went here to get my girlfriends engine oil changed. first off i saw the car get pulled into garage after about an hour. i saw the car pulled in so i walked away. 4 minutes later the auto center cashier calls me in saying the car is ready. i thought thats too soon so i walked back to auto center with concern. turns out they just started and they werent ready and rightfully so. i waited from that point of seeing my car enter garage and timed their service. it took from 933am to 1039am to finish my oil change. i saw one of the lube technicians go under the car then come back out to pick up an oil filter then go back under the car. then she finds out the filter is reachable from top so she comes back up then she breaks filter apart then puts it back together. i asked the cashier why it took that long and she sounded annoyed while telling me they are understaffed. why did she call me back up at 9:37am telling me that my car is ready only for me to wait up front for over an hour? then i check the dipstick and the engine oil is filled over the max line. i drive back to walmart to discuss this with the coach at walmart who is claiming to be manager of department and he insists nothing is wrong and that i should take it to a personal mechanic to find out if it truly is overfilled. well the car isnt foaming engine oil. but they did fill it a significant amount over max line which they arent supposed to do. they werent willing to remedy the situation and i wasnt about to wait a few hours again for the remedy so i left.so do i trust a place that overfills engine oil past max line and insists its okay to drive? its not foaming so i guess its okay but most decent oil change places dont do this so i would have to say this place is a maintenance mishap waiting to happen and quite possibly a liability down the road.you just cannot trust the work ethic of people in the maintenance field in this city there have been way too many instances of work being done poorly.they also spilled engine oil all over the engine compartment and i had to wipe up everything myself.

The two young adults need to be trained better and coached on how to be customer service-oriented. Went two days in a row after being asked to come back and still left without a tire.

So after all,this hasn't been good,they take 4 hrs to fix a flat tire I assume that they do that so you don't go back again and you prefer to pay to get it fix somewhere else,today 9/10/23 my tire had a really big ball on the side And I took it a 2:40 pm it's 6:04 and they called me to say that they just don't have a tire,the lady that received my car told me that I was lucky because they only had one,4 hrs later with no cars at all they didn't called me right away to let me know they waited my daughter has to drive this car and they about to close all the car service,don't go there don't buy a warranty is a waste of money,so today Oct 19 after 5 calls and going back and forth they gave me the refund for the tire,always keep you receipt please,because you never know :(

They weren t able to fix our tire and we had only gotten them in February. So they prorated our mileage and warranty so the replacement was $28 which was amazing.

Got a new battery. Staff was mostly attentive. Got in and out reasonably quickly. Price was fair and better than other options. Did some other household shopping while I waited. Recommend.

Worst service ever at a Walmart service center. The guy was rude and took care of other customers before me when I was standing waiting before other people. Also last time I got my oil changed here they messed up something causing me to have a oil leak. Never coming to this auto center again.

They were SO rude. I've been taking my car to the location in Norman, where all my warrantees were at. I just stopped by this location because it was closer to me. They wouldn't accept my warranty and couldn't find my car in the system. But the old man was so unpleasant....I just had to leave.Service: TiresService: Tires

Had my driver blinker go out. Left with my power window button broke. Window would not go up. Instead of the guy who did it apologize he started blaming me. I'm Luke go check the camera. They are fixing it. So I guess I'll go back but get rid of workers who don't own up to their mistakesService: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

i got here at 6:50 they had other cars but were still willing to take me in and change my tire 20 mins after closing

Solid job of getting my truck back on the road mid-road trip and great customer service overall. The man that helped us was so sweet! The only issue was that the counter wasn t efficiently staffed for the line that was forming (it went from one person in line to a room full of people in minutes) and it took about 15 minutes to have anyone come to get us started on the process. Aside from that, I had no complaints! The work was finished quickly and properly with transparent pricing if I was in the area, I d go back again.

I've had my tires, battery, and oil changed on different occasions, and they do a good job of it. There's also a break room by the shop.

The counter guy wasn't too helpful I had at least a 20 min wait just to speak w someone who knew something. I went in to simply buy tires for my car to have put on later and it took an hour at least. Then I was charged a disposal fee even though no one there even took the old tires off they were on the car, new ones were in back seat. Good low price on new tires but being charged an extra fee when no work was done and taking that long to simply buy tires? Ridiculous.

I have been getting my oil changed at this Walmart for 6 years. For most of that time, I ve had a pleasant experience. There have even been a few employees who ve been there the entire time and offer excellent customer service (namely James).However, in the past year things have taken a downward turn. It started with one experience where I was turned away from an oil change and given the explanation that all the employees had up and quit earlier that day. Since then, the wait times have tripled, I never see the same employee (except James) twice, and I have been turned away on more than one occasion. I came last week to get an oil change and didn t even wait to see how long it would be because there were 8+ cars in line. Tonight, I showed up right after work at 5:30 pm and was turned away because they were too busy with three cars in front of me. The only reason I use Walmart for oil changes is because I can go here on weeknights after work.There is clearly a management problem, as the turnover rate is obscene and the auto center is severely understaffed and unprofessional.

Wow! I went to get my oil changed about a week ago and I have to admit I was a little disappointed with the service at first...the man who checked me in was going off about political things and not focussing on getting me taken care of which was a bit annoying....but one of the young guys who helped me I think his name was Michael he was so nice! He had a good attitude when I was a little frustrated and did the best he could to help me! But the guy who checked me in made my service under 5 stars.

I had to get a last minute battery for my car on a Sunday evening. Wasn t sure they could squeeze me in but they did. I went to the Wal Mart on Reno and MacArthur in OKC. They could not have been any nicer! They did not rush the service and they even checked my entire system for me for free (testing out a new gadget they had)They aired up my tires and walked me through everything they were doing while I was sitting in my car. I HIGHLY recommend these guys. After the last couple of weeks of weather and life chaos, they gave me a little boost in my faith in humanity!

Michael in the automotive center always delivers excellent service. Michael knows the products and he is familiar with with quality and quantity of store products. Michael always search for items best for the customer. Sold me tires but couldn't install them due to employees not showing up . Management is afraid of their employees. "They won't fire them for not showing up because they will have no one." Quote from manager btw you already have no one and it's hurting your business. Wake up.

Went there at 8:30. No other cars being worked on. Waited for a ticket writer for forever. Finally place my oil change order. Said service manager was on break for the last 15 minutes and would be back momentarily. Waited 20 minutes, walked around store and when I came back my car still had not been started on. Wow! I watched a man stocking batteries and the other 3 employees all chit chatting and my car still sitting outside. I asked for my key back and left. How ridiculous. Funniest part was that the service manager, Gary, was the guy stocking batteries.! Holy moly. What a joke. I will tell you that the service writer was very nice and apologetic. Left at 9:10. Never go back, I will not.

untrustworthy, they didnt put my oil filter on properly causing my car to leak out all the oil in 3 days, then they lied and tried to say they didnt do anything wrong, the receipt says that they didntneven put the right amount of oil that my car takes they also tried to lie about that also, vetu very shady place dont deal with them unless you want to lose your motor

First day open late. I had to park and walk around the building to get in. I know that's Petty but it was sprinkling. what's inside they beat around the bush for an hour and a half before repairing my tire for the warranty. After getting the tire a half hour later on the vehicle come to find out they didn't even put the hubcap back on. when I asked them if they would they made a ton of excuses to not have to do it. Avoid this place.

I wanted to take the time to write a quick, well-deserved review of Walmart's Auto Care Center on Reno.Tommy's closing-crew came through for me with just 15-minutes left before closing. Unfortunately, I allowed my tires to wear so bad that belt was showing on one and the other had a 10-PSI leak a day.Without hesitation or complaint, they told me to pull my car over to the tire changing bay. They had my (2) new tires balanced and mounted record time.I wish I could have gotten their names, but I settled for a very thankful handshake from the two of them. Thank you guys so very much!

They were short handed only two guys and they worked really hard to get it all done. Thank you. And no credit to Hibdons on North May I dropped my car off there today to fix my flat. I dropped it off at 2:30 and they said it will be ready about 5 or 6. REALLY WOW! So I think waiting 45 minutes is a walk in the park! Thanks Walmart

It's excellent service & they have a TV in the waiting room. They change the channel for me and put it on the TV show that I want to watch. I don't have to miss my TV shows while I wait. They also have a coffee pot and a 50 cents a can pop machine. EXCELLENT SERVICE. Thank you Asst. Mgr. Michael.

They were lazy i paid for a oil change, for my fluids to be topped off, car vacuumed, tires balanced, and all i received was a oil change and power steering fluid. I was informed i had a transmission leak and was told the fluid wasnt low enough to fill back up they didn't do anything else they advertise. I recommend getting a standard oil change because thats all they will do anyway

Poor ass service. Took an hour after them telling me it would be 10-30 min just to fix a slow leak. My old home town Co-op only takes 5-10 min! There was only one car in front of me and they were almost done. Oh and the cashier is a dick. Get it together Reno Walmart auto center.

They service sucks i got new tires in 2017 and i been having a slow leak from one of my tires. They check my tire and say oh we can't found no hole. I say ok but it is coming from somewhere so I get my valve stem change my sensor broke on the tire so I got a new one of those. And to my surprise my pressure lights come back on after getting all this done took my car back up there and they say we can't take the tire off take it back to the people who put the tire back on after they put the sensor on smh i would never buy from them again for tires. I just need them to replace the tire or fix the leak i didn't wont to gave a star i made me in order to post this

Terrible experience. I will not be going back to Walmart for my tires. The manager had the nerve to complain about me to another employee right in front of me just because I asked a question politely. I took my business down the street to Discount Tire and they were very professional and helpful.
