My F-150 wasn't running right before it decided to spit out a spark plug (if you have a 4.6L, it will happen sooner or later). These folks worked magic on that engine. It's been running great since they did the repair. The price of the repair was very reasonable (actually more like amazing). It's not often that I get to write a good review, but these folks are definitely worth it.

We had an oil change completed by a sister vavoline where they admitted to breaking something with our oil filter. They sent us to this valvoline to have it fixed. They told us that this would be covered as they broke the item that they were replacing. We were informed by the mechanic that this was an all day job and scheduled an appointment. When we got to our appointment we were informed that this was not covered by Volvoline and are charging us over 1k in parts and services. If this was not covered why were we not provided a quote the first time this valvoline looked at our car? The manipulation of this Valvoline group is the worst and we have been long standing clients of valvoline in many different states for our oil changes. I will never ever suggest someone getting their oil changed or any other services completed by them. Shame on you Valvoline!Update: I changed my review from 1 start to 4. They determined that it was not their fault by reviewing of the video recordings. I still don't like the way everything was presented and that we were not informed of the cost up front the first time they looked at our vehicle. The district manager understand that communication between his team and us could have been better and they did provide a discount on the cost. Our car is fixed and working well.

Allen did a great job on my truck ! I was in and out in 35 minutes. He is always friendly and lets you know exactly what he is doing! I recommend taking your vehicle to him ! And the price was fair!

I used to come here to get my oil changed a few times a year. I went one time since it switched to Valvoline from Castro and I won t go back. What used to be a ten minute oil change took almost an hour. The new people are rude and argumentative. When I expressed concern about the price going up about $30 since my last visit, the lady called me a liar and told me to prove it. Terrible customer service is the quickest way to lose long time, loyal customers.
