We were leaking air in one of tires while on a road trip; they were able to see us right away and plugged the hole within 1.5 hours! All with a smile and kindness.

Everyone is so personable and helpful. It's the cleanest service center I've ever been in and it's that way anywhere you go to in that dealership. While your waiting on your car your tech that's working on your car texts you with his no so if you have questions or need to add or ask anything you can call or text him. They always return my car to me washed and clean. They are professional in every way.

I went in for an oil change/filter and fluids, install bars on top of SUV and tire alignment/rotation. I am so happy with this dealership that I will probably have a VW as long as they are open. They are so friendly and thoughtful. I didn't know that there was a recall on my car and they fixed it while it was there. And everything got done 30 min early. This location is AMAZING! Everything got done super fast and it was cheaper than I figured it would be. They have my service for life.Thank you!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Brian Smith in the service center helped me and he was awesome. Not only did he treat me like he valued my business but he also made sure and kept me up to date on what was going on during my repair. Absolutely would do business with him again and would recommend their service center to others.

I never thought I d say this about a dealership service, but I don t know what I do without them. My service guy, Brian has been the absolute best! I never feel pressured, and he is so great at communicating. I never worry the work won t be done right the first time. Just want to give a shout out to Brian in the service department. My car has been in the shop several times for a few different issues. He always has great customer service, and does his best to get the job done ! This place is busy all the time, so I'm appreciative of the fast service. I do want to mention an issue I've recently experienced. I've brought my car in a couple times now regarding a hard idle. And was informed that the mechanics didn't see an issue with it and everything was normal. Unfortunately my warranty just expired and now my check engine light comes on and off. I went and got a scan and the code is for P0507 (idle control system has excessively high RPM). I just want to say as much as i appreciate the great service i receive from you all, im disappointed that I've expressed this issue, and got nowhere with it in the past. And because of taking your professional opinion, my warranty is out and im experiencing issues that will result in me coming out of pocket for these expenses.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment, Brake service & repair, Oil change

I was from out of town, leaking oil after a bad oil change, and panicking as I needed to make a 4 hour trip back home in a couple of days. Brian the man took absolute care of me and made a stressful situation into a pleasure. I had my car back in a flash and he put my mind at ease. My only complaint is that I won't be able to take my car back to have him service it again! Thank you so much Brian Smith!

Took vehicle in for a recall notice repair. Finished in the time they stated they would. TERRIFIC customer service! Such pleasant people to work with! I really appreciated the video they sent of the technician telling me exactly what needed to be done on my car before I authorized any additional repairs.

Dealerships are generally very thorough, so 5 stars shouldn't surprise folks. The service department was very helpful and gave me the information that I needed. I paid nothing and received help. That's not the norm these days.

This place has a great service department. Brian Smith is the man as a service writer he got my car in and checked out work with my warranty provider to get my repairs approved and work completed. I drive from north Edmond, even with another VW service dept closer to me, because the ppl in service are just treat me so great. They don t care where I bought my car or that it s a 2013 model. I never have to wonder what s going on with my car or if I have to remind them to pick me up. Seriously, come here they keep you up to date on your service via email and text and they are always happy to answer questions.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I took it in after a coolant flush because my car was leaking antifreeze. After looking at it for about 30 minutes a video was sent from the mechanic stating my Thermostat housing was the source of the leak and needed replacing. I was informed it would cost me $1008.00 for parts and labor to repair. It didn't make any since to me this would be a random malfunction. I called the Service Manager and was forwarded to his voice-mail and left a message. I decided to get a second opinion at a different dealership. They performed a pressure test that took over 2 hours to determine the source of the leak and it turned out to be a hose clip that was broken. They repaired it at no cost to me.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Well I'll give 3 stars for this one, they didn't find what's wrong with my Volkswagen at first. I told my husband to mention the wiring, I guess he didn't told anyone about it. Now I had a burnt alternator. They change everything and we have 2 years warranty, let's see how long it will last and also we're gonna test the Volkswagen by going out of States. Road Trip here we come!!

We've used OKC VW for service for quite some time. It's the most cost effective as well as the best service for our TDI Vw and TDI Audi. They're always professional and polite as well.

It's been 2 weeks since I took my car to get a new key because I lost mine The key arrived on Tuesday and they still can't program it and they say they'll notify me later and they never dial me and they hardly even answer me they should be aware that one occupies the cars
