I would ve had a cleaner car if I would have left the car in rain than The ultimate option in automatic car wash. Left side dryers didn t work either but it would make no difference as the car was still dirty. Waste of time and money.NEVER again.

The auto payment is not working (2:45 pm 1/28/24). It asked me to insert my crecdit card 4 times and never gave me a car wash. And, there's no place online to let anyone know to make sure I wasn't charged. Wish I could give them no stars, but the system doesn't allow that.

A little touch up could help this car wash alot...pressure is good and solid but all the extras they add on does not work: Triple shine,Spot free rinse, and bug wash features did not engage at the stall I was in. Does smell awkward also.

It is a great place but the thing is the self wash there is no hot water, the brush soap is soap water and the Automatic wash is good but it does not dry your car good.

It a car wash. Only concern is the soap. It will leave a stain. Have not been able to get rid of yet.

Been here 2 days in a row. 1st day was with my truck and they were out of soap on the wand and triple shine. they did have soap for the brush, so I shrugged it off because someone else was parked next door in automatic wash.Though they might be working on it. I continued on and got to the spotfree rinse and it didnt work! On the 2nd day I brought by my wife's bronco to take through the soft touch which was closed. so I decided to go through the touchless one. Spent $14. The touchless one was out of soap and triple shine. To my surprise the spot free rinse worked. Than came the dryers. The dryers weren't working properly. while they miserably tried they kept dropping more water on my wife's bronco! Total waste of time and money!

The brushless car wash is a waste of money. Paid $9 and my vehicle was still dirty. These were taken right after I drove home.

First time using the carwash and vacuum. Use the handwash bay and put in $5.00 it definitely lasted from soap, rinse, wax and no spot rinse. Drove back home and there were spots on the car. Dried it off by hand and noticed some sort of sticky film on the sides.Vacuum is great and lasted awhile, enough to vacuum the whole car including the trunk.

What a rip off, water smelled like sewer and spot free was non existent. Picture shows the pathetic flow of water along with the selection of spot free and how much time was left.

This is a nice manual car wash. You have a good bit of option with cleaning products. They accept credit cards, with a minimum charge of $3. It does have a bit of mildew buildup and you can smell it, but it's a car wash so not sure how much of that can be controlled over time.

Last time I tried to use the brushless wash, it took my money and didn't work. This time only half of the dryer blower worked. Half of my car was wet after.

For years, I would regularly use the touchless wash here and it worked great. Always got my car clean and I always left happy. As of recently, though, this has not been the case. I stopped going about 4-6 months ago because the last few times I went through the touchless automatic wash, maybe the sprayers weren't working properly, or maybe the dryers weren't. Those three times, there was always something that wasn't working. I started going to a different car wash that blew this one out of the water and never thought I'd go back to this one.Yesterday, I went back for the first time because my car was dirty from a road trip and this is the closest one to my house and I thought I'd give it another shot. Since the touchless wash hadn't been great for me the last few times, I went through the self-service wash bay. This was the most disappointing experience I've ever had with a car wash due to the equipment provided. Here's what my experience entailed with taking my BMW 435i through the self-service wash:- the "high pressure wash" (or power washer) was incredibly weak. It was not able to even take the bugs off of my bumper, and could barely take off the dirt at point blank. It would not take off the road dirt on my side panels behind my wheels at all. I carry a bottle of brake dust remover for my wheels and sprayed it on before the wash, which is effective at getting the dust off my wheels with even a cheap electric power washer I have at home. This power washer removed zero brake dust and my wheels are still filthy.- the "high pressure wash" (or power washer) water had small amounts of soap in it, so instead of being able to wash off the soap gun's green soap at the end of my wash and leave the car clean, my car is now covered in dried soapy water, which is very visible on my paint and windows today.- the soap gun (which shoots a green soap) was extremely low pressure and barely had any flow, so it took so long for me to get a coating on my car that the side I did first had dried when I got back around to it. I may be wrong, but my assumption is that it was it was going at a slow rate to take longer so it would cost me more.- the overhead swivel mount that the main sprayer was attached to was leaking water from the beginning of my wash, and after using the green soap gun, that green soap was leaking in a steady stream onto the roof of my car, so after trying to get everything off I could, I had to pull my car almost completely out of the wash bay and almost out of reach of the sprayer to try to wash the green soap off that had dripped all over my roof, windshields, and trunk lid.- the green soap from that gun in the previous bullet points stained my hand, so I was not able to touch the inside of my car or use that hand to drive home for fear of staining my interior. When I got home, after washing my hands multiple times to get the green stain off, regular soap was not working and I ended up ruining one of my hand towels trying to scrub it off. I had to wash my hands with half a bottle of isopropyl alcohol to reduce the staining (but not completely get rid of it). After washing my hands a few more times and showering this morning, the stain is almost gone, but still remains on my hand as I'm at work.I left this car wash infuriated that I even spent a few dollars here trying to clean my car and left with it looking worse than when it got there. I will not be returning, and I will advise everyone I know in the area (I've lived two minutes from this wash for 20 years) to go elsewhere. Yes, this car wash is inexpensive, but pay a few bucks more and go somewhere that will actually clean your car, not one like this, which only left me angry, my car as dirty as when I got there, wasted my time and money, and stained my hand green. If the owner is reading this, make sure your equipment works or go into a different business and sell this wash to someone who can make it work. This is absolutely unacceptable.

Very nice little car wash. Clean. There was plenty of soap in the brush and water pressure good. Bays were clean. Lighting ok, not fantastic but good enough. Equipment was readable, easy to use.

Pressure is non-existent at the bay closest to the street. No soap or any of the other chemicals came out of the dispenser. Moved to a different bay and the pressure was better, but only for the water. Nothing else worked. No wax, no tire shine, no tri shine. So annoying. You get what you pay for I guess.

This is a terrible car wash. Soap brushes never work. Sometimes the cash machine will take your change and not give you time. Just poor management horrible car wash.

One of the few remaining Great DIY car washes in the area. The 8 floor mat clamps made it easier to use pre wash, power soak and power rinse to clean our rugs. These were the only settings I used and they were all powerful even the pre soak which is typically just a little drizzle at other washes.

I'm giving it 4 stars because the tri foam and the selection after that one. I can't remember what that selection was. This was in the bay closest to the change machine. Other than that the wash was spectacular!

Place isn't maintained. Bug wash never works. Shampoo brushes are worn out. Vacuums are terrible with barely any suction. Don't waste your money here

To start we walked in to wash our dogs and there was tons of hair all over the place. So even if we washed our dogs we would probably still have hair on them. We went ahead and just started washing them but then there was no soap coming out of spray: so after paying $3 to start it there s no soap. Only two of the sinks we re working also. Just an all around bad experience.

In such poor condition, the drive thru wash did not clean my car at all. Just got it wet and then the dryer kicked in and did not dry my car. Waste of $8

For the Third time in a year there was no soap in the automatic wash. If you allow the wax sealer over the watered only paint you may ruin your paint. Avoid this place

Best car was I have ever been to. Brushes were like new and everything worked properly. I work in detail at carmax so I know this carwash has some good quality products.

If you're going here, go for a manual wash. The automatic carwashes are always on the fritz, but the manual bays are nice and clean and they work well.

The Tri-color wash foam is amazing for maintaining a clean finish on my car and they also have the strongest vacuums near me for 25 cents for about 2 mins. For the vacs alone is worth the stop imo.
