I brought my BMW here to get an initial diagnosis. The owner was very kind and advised me on where to start with getting the car running again. Going to mechanics can be intimidating as somebody who knows nothing about cars. Overall, he made this tough situation a great experience for me, as I'm not very well versed in car talk. He was very helpful and even showed me other engines similar to mine so that I could really understand the problem! Their first recommendation worked and my car is now back to running great! They also did a MUCH NEEDED oil change for me very quickly.

Wish I found this shop a long time ago! Johnnie and his crew provided top notch service at a reasonable price. I even got a call the following day to make sure I was satisfied with the work. I ll be coming back for sure.

I was buying a car and stopped here during my test drive to see if they could "take a look".The full scan is $75 (December, 2023), but they looked under the hood and gave me advice (very honest and friendly) and didn't ask for anything as I was quick and decided to pass on the scan (the car didn't seem worth it). It was a nice experience, and I just wanted to show gratitude recommending them!

The guy Johnny was not honest with me about prices for services and I called this place off the reviews I read. He quoted me one at drop off then said he quoted something else. He could not give straight answers about anything I asked. I will never go to this place again nor recommend his business toanyone.

Bought a cheap high mileage 2007 Honda Pilot about a year ago and it has been a great vehicle. They were honest in letting me know that it needed new struts and a few miscellaneous items. I replaced the struts myself and have zero issues in the year I have owned it.

My Cadillac 2007 SRX received multiple repairs and replacements and when I drove it after restoration, it drove like a new car! Excellent work!

These guys are not qualified to work on imports! Terrible customer service, I had them fix one problem ( valve cover gasket)and now my BMW is not driveable (check engine light on, smoking from exhaust )and they wanted more money to fix a problem created by them.Very rude and unprofessional, incompetent is the word.Service: Auto A/C replacementService: Auto A/C replacement

Mr. Young and his son got my car in and done in one day. He knew I had to be at work the next day and this was important to me. I didnt drop it off until noon he stayed late to have it done the same day. That is good service.I also had it looked at by another mechanic who suggested I change the power steering pump. Johnnie spent about 4 seconds to listen and assured me that it was my alternator slipping.. made a few other suggestions. Now my car runs great.I think the price was a little on the high side but at the same time the service was on the high side too. No complaints from me.

I had an excellent experience with Johnny at Young Auto. He was friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and willing to take the time to answer any questions I had. I purchased a vehicle from him and he actually went over and beyond what I expected. I have a good, dependable car and have found a mechanic I can trust. Win-Win!

I have used Young Auto several times and will continue to do so. They always explain the issue and my options for fixing it in a way i understand and always charge fair prices. Last week my back window got stuck rolled down one evening when i was on my way to Dallas. Mr Young took my call even though it was after 6pm and offered to stay late and fix my window so i could get me back on the road to Dallas. I highly recommend Young Auto.

I drive a Saab 9-5 and it is very hard to find people willing to work on them, since they no longer make the car anymore. I was driving through OKC, when my car seemed to stall out at a stoplight in the downtown area. I took my car to Young Auto Service, where Johnnie Young was very helpful and able to diagnose the problem. I needed new spark plugs, as well as a new throttle body. He was able to order the parts and installed them with no problem. Especially for Saab owners out there, it is really important to take your vehicle to people that have experience with working on that car. I HIGHLY recommend this place because they know what they are doing and have the experience.

The Youngs are good people. Professional, fast, and accurate. He got my car in and done in one day. I told him my situation and they worked hard to help me. God bless them. I'll continue to do business with them. They even offered snacks and toys for my nephew.

My power steering pump broke on New Year's Day as I was leaving OKC around 4:45pm. I'm not from the area and was headed to a film job that started the next day. Mr. Young took my call and offered me to come in to have my vehicle diagnosed. He gave me a proper diagnosis and how much it would cost to fix. After I agreed to charges, he stayed until almost 10pm fixing my truck so I could get back on the road and get to work the next day. He was kind, hospitable, charged a fair rate to my knowledge, and worked overtime on New Year's day so I could get to my job the next day. Definitely give this place 5 stars.

We took a car to this place and we got took. We are very unhappy with the service I will not be using this place because of the understanding. So please get a good understanding of what you want done on your car. It is hard to find a good mechanic that you can trust to do the right thing. To try and fix the problem and not argue with the person. This is American we all have a freedom of speech.

I've two opportunities to utilize the professional services of Young Auto. My initial contact came one hot summer day at the completion of a work day when my vehicle overheated. Mr. Johnnie Young responded to my location on that hot day and was able to make an assessment of the problem. Headed to Young Auto, whereupon the situation was able to be fully and adequately addressed.My most recent utilization of Young Auto occurred on or about 01/06/18 when i discovered a dead battery in my vehicle. However, Mr. Young responded to my location and determined that the this required a new battery, a better battery and one that is designed for the required power cylinder....apparently the wrong battery cylinder had been placed in vehicle that created problems for the last two winters.Once again, Young Auto handled this situation as I was required to demonstrate great patience because this happen upon the dangerous cold days and just waited until a warmer day.Mr. Young was able to secure a new better battery, with excellent warranty and best part....Mr. Young arrived at my location and installed the battery this very night.Thank You, Mr. Johnnie Young for your professionalism and expertise.01/19/18

This guy knows his stuff, I would highly recommend him, he takes his time to make sure its done right. Had my 760Li worked on and it runs better than the day I bought it. Good job keep up the good work.

Mr. Young came in on his off day (Saturday) to repair a broken belt on my truck. Helped us in a time of need and did not charge us out the butt to do it. Would recommend sending anyone to him.

Went in today for my window regulator. Very good customer service! Offered to drop me at the mall whilst they work on my car but opted to stay and hangout. Will definitely be back.
