Always look up reviews before bringing your car in.I had an appointment for 7am and employees didn t show up or start working on my car until 7:40am.Once I was greeted, there was no apology or explanation, which I rolled with. My oil change was preformed by Alvin and Christian. The job was completed around 8:30, making me late for work. I asked the team lead, Juan, if there was any kind of discount that could be applied for the inconvenience, he said no and was completely unphased. He did not offer an apology or explanation. Complete lack of costumer service. I am not one to make a scene so I left in silence. Juan, Christian, and Alvin were all standing at my car to pass off my keys and not one of them, nor myself, said a single word as they returned my car to me. By far the most unprofessional experience I ve ever had.

Short white old lady employee at the counter is always terrible. She is always uncooperative, unfriendly and treats me like I'm a scam artist. She always acts like she knows everything. Is she a car mechanic or something?(I AM car mechanic)I don't mind old people needs time and it takes extra time for service but that attitude is terrible. I've been using this Walmart probably more than 100 times but today was the 3rd time that I got irritated by her attitude. (first time was probably 5 years ago and I still remember her attitude)ALSO, today, female customer next to me was irritated too. She purchased stuff at the electronics department and tried to leave from Auto Care entrance but this lady employee stopped her. The customer showed her receipt but this employee stopped her for no reason. She locked the door so me (purchased car battery), female customer and another male customer couldn't get out of the store.Management needs to fire her.I just moved to south side OKC, I'm really glad that I don't need to use this store anymore. A guy with pink color glasses employee at the front self-checkout area is always really nice. I wish Auto Care Center would hire same kind of friendly person.

Half the staff was rude and dismissive. One of the staff members inside acted like I was bothering her by wanting to pay for the service and get my keys back. The 2 men who checked in my vehicle were professional at least.

Belle Isle Walmart had me in a rage. I normally try to keep my cool but I waited 2 1/2 hours after doing them a favor purchasing tires. I had to yell to the top of my voice to then get them to finish the job and the new young guy working there , along with the staff acted as if I m just angry for nothing, not trying to put themselves in my shoes, not to mention that I had a ton of other things on my schedule after just leaving and waiting 2 hours beforehand for my oil change somewhere else. A little understanding goes a long way and I d recommend no one to go there for service.Service: Tires

I called the service center because my car was on a tow truck ready to be towed to get my flat tire fixed ONLY to be told that there was no one certified or trained to change a flat tire! That s absurd! It s Walmart! A multibillion dollar company but you can t find and hire competent individuals to provide the services in which you advertise? I m extremely upset! This is completely unacceptable, unprofessional, and definitely a huge inconvenience to my family and I. Instead of being able to tow my car to Walmart 1.1 mile away, I had to pay an additional $120 to get it towed 18 miles away all because the automotive care employees are completely incapable of doing the jobs they were hired for!!!!

Told over the phone they d change my headlight, get there to be informed that no, they don t do that. When I told the guy he should probably let the person answering phone know so they don t tell anyone else the incorrect information, I was told to relay the information myself . Sorry for not wanting anyone else to drive there and be turned away.

Went in to purchase and replace a tire. The estimation was a 3 hour wait which was okay since it was Sunday and there was a long line. Unfortunately the man working on my car completely forgot to process when it was done, so I ended up waiting an extra hour and a half in Walmart while my car sat ready to go in the parking lot. Even after I went to check the front desk (bc I saw my car sitting finished) they told me I still had to wait because it wasn't done yet. :/// Not a great experience

Went to the one off Bell Isle two days in a row. I have a spare on my car. And the poor gentleman didn't have any help. So I came back in the am. Same thing. He was by himself. So I have yet to get it fixed.

Took about 1 full hour to change only 1 tire. Took them about 10 minutes to find the tire (end if they didn't have it, but they substituted for a similar tire) but then it took them about 15 minutes for me to sign me in because the person decided to wonder off and talk to someone else and seemed to have forgotten about me because another associate had to go get him. And after that it took about 30 minutes to change it.End up they did a terrible job because my tire went flat.I rather go to a tire shop that I went to before that can do it in about 15 minutes for a lot less.*UPDATE*So after the same tire kept leaking air, I took it to another business and had it checked. End up Walmart broke my tire sensor and it was jammed. That is what the person at the tire shop had told me and even showed me. He said that it appeared that it was dropped or something happened that cause it to break. So in addition to the $110 I spent on the tire and horrible service, I spent an additional $75 for my Valve stem to be replaced and for the sensor to be replaced and reprogrammed. Definitely going to the management and tell them, I HIGHLY recommend going somewhere else.

Pricing of tires was great. Service was good but the wait was way too long for only 1 tire I got. I spent over 2 hours here just for it.Service: TiresService: Tires

Took my vehicle in for a new tire replacement, the mechanic guy was fast and good, completed the job less than 20 minutes but the register lady was slow and rude. She complained that I didn't had my sticker when I picked my vehicle which the mechanic didn't gave it to me nor did I knew that I needed one since this was my first time using Walmart auto care service center. Also she didn't announce that my vehicle was done until the mechanic told me. I wasted 15 minutes waiting on the customer service area because of her slowness.

Christian was awesome! He helped me check in and changed my oil, he also helped me pick out my batterie. However the service register attendant talked about other customers to any new customers. And were rude and complained a lot. No one cares, we want the job done and be in and out. Just be nice please. And several other customers said it was the worst experience of their life.

Horrible. Would not change my tire even though I had a warranty. The so called manager "Mary" did not know anything about tires. She could not look up my warranty without paperwork she said. They were so short handed she refused to change my tire. She was rude and hateful and worthless. I called ahead to see if they had a tire my size and she told me I would have to come in they refused to check then when I drove there they refused to help me. I was 200 miles away from home and had a donut on my car. I drove to 23rd st and bought a tire for $30 they were very nice I was in and out I'm 15 minutes. I'm done with wal mart. They can't change oil or tires. That woman Mary should be fired.

Never get your oil changed here. I pulled up and waited 30 minutes before I walked up and had someone come check me in. The large short haired lady who is VERY rude checked me in and told me 30 minutes. An hour and a half later my truck was done. They got grease on my stearing wheel. Moved my seat all the way up, and when I told the lady who was sitting in someone elses car that they moved my seat up, she just said ok and rolled the window up on me. This locations customer service and professionalism is laughable. I highly recommend going anywhere else.

I always call all the Walmarts near me before getting an oil change to determine the shortest wait times. These folks did a great job!

Waited the respectful hour they said to get my oil changed than I noticed they were fiddling to get my oil change light to reset for 15 minutes just flipping through a book hoping to find answers. After not being able to wait any longer because it has now been 30 minutes past the alotted time they said so I told them to just give me my car and I would figure it out myself. I got in my car, googled how to reset it, and was done in less than 30 seconds. Thank you Walmart Autocenter for wasting 20 extra minutes of my life trying to do something I could simply Google.

The people that work in this particular Walmart tire center are some of the least caring and lazy individuals I have dealt with anywhere. Don't go in 45 minutes before closing and expect to get anything accomplished. They will tell you they are short handed and can't help. As they clean to get ready to leave with no service work going on. And don't bother complaining to management. They may care less then the techs if that's possible.

Worker said they are working on a 4 tires job and just for an oil change they wouldn't get to me for 1.5 hours. I just got new tires and it took discount tires 45 minutes to get it done. Go somewhere else for oil changes. Worst customer service ever

Great service! I came in for a new tire and was greeted at the door. The staff was very friendly and the service was quick! It only took about 30 minutes to get my tire purchased and mounted. Would come back again!

DO NOT GO HERE! I was greeted with "what you want?" I said oil change and air filter. Simple enough. 2 hours later, I checked out, waiting in line for another 30 minutes. Skeptical, I circled under the hood.... The oil was still dark brown and the air filter was obviously the same dirty one I came with. I got them to change the air filter but couldn't prove the oil was actually changed. Deceptive practices! VERY RUDE personnel!

When to get a oil change & they declined to do the job just because of a socket and couldn t fix it, went to Valvoline oil change and they fixed the wrong socket on my truck and did my oil change in less then 10 minutes. I would recommend just going to Valvoline oil changeService: Oil changeService: Oil change

I took my 2006 GMC Envoy in for tire plugs. In the process of taking off my wheel off. A wheel stud broke off. With the help of Mr. Derksen (Manager) and Mary (Hourly Supervisor). I got the broke wheel stud repaired and was fully refunded for the cost!!!! Excellent Service. Thanks Guys!!!

I was extremely surprised by how good the service was I received. I was dreading coming in to get a new battery not for the cost or wait but because it s walmart and automotive stuff. But the guy who helped me was awesome. I even called the store back to tell the management how terffice his customer service was.

I paid to have my ONE of my tires replaced. And they replaced the wrong one. Then to get the tire I truly needed replaced. They made me pay for another tire. It was ridiculous.
