A young man named Jason Gregory helped me today. I was looking for a 2 and a half ton floor jack. Jason helped me find the one I needed with specific lifting needs. He noticed I had a firefighter hat on and told me about their soldier and first responder discounts. I had told Jason about having to retire with only 28 years because of a neck injury I sustained at a fire scene, and that I wasn't supposed to lift heavy objects. Jason was kind enough to carry my new floor jack to my vehicle. He was a very helpful and thoughtful employee, and I'll definitely be shopping at their store again!

Had a good experience today with Judson & Paxton. Very knowledgeable & good customer service. A guy named Jason, however wasn't very nice, didn't listen to my issue at hand.

This AutoZone recently became my angels on earth when my car s alternator died. Jason G, Joe, and Edward went above and beyond to help me. They performed a diagnostics for free, found the alternator I needed THEN called around and found a place to work me in. They knew I was on my way to Texas and needed serious help. When my car didn t make it exactly to the repair shop, Jason G assisted the two mechanics and pushed my car across 2 lanes of oncoming traffic and into the bay. AutoZone in Okmulgee is the best!! There are not enough stars to express my rating!!!

This store has been hit and miss through the years with employees. Either they had no general knowledge other then a computer description or none at all. Hated this AutoZone. However; recently they've hired some pretty knowledgeable people that know a handshake and a name matters. Keep it up y'all!

I won't go there because my ex wife works there. And she already stole from from one job. And they took her to court for it.. and when she worked at O'Reilly's she used the gas card for there delivery trucks for her own vehicle without permission.. so Elizabeth Frazier I hope one day you go to jail for stealing..

Im glad I have some mechanical inclination. If I didn't, I wouldn't be sure the staff could help. They always look disgruntled and on edge when I go in, the manager looks absolutely fed up with everything, I'll stick to o'reillys thanks.

It was late and I needed to do a quick roadside repair. They were open and had everything I needed. The employees were friendly and professional. Store was clean and well stocked. Can't ask for more than that!

Amazing customer service! I live in Oregon but I was in Oklahoma driving through I stopped at this AutoZone and had the most amazing customer service experience ever. I was greeted politely immediately when I walked in the door. He looked up what I needed and got it for me, then saw me outside struggling with no funnel and brought me his own personal funnel to use. I didn't get the guys name, but I wanted to say thank you sir for doing more than just your job!

Knowledgeable and friendly employees. If your vehicle is acting up and you don't know what's wrong with it, take it to AutoZone and they'll run a free diagnostic test. They are very helpful in getting your vehicle running good again for the lowest cost.

Austin P. Went above and beyond to test my wife s battery and help her find the right battery for her. He was professional and pleasant to deal with. I will return to autozone. My experience with Austin was better than my experience at Oreilleys.

Stopped to have my car battery checked due to batt light on & having to frequently jump start car. Very knowledgeable employees who were willing to go the extra mile to ensure we were taken care of. Thanks Okmulgee Auto Zone guys !!

Very friendly knowledgeable staff. Was driving through to Texas and heard something in the car. Didn't want to be stranded alone (female) on the road trip. They didn't take advantage of me and ease my mind everything was fine with the car.

Great auto parts store with as you'd expect lots of parts for lots of vehicles. If there is a part that is not in stock they can usually have it in the store by the next business day. If you order online you also have the option to have certain parts shipped directly to your shop or home. If that option is not available then the parts are shipped to the store for, as I stated, usually the next business day for in store pick up. They have services such as free battery and alternator testing, error code readings and recommendations, rewards program and even specialized tool rental with a refundable deposit. Competitive prices and quality parts both store brand and name brand. Great store.

Sometimes has what I want. They will check your dash warnings on the chop reader thing. They let you borrow stuff, I don't know what that costs though.

I came in the store about a 2 weeks ago to try and get a couple axle bearings for my horse trailer. I went through 2 people that worked there that couldn't help me because there were no numbers on the bearings. The 3rd person stepped up and found what I needed. His name was Toby. He had excellent knowledge on how to measure these things and was very professional about reminding me I probably needed bearing grease also. Great guy!

They actually had the part we needed in stock. Just not the right tools we needed to take the part off with.The one employee who worked their, was pregnant and she had her 2 very small children their with her. They were playing on the ladder and running around, back behind the counter. One was out in the front part wondering around. She got onto 1 Child for opening something and explained, that was stealing and should not do that.A customer asked if they had a gumball machine, he was going to give them some change for it. The woman litterly blew up on the man. Told him they were her kids and she could make them mind any way she wanted too. She was very rude to the customer. He just spent over $100.00 there. If she would have done that to me, I would have walked away without a thing.I'm sorry, but kids do not belong in the work place like that. She had NO BUSINESS being so rude to the customer.

I needed to get a check engine light checked. I went to O'reilly Auto Parts and they said they could not help because of the Covid. I called Auto Zone anf they said they could not enter my car, but they would let me connect and help me with getting the error message. The employee came to help me and was able to get more information than I could get.I appreciate the assistance i received while I was there.

Had our battery checked and had to purchase another one. But they installed it for us. They did an awesome job. So the car got an early Christmas present lol!!!

Sent my teenage daughter to town to get some Dot 3 and they were rude to her. Wanted to know if she was working on the vehicle and she said what if I am. They answered well have you seen your hair. The whole conversation is ridiculous and demeaning. We will definitely be going else where for now on.

After my husband was told no, we will have to order this part...two days later as he picked it up, only to discover it was the WRONG part and the actual one he needed was kept in stock at the store allll along. Just one example of the series of bs that involved ONE part.

The store manager there is very unprofessional . Until he is gone I won't be back . The location is the store in okmulgee. I'm an AutoZone guy but he changed that. I live in okmulgee so now I will use a O'reilly's.

I had a really great experience coming to get my battery tested here at AutoZone and when I bought the new battery the guy from AutoZone even installed my new battery in my car without charging me for the labor.

Staff helpful, but the part I need was more than the other parts store in town and they wanted payment up front before ordering.
