I purchased a beautiful 2014 Ford Raptor from Harlan Ford. These guys are experts and if you come on their lot or inquire about a vehicle make sure to ask for John Harlan. This guy made purchasing my dream truck easy and stress-free. Very positive and really worked for me to be happy with my purchase. I came from out of state but everything from the first encounter to actually taking delivery and driving home was all a very pleasant and memorable experience. They even sent me an unexpected gift thanking me for my business. If you are looking for a great deal on Americas best selling vehicles, make sure you come see JOHN HARLAN! At a time when customer service has been in a steady decline it was great to do business with Lisa at Harlan Ford. Lisa my sales rep was outstanding and kept me up to speed as my new Maverick was being built and shipped. My truck was clean and had a full tank of gas when I picked it up. I didn't have to pay a ridiculous and erroneous dealers fee or surcharge, and I received a fair trade in value.Service as it was meant to be, Do yourself a favor and buy your next new car from Harlan Ford.

Harlan Ford did an excellent job during my vehicle purchase. Nate was our salesman and was great; friendly and very helpful. Mr Harlan even came out and he knew who we were and what vehicle we were there for. If you are looking for a new car or new to you car, go to Harlan Ford. They exceed expectations and care about each and every customer.

These people are the best! They make your automotive purchase enjoyable and friendly while being fair and honest. The service and parts departments are knowledgeable, efficient and reliable. Lisa in sales and Andrew in finance know their business as does Fred with special orders. I always thought a dealership could be this honorable and I am so grateful for their integrity and service. Plus everyone is really nice. Yes they get the 5stars +.

If I could give these guys 0 stars, I would. I made the horrible mistake of buying a car from these guys back in January 2023 after I got into an accident and I wish I would've gone anywhere else. They catfished me with stock images of a 2010 Honda Civic and when I got there, it was an entirely different car. As soon as I got in the car, I tried to open the center console and it fell off. The sales rep that was helping me, told me that they would replace it when they got a new one. Well guess what. That part is permanently on back order so I'll never get it replaced. Less than a year of having the car, I've had to replace the battery, the A/C unit, and the radiator. These people are horrible and I will tell everyone I can to avoid them like the plague. Don't waste your time, effort, and money going to this place. They just want to take your money and don't care if the lemon they sell you works or not.

I m at fault because I forgot my coupon for the works. But, I purchased my car at Harlan, and have paid for all service there. They refused to even consider the $15 discount for a regular customer. I ll never go back.

I stopped in because my check engine light was on again. But I can't get my truck in until the middle of September. I bought local because I thought it would be so convenient to get my truck fixed. I feel I made a mistake. A month is a long time for my check engine light to be on. I had it in July for the same problem cost 110$. They said they couldn't find anything wrong.

Took my Maverick here to get intelligent Access on passenger door fixed. They said it needed new BCM and no ETA. I said no problem. Months later they called and said it came in. Brought vehicle in and they installed new BCM. They then told me they needed both keys to reprogram. I only had one so vehicle was OOC till I could bring 2nd one in. In their defense they did give me a loaner car. I then came back few days later and they programmed both keys, however, intelligent access still did not work. I waited another hour but finally had to leave because of an appointment. They never did any more research or tried to call me later. I waited weeks before writing this just in case they might. I could tell the lady working the desk could care less. 3 appointments at this dealership for one small problem. A complete waste of my time.

We purchased a 2020 Ram from Lisa at Harlan Ford, and it was probably the best car buying experience I have ever had! Lisa was straightforward, honest and we came an agreement on price and trade before we even went to the dealership. Once we were there, we completed everything and we re back home in less than 2 hours, and we live 20 minutes away! It s rare to find a car dealer that really does treat you like actual people, and not insist that you play silly payment games and misleading you at every turn. As long as we live in Tulsa, Harlan Ford will be the first place I look for any future vehicles!

I bought my car here in August and had a wonderful experience with Lexi who was great. Fast forward 4 months and it was time to get an oil change. I called ahead of time to see how much it would be and schedule an appointment. They finish in 1 hour and I go to pay. On the phone I was told oil changes are $49, when I pay I am told $157.00. Long story short regular oil changes are $49 BUT full synthetic oil changes are not $49 the differences were NEVER mentioned on the phone and I m super disappointed in the lack of communication. While it seems they did a good job on my oil change because of the extreme unexpected cost and concern about what might not be communicated in the future I will not be back for services.

This was the best experience we ve ever had purchasing a vehicle. Our Sales Consultant, Lisa was professional and extremely helpful throughout the process. The process itself was painless with Lisa s and the entire staff at Harlan Ford. We would strongly recommend this dealership to anyone.

I bought my 2020 Ford Explorer from. A dealership in Tulsa in July of 2020 and I bought the 5 year Tire Warranty since I live on dirt roads in Okmulgee and McIntosh County. As you all know these dirt roads have fallen apart from the flooding recently and the county workers have been trying to make them drive able again. Well I had a flat. I no longer use the dealership in Tulsa because their service sucks to put it mildly. I took my vehicle to Harlan Ford and the service was amazing! They were able to repair my tire while I was on lunch! I even made it back to work on time with 15 minutes to spare! I will only take my vehicles to Harlan Ford and will never use the dealership where I bought it from simply because of the fantastic service I have received from them!

Traci scheduled me in a timely fashion and got my truck in and out in a day and dropped me off at work and had me finished by the time I got off. New vacuum pump and no more oil burning smell on the exhaust and no more oil leak highly recommend Harlan Ford service Department

Booked an appointment for them to look at my car and they didn t book it until two months from when I called them. I got there and they said it was gonna cost $150 to get my car looked at. Not once did they tell me it was gonna cost money to get it looked at. It would have been nice if they would have. Then they have the audacity to say they can book me two month from now which would be the end on November what a joke

Great family run dealership. If you want to play sales games or pay mandatory dealer fees then this is not the place for you. My entire transaction was friendly, pleasant, and respectful plus a decent bottom line price. I could not have been more pleased.

Always helpful. Wonderful service. I come here all the time. This time I have come to do a factory recall on my Fusion 2013 and they are letting me drive a Fusion 2018 as a loaner (for free). I think Ford is a company that takes good care of their cars and customers. Harlan is one of them.

This place has Phenomenal staff. I am a manager at another dealership in Alabama and would love to know I had employees that go above and beyond for our customers like they do. I have a employee out there for school and got stranded and they jumped in and helped with no questions asked. Thanks again Shawn and hope I can be of assistance to you one day.

The dealership itself is amazing and so is the owner Fred. One thing I don t like or appreciate is the GM Shawn he set there and cussed and talked down to one of his employees and thought my husband and I couldn t hear it but we did. Don t let this review cloud your mind about going there for service or sales but I would advice to watch out for the GM.

I went in not having alot of confidence in being able to get a vehicle of any sort, My salesman Andrew Bevenue was amazing, He sat down with me and got me the best deal he could. I had found a car on their website that I really wanted and he got me in it for way less than what I was expecting. Everyone that I felt with was amazing. I will go back for any and all vehicle purchases.
