she's awesome! Other than that, I still would rather go somewhere else. I suggest you do the same.Meh....Had them paint the top of my trunk, and the surface is already pitting. For the money that my insurance paid and that I paid out of pocket, I would expect better.

I m really pleased with the results at collision caliber. I love the fact that the even take the time to car my car before returning it to me . The time frame wasn t too long either considering the holidays I had my car back in under a two week period. I was also impressed with the knowledge provided by my service technician. He was to provide me clear communication and easy to information about what exactly happened to my vehicle and insight on how to enhance its security function. Thank you for your service collision caliber!

Horrible communication and workmanship. Initial estimate on 12/11/23, incomplete work and I took my Excursion back on 2/09/24. This isn t the place if you re looking for quality work. They told me work was done and tried to send me out the door with a bumper that wasn t level. The only positive out of this was that the customer experience was so bad , they waived my $500 deductible. I d stay far away from this franchise body shop. Paint is now chipping off of bumper, but I d never trust this place to fix it correctly.Caliber-the quality of someone's character or the level of their ability. This place sucked at both.

Caliber is under new management. I had had some issues with the prior administration there. The new management made everything right and completed the job that was left undone. What a great group of people they have there now. I cannot recommend them enough.

I can't say enough about Caliber. I worked with Will and he was fantastic. Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable, but he also offered fantastic customer service. If I need any work done in the future, I'll absolutely return to Caliber Collision in Owasso.

Took my Dodge Ram in for a repair not long ago, front office was pleasant to work with and being a former automotive painter... I was extremely impressed with the paint work this location provided! I'll be highly recommending Caliber Owasso to all my friends and family!

I had to get some body work done to my car after an accident, and Caliber's team was nothing but professional and courteous. There ended up being a couple of issues with my rental car, so Taylor arranged for Mark to give me a ride back to Tulsa. They went above and beyond when they didn't have to, and I am SO grateful to them!My car repairs turned out beautiful - the paint matched perfectly and the car is operating just like it did before my accident. Brandon and his team are artists and incredible at their craft. This was also the best paint job I've ever seen on a repair.I will absolutely be using their services again if needed, and recommending them to anyone who may need collision repairs. I don t recommend this business. They did not communicate well. Feel there were things that insurance wasn t going to cover and was never communicated back. Won t be known until the vehicle is ready and you are hit with more than expecting to pay. Very dissatisfied.

I can t say anything about the quality of their body work because I couldn t seem to get them to give me an estimate. I know it s silly of me to go by 3 times after talking to someone at their location only to get there and be told the only person who can give me an estimate is out . So apparently the person giving estimates is like Waldo and makes their own hours and can t be bothered to take 10 minutes to look at a vehicle. So my apologies for expecting a body shop to do body work. I ll find someone who can.

Class place with Class people. Had a boo boo on my 23 Chevy Silverado and they fixed it in 10 minutes. If I have something major I ll definitely go back.

I arrived at the Owasso location expecting to have an estimate written on my front bumper. Instead, the wonderful guy fixed my bumper in 10 minutes and did not charge me. They will get all my future business. I am forever grateful for this location.

Took my car in to see if they could fix my seatbelt. My child somehow had it wrapped around the front of the seat in a locked position. They took care of it at no charge. That's going above and beyond!! Definitely recommend.
