Zero stars if I could, waited 2 hrs in line for the oil change. When it was my turn I went in the store for 20 minutes tops. Came back to the auto center to find all of the doors locked! They were closed! I had to walk all the way around the building to get to my car which they had pulled out and left with the doors unlocked and everything. I hadn't paid and I didn't have my keys. And I had no idea what to do because I gave them my contact information to call me and let me know that my service was done and they did not contact me at all. So unprofessional!! I went through hell and had to find a manager who's never even delt with automotive to come and help me. It was such a horrible experience I'll never come back.

Went to get a oil change and brought my own oil filter because most places do not have in stock. When I was checking in the employee stated they did not have my oil filter and I said that s ok I have one and just wanted to make sure that the filter charge is subtracted from my bill. He stated they wouldn t be able to that because it is a filter they don t have in stock. I stated if I can t get a filter charge subtracted I didn t want to pay for something they are not providing. He didn t offer to get a manger to ask just so i just left

Worst service ever. Went in got my tires patched up due a slow leak. They fixed the leak which was awesome but failed to mention that they do not include a tire balance with a tire repair which is completely retarded. They should have either offered the balance for the additional price or just informed me. This was a 3 hour wait. Now I ve been trying to get back in the last two weeks just to get it balanced which takes not even 10 minutes and they can never get me in. This morning I decided to try and get there early so I can be the first one in and out and somehow all of their techs decided not to show up for work this morning and it would be a 4 hour wait.Service: Tires

I waited one and a half hours after they told me everything was good to go. Walking around Walmart. Just to go back and find out they don t have but only one of the tires that I needed when they said they had them all. I walked around an hour and a half in Walmart and I have Lou Gehrig s Disease . They didn t care to even call around to other Walmarts . The manager was 100% rude and the clerk was 100% an idiot!Do yourself a favor, and do not go here for anything especially your tires As they have nobody there, that Has any competency.The most ridiculous waste of time I have ever spent

Takes forever. I'm here just to buy a tire so I can put it on and be on my way. I've been here for 2 hours and I see my tires just sitting on the ground. Last time I come here. Theres lots of other places who do these things in a timely manner so you don't have to stand around and wait.

Worst service I have ever experienced. I have a great mechanic that I have used for years, unfortunately I was in a pinch and needed a tire patched on a Sunday. Dropped my vehicle off only to get a call 4 hours lager that my lug nuts were stripped so bad that they could not get wheel off. I asked service manager to show me. Funny thing is the only lug nuts on the whole vehicle that were stripped on the whole vehicle were on the one wheel he was supposed to take off. Clearly indicating that they had stripped them. They refused to admit fault and repair the damage that they had caused. Leaving me with a sure to be expensive repair. Awful and unacceptable.

I came in at 3pm trying to buy new tires and they tell me they have the tires I want but aren't doing anymore tires for the day and set up an appointment for me to come back at 7am the next morning but when I got there I had to stand around for 30 minutes before anyone ever came to open the auto care and they tell us someone called out and so they won't open until 10am. This is the third time I've tried to come to this location to be met with disappointment.

I never give Walmart 5 star's because it's Walmart but I do have to say the automotive department is outstanding. Had my oil changed a couple month's ago and it was cheaper than most. I went last week and thought I'd have to buy 2 tires and the man said Why? I told him I thought Walmart policy was you had to buy 2. He told me know so I got almost the same tires I have on my car for a great price.

Although they opened late due to scheduling issues, it happens, Adrian got me in and out quickly. This is why I didn't complain and will ALWAYS come back

Everytime I get my tires changed they never take long and they're normally really friendly. But everytime I try to call to set up an appointment I either get left on hold for 30 minutes to an hour or they'll just hang up before I have the chance to speak.Service: TiresService: Tires

Price of tire was extremely reasonable, wait time to have tire installed was maybe a hour at most. When I got into my car there was a nice relief of my car being locked up tight when the service was complete. People and help was awesome

I rushed in to the tire center last Sunday morning with a desperate tire situation and tell them to just put new tires on. The technician I think his name is stuckey or something like that took the time to discuss the whole problem with me and advised me it was in a dangerous condition because of the alignment. He could have just sold me tires and let me go out and ruin them 2 Days later. I really appreciate his honesty and he saved my life!

Waited nearly 30 minutes to check in just to be told they didn't have my size of tire. Why the associate couldn't tell me the three times they stopped by initially to almost try and convince me to leave by groaning about how long their wait already is I don't know... Just awful. Hibdon Tires is just a quick drive east on Northwest Expressway. They are much more professional and friendly.

Garbage, trash, absolute worst garage experience of my life. I come on my lunch break. All I need is my battery replaced. I wait two hours because they assure me my car will be done soon. When they finally get to my car? They didn't even check to see if they had my battery. They made me wait 2 hours for them to check if they had batteries.I will never return to this scum filled festering wound of a "garage".

Slow and lazy. Overcharged for an oil and filter change. Because I didn't pre-pay for the oil and filter, I was charged $35 instead of $15. Wouldn't rotate my tires because they said they were bald. Tread depth measures 14/32". They just didn't want to do it!! Never again... read the reviews, worst Auto Center in OKC!

Wow, Ian at Walmart Auto really saved our bacon! We had a tire go flat right in the parking lot. The Auto Centers are closed right now - darn. However, Ian was out on his lunch break, noticed us and came up to greet us. He clocked back in EARLY off his lunch break to help us! He arranged for us to purchase a tire and took care of everything right there in the parking lot.Super nice guy who we deeply appreciate for going above and beyond.

Terrible, terrible customer service. Said they had 4 of my tires and I scheduled an app. Got there and they only had 3. I will gladly pay extra at another auto shop so I don t have to deal with these incompetent, unfriendly people

Do not go there for your tires. They will mess up your car then lie to you and say it was already like that. Crazy that the only tire that needed work on it was somehow already messed up. YEAH RIGHT

Tried to contact customer service so I can ask automotive one question and I ve been hung up on 3 times.. nobody decided to actually answer except one lady who was trying to tell someone to meet their party at a specific location, I kept saying hello and she then hung up on me.. I don t know if those are the type of people you want to represent your store but if so then you need to re-evaluate your employees or they need to be reminded of their actual job duties

Only reason I used them was because my tire blew out early on a Sunday and they were the closest shop open. They took a reasonable amount of time. However, they ended up breaking the TPMS in the tire.

Sitting at the tire and lube as I write this. They are suppose to open at 7am and its 7:23a. I called the them to double check if they open at 7a the reply was " yeah, we're open! We're just waiting on "them" to open the doors for us." After I hung up I called customer service and they said they would "radio the manager to come open the door." Here it is 30mins after they are suppose to be open, an doors are just now being opened. I will put in a complaint on the manager because obviously he/she can't handle the job!

Slowest tire hands. I worked at hibdons and could do 3 cars that had 4 news in half the time it takes them to do one car took them 3 hours to do a 4 new a 2new and finally my one new RR tire. Hire some people that can actually do this job!!

I am in town this weekend from Fort Smith and had a nail in my tire that needed fixed ASAP so I could go home. My husband called Saturday afternoon to try and get me in and they said they opened at 9:00 on Sunday. I show up at 8:30 on a Sunday only to see a sign on the door that said, Closed for business will reopen Monday. We should have been told they would be closed. Horrible customer service.

As a similar experience above... Went to get my battery changed 1st told me they couldn t change the battery because they didn t have a tool to change the battery waited 2 hrs for that... Then came back to just purchased the battery because we had the tool at home to change the battery... Go back to them, so they could tell me they didn t even have the battery... This is not the 1st time they did something like this to me just different service... Went to Sam s they help me every time price was lower to and they replaced the battery... Same company, different name, better service....

Took them over 2 hours to do an oil change and tire rotation, early afternoon on a weekday. Tires were over filled by 8 psi on all tires. Manager was lowsy about handling the poor service. Would never recommend.

I LOATHE shopping at Walmart. I write this as I spend 40 minutes in line still 2 people deep in the check out Lane. I spend more time waiting to check out than I spend shopping @ EVERY Walmart. I will drive clear across town to a Target if I can avoid it. Greedy, greedy company.---then as I wait for the CSM to bring the cashier change, she stops to eat a brownie and talk to someone.
