AutoZone in Owasso is top notch. Everybody there goes out of their way to help you, even when they are busy. David saw my veteran ID and told me about there veteran's discount. Great doing business at a place where the people care about getting you a good product while providing great service.

The staff was very helpful. I was having a rough idle and engine light was on. They let me borrow the code machine to diagnose the cause.

Great customer service! They practically have everything the average person could need and if they don t have it in store they will order it and have it ready for you quickly **if the item is available for purchase of course**. Excellent motor oil selection from budget friendly prices up to the expensive niche oils for your racing engines, you can be sure to find what you need at a reasonable price without being upsold on a product that costs more and has no added benefits by comparison. If you shop at AutoZone you can rest easy knowing you got a good deal!!

Our car had a dead battery after stopping for gas in Owasso. David was great, he went above and beyond to help get our car up and running again. Excellent service! Thank you David!

Still my favorite. Not the cleanest, or the biggest, and with a parking lot entrance and exit that will have you a little on edge in heavy traffic, but still by far the nicest and most helpful auto parts store around. Some stores you have to pull people off their phones to ask anything. Not here. They seem to live to get involved in what you're doing and make sure you have all the parts and tools you need.

Excellent customer service provided by the folks at Autozone. For a few weeks my car had trouble starting in the morning, and so I figured it was time to have the battery tested. The technician went out to my vehicle, found the battery was showing bad readings on his tester, and immediately told me of my options. I elected to purchase a new battery, which the same employee helped install. He even found a loose bolt in my vehicle that had fallen off another part and installed that back on for me. All in all, it was a quick and easy visit for me.

This crew is the epitome of customer service. I love going into stores with my headphones and doing my thing, but this in one store I go in, they ask how they can help from the moment I walk in, they show me exactly what I need, ring me up, and get me out the door. Great customer service.

Everytime I come here someone has something smart to say and can't just help me. I don't know where everything is in the store I don't work there. Would consider hiring younger people that may care about their jobs more, being that the middle aged folks do not.

Grayson helped my husband and I with windshield wipers. He located what we needed, even put them on for us! He was kind, serving, polite, a gentlemen, generous, and even dug the cap out of the garbage after accidentally throwing it away, Lol! He has out vote!

Stopped in here about 10 minutes before they closed. I needed a new rear view mirror. The guy behind the counter was very helpful. Took me right to where they were. Let me compare the ones available. I was in and out in 5 minutes. Excellent customer service.

I came in this morning to get a new battery and David the manager was nothing short of impressive. I m clueless (not sure how to open my hood bad) and he went out of his way to get me a great deal as well as removing my old battery and installing my new one. This guy is the definition of what true customer service is, Auto Zone is lucky to have him on the payroll! Beyond impressed and very grateful, thank you David!

The workers have always been super helpful. Anytime I ever need a part or something for my car they are there. They will even exchange out a battery for you if you buy it from them. These guys have been my go to for car parts for years. I love how friendly they are and the prices are always reasonable.

First time went in everyone was more interested in taking to each other. Didn't ask us if needed any help till we went to counter. Had to go back same day and the older guy who was helping someone first trip. He pretty much asked us if needed help like few steps inside.

This place told me I could leave my car there for a few days after calling asking for permission. They took my name tag number phone number to just have my car impounded the very next day. Which my apartments just did the same thing and was the very reason I had to leave my car at AutoZone. So thanks auto zone for making that twice this week.

They were very helpful in helping me figure out what was wrong with van. Plus I bought some antifreeze, and after I paid for it, the Employee not only carried it out, she raised the hood and put some in for me.

There was 1 guy Who was very helpful. The other 2 were sitting at computer moniters and acted pretty snotty. The young man that helped me gets all 3 stars. The other 2 should just go home.

I went into the Owasso AutoZone with a problem with windshield wipers that I purchased there and they were not working properly. The sales guys and the Store manager were super helpful and solve my problem immediately. Great store I ve been dealing with them for many years.

Dad needed a bulb for his truck but he didn't know he had to wrong bulb. I pulled up at AZ to get right bulb( yes they had it ) and seen a friend i grew up with. Got to spend time with my dad and fixed his light it was a good day..

I think you need to train your employees about what you carry came. In for turn signal circuit board was told you don't have them had to buy whole assembly went to O'Reilly's came home looked it up on your parts list and found you carry what we needed lost a sale

They nearly always have what I am looking for and they are a quite store. I find the staff a bit stand offish, but honestly I don't mind that. This location is not somewhere that you are likely to just stumble upon but you can easily see it from the highway.
