Mr. Warfel has worked with several different cars of mine. He has not only been extremely professional, patient, and honest, but he has taken on some what of a father like role to me. He makes sure to explain exactly what is going on with my car, and what the insurance is needing/expecting from me. I haven't worked with someone so thorough, hands on, and willingly to go the extra step, especially in this day in time. I would encourage anyone to bring their business here, you will not be disappointed, and you will return. Mr. Warfel, you are the definition of a businessman.

They did a fast and fantastic job on my car repair. I was concerned about the paint matching on my new parts but they matched perfectly. I would absolutely recommend visiting them anything you need done.

The staff was incredibly professional in helping us, even though our truck was totaled! Great info regarding what to expect with our claim and a few pointers to protect ourselves. If we ever need body shop repairs, we will definitely be calling Warfel's!!!!

After my car accident l needed a body shop, l contacted 5 shops in my surrounding area and they were all booked. On my 6th attempt, l contacted Warfel Body Shop and spoke with Mike and he got me in. Mike worked with my insurance agent and got the job done and completed the task ahead of schedule. Mike was very kind, the work is very impressive, shop area clean and organized. I'm a very happy customer and would highly recommend Warfel Body Shop for your vehicle Body repairs. I appreciate all the help Mike provided. These guys are super nice and do some high quality work. My baby looks new , can't even tell it was in a wreck. When I picked it up it was clean inside and out. Thank you so much for restoring my bug !!

Very professional shop! Experienced, competent, honest, and upfront! If you're with USAA or other insurance, I highly recommend getting your bodyshop repair services done here post-accident!

I took my CTS-V to other body shops to obtain a quote for a claim that involved my passenger side and was told it was going to be 23-28 days. I never had a chance to get it fixed and since then, I had another incident occur that involved extensive damage to my entire vehicle which required a total repaint and body work. Warfel Body Shop took care of both insurance claims and got my car finished in less time than the other body shops claimed it would take to fix just the passenger side claim. My car looks brand new, even the inside of my vehicle looks brand new!!! They exceeded my expectations!! I can t say enough wonderful things about their service and the finished product. Highly recommend them to anyone. Mike and Mitch are such wonderful and honest people and I will never take my car anywhere else.

Over the course of two weeks I took both my car and my wife's car to Mike at Warfel's and I was extremely satisfied with the service and price. Mike does great work and is pretty fast doing it. Even though it's across town from where I live, I think Warfel would be the first place I opted to take my cars.

Overspray all over my windshield alot of popping with my control arms and jus did not do a good job replaced door and panel still comes out can't do nothing about it and left my keys outside on car I do not recommend these guys to anybody

Brought my truck to them for repairs even though I read the negative reviews here on Google reviews. I thought they couldn t possibly be as bad as they were. Unfortunately it was a bad experience. They refused to release my vehicle until the insurance company paid them the final $75 that was owed to them. They said they would not release my vehicle until every dime owed to them was paid.They told me I can pay for it and they will write me a check back when the insurance company pays them. That is not how you do business. This discrepancy was between the insurance company and them. It did not include me, I am the customer but they treated me like I was the one trying to cheat them. They lost me as a customer and I will let everybody know not to bring their vehicle to them for repairs as they will be treated the same way. They even told me they know they ll be paid by the insurance company but they won t release my vehicle until then. They told me it could take up to a week for them to get their $75. You would think that satisfying the customer and waiting for their $75 from the insurance company would be the path they would ve taken, but it was not. I highly discourage anybody from encountering the same problem that I ve had.Service: Body & Trim

I took a vehicle in to have the frame straightened big mistake. I talked with Mitch about straightening the frame he said he would take off all the damaged parts and straighten the frame and put the new parts back on to check for proper fit. I have huge gaps between the hood and fenders. Hood is an inch high and the fenders are rubbing the doors. Even a person with zero experience could tell something is not right. He also threw usable parts in the back of my pick up and now I will need to purchase new one because they were too damaged. He also told me that he would secure the wiring harness under the hood so it wouldn t get damaged he didn t. I was driving the vehicle home and the wiring harness fell down and the tire ran over it pulling out all the wiring from the front. I went back and told him everything I just put in this review and all he had was excuses. I told him that I was going to leave bad reviews and he laughed and said that s ok. Don t use Warfel body shop. Okc has plenty other places that will repair your vehicle the right way. That just cost me $3600. Not to be trusted! I took my car in for a hail damage estimate. I received a quote for around $2300. Then, I went to my insurance and received a detailed report and check for around $4300. When I called to make an appointment, the owner wanted to see the report with the amount that I received. He made sure that I did not have a deductible and scheduled the appointment, made the repairs, and charged me the exact amount that the insurance gave me. They missed the door moldings and one hail ding. I had them install the door moldings and they started to fall off after two months.

These guys have had the pleasure of repairing my car three times! And I was happy with the results each time. So happy in fact, I am referring my son and his wife to them. As I told Mike the hopefully this is the last time he'll see me, but should I ever need car body repair again. I know exactly where I'm taking my car.

I was very disturbed after finding my vehicle vandalized, this shop got me fixed up within a couple of days. Got my car back looking brand new. The friendly staff and courteous workers in this family establishment rock. I appreciated the loving hospitality.

This auto and body shop has fixed my Hyundai twice. I wrecked it bad this time and the manager and staff are very helpful. I have recommended them to everyone. Thankyou so much mike warfel for being very helpful. This is a life saving company.
