Worst mechanics I ever dealt with. I took my truck in for repair and it was running fine when I dropped it off. A month later and they screwed it up to where it didn't even run and I had to pay to get it towed to another shop to be fixed. Unprofessional, terrible service. Do not take your vehicle there. They don't even have a capable mechanic. I drove my truck in there and had to get it towed out..

Well, what can I say? Have taken my 09 Ford Edge to Frank's Auto Shop twice and both time was given excellent Customer Service. 1st time they were prompt on diagnosis and repair without breaking my pocket book. 2nd time....no big issue. They checked it very well, drove it around and came back with the good news that "it's running as it should". There was no charge for the service and I feel were honest and gave quick service. Thank You Frank's Auto Service!

Sam McGee has done an absolutely fantastic job keeping my family's 2015 Cruze on the road. It was plagued with overheating issues as most of GMs 1.4 Turbo engines are. But all that is behind us now. Couldn't be happier.Best prices in town. #okmulgee

Sam is a really nice guy, didn't make me feel like I was being taken advantage of at all. Very helpful in explaining what and why I needed what my truck did. Prices are best around. I came from Stillwater (2 hrs away) to have it worked on. I trust him and will only take my vehicles to him. :)

Do NOT use this shop. The idiots will just rip you off hundreds of dollars and your vehicle won t be fixed!

Hands down, one if THE absolute best places I've ever taken my car! Great work, great humor, great people, great experiences! Will NOT take my car anywhere else. They're stuck with me, sorry guys! Lol But yeah, They're really that damn good! Good luck finding a place more honest than these guys, and I'll be damned, they actually work! Have never been there twice for the same issue! They have been my go-to shop for almost a decade! The owners and employees are humble and always make sure the job is done right. They are knowledgeable and affordable, and will work hard for you, to get you and your vehicle back on the road safely.

Yeah. Well because I m a female you didn t listen to me in the first place. You used my car like a hot rod and wonder why you didn t hear the noise. Point of the review is the fact that just because you see nothing wrong with the cv axels doesn t mean they weren t making noise. My car NEVER made any of the noises it s making now until you and your mechanic got your hands on it. Now I m left spending the money to figure out what you shady mechanics did wrong. Have a nice day, sir! I ll continue to tell everyone in Okmulgee not to go to you!!

Everyone time I come here they take there time to find out the issue they don't poke around things and try to tell you that you have multiple issues on the car they get right to the point and very reasonable and prices are fair the owner Mike is a really good guy and him and his team gets the job done..

This was the worse place I've EVER been to they ripped my eye lashes off my car lost my keys had me spend 1000 dollars on my heads there was nothing wrong with it was the feul pump the whole time they had my car for 8 months and I still had to drag it home the same way I took it down there 8 months ago except I'm a 1000 dollars beat
