They are great the vehicle we had through them got severe hail damage and the insurance company totaled it. Car Mart okmulgee got started on the paperwork from the insurance company and got us nto another vehicle yesterday thank yal so very much for everything

We are so glad we gave them a try. We ended up in a 2019. Low miles with enough bells and whistles to make us happy. Billy was quick to find us what we were looking for but wasn't pushy at all. The sales manager was down to earth and absolutely great. It was an awesome experience. Highly recommend this team!

Just finished paying my car off last week since 2020! They have been very supportive and awesome to work with. The staff are amazing and very professional plus customer service is always great just good people in general. For my second car I will definitely return very soon! Thanks Okmulgee Car-Mart.

This was a great experience!The staff went out of their way to get us out!We were in an emergency situation... And they were the ONLY ones to help us.That building used to be Taco Mayo... Where I spent my formative years.Go there... They'll help!Sorry about the sweater!

I bought a car and reported to them every month about my Cadillac converter being jacked up when the warranty of my car expired they told me there was nothing they could do that me telling them every month and told Amber it was never put in computer. Katrina the manager is a very rude and unprofessional person. She great when selling u the car but then she is a different person afterwards. I made my $500 payment each month for over two yrs for them to screw me when the engine blew due to Cadillac converter if u need a car in okmulgee I suggest u go to Regal ur payment will be less the cars have a great warranty and they actually care before and after.

I ve had a good experience here with everyone except for I think her name is Tina? She s rude every-time we have to discuss something with her and it just makes it unbearable to want to converse with her about our contract. We re good paying customers, hell we even went without to pay our payments on time to keep up a good relationship. My dog got very sick this past week and my vet bill ate almost all of my check, and ofc I had to pay that right there, my animals are very important. I figured since this would be the first time I ever paid late she wouldn t be so rude. I came in and I ll admit I was annoyed, I drive literally 20 mins plus to come discuss with someone I know is going to be rude with me and you can probably see the look on my face as well, but there is no reason for her to keep snipping at someone. Like she genuinely wants you to fight with her and I wasn t having it. I agreed with everything that came from her mouth and she still proceeds to say I m directing anger toward her? I know what my contract says and I m able to pay four days late on a limited amount of times. She was attempting to make it a big deal, was saying I was pissed off with her and could talk to her manager about it when I hadn t said anything but yes ma am agreeing to everything she was discussing. I had work and she s dragging out a 5 minute discussion to try and argue? It s just unprofessional and quite annoying. Give the lady a day off or something she clearly hates being there.

Great experience! I was back driving in a short amount of time. I had my children with me and the hospitality there was very high. We felt like family. It's a couple days later and my children has expressed how they enjoyed their experience while we were there! They are as flexible as the website expresses. I recommend that you go there for a great car buying experience.

Okmulgee, Oklahoma is where I grew up at. That's one reason I came back to Car Mart. The staff are very friendly and professional and quick about making sure you drive off with a car. This is my second car. I'll always recommend Car Mart to friends and family. Thank you Okmulgee Car Mart.

Bought a car the Friday before Memorial Day, got it home and the AC quit and it had a check engine light, took it back and go into a newer more reliable car as they call it. Drove it for a day and it had a check engine light come on. Took it to a trusted dealership service department and found out it had metal shaving in the oil. Called Car Mart and told them, they wasn t very willing to work with me on it and honestly I wouldn t have wanted another vehicle from them anyway. Two cars in a week and I came out of it without a car at all. If your trying to rebuild credit or just need a good reliable car, don t go getting it from them, odds are you ll be in the same hole as I am.

I went yesterday and picked out a car at Okmulgee Car Mart and the experience was awesome! John greeted us when we got there and did an awesome job of walking me through the steps of the car buying process and easing my nervousness. Rodney helped with the test drive and application and he was so nice and just an awesome spirit! I can tell he loves his job because he simply loves helping people! The entire process was so easy and actually enjoyable! I definitely recommend them!!!!

Came in today to find something cheaper, but with a decent size that could accommodate myself, boyfriend and 3 kids. Found a car we loved within a reasonable price. They also had their $199 down promo which helped us get into one today. Denise was amazing at helping us understand what was expected on our end, and making sure we knew what we needed to before we left.

Devon and nas are awesome we have bought several cars and been thru several management teams and they are the best. They have been very timely in getting the repair made without me being without my vehicle for more then a day. I would definitely recommend them to help you buy your next car

The people at Car Mart in okmulgee are awesome they made me feel comfortable and let me get a vehicle of my choice even with my credit and a prior repo.wouldnt be able to start over without their help .

LOVE Okmulgee Car-Mart! I'm currently in my second vehicle through them, and both experiences have been great! I purchased my first vehicle with them 6 years ago, and they helped me tremendously back then. I traded that vehicle in with them exactly 2 years ago, and my husband and I currently only have a few months left of payments. They have always worked with us if there was ever any issues with the vehicles needing work done by a mechanic, and always had it done quickly, and if we were ever needing to make a pay arrangement for a later date, they work with us on that as well. We've always recommended Car-Mart to anyone we know that is needing a vehicle. We've had nothing but great experiences with them. The staff has always been nice and professional any time we have spoken with them, whether in person or on the phone. They send a text reminder for when our payment is due, (and we occasionally have them call us to remind us because we are very forgetful and always so busy with work and our kid lol!) but even when they call to remind us, they are never rude or hateful about it. I highly recommend Okmulgee Car-Mart!

Purchased a nice car today with help from an EXCELLENT staff. Rodney and John were awesome!! Definitely ask for them if you're looking for a car. Car-Mart will be very understanding of your situation and wants to help you get into a car the same day.

Playing phone tag with me ! Took my car from me without explaining. Amber sat on the phone with me arguing with me. Tell me they cant give me any info on my car! That I'm still paying on it. Told me my car won't be there much long Without no explaining! NEVER GO HERE TO GET ANYTHING!! SHOULDN'T EVEN WHEN HERE IN FIRST PLACE! What a joke of a place. Over 90 dollars!! Watch out for carmart

I initially thought this place was the answer. Turns out it's been more complications and anxiety. I got a car from this place to help me keep my job..only for me to have to get a jump when I leave my job on the first day I buy, but when I purchase they tell me to bring it back for a minor repair only for them to have kept it the entire week. Needless to say I don't have to worry about a job any more as I didn't have the car I purchased for the specific reason to get me back and forth. I Would not recommend if your in a bit of a bind or otherwise have no other options. So far I've gotten 3 different days as to when I'd be able to drive again. Couldn't say I was happy about any of this particular situation and I'm reluctant to accept any form of an apology.
