Jeremy and the other guys at this location are just great. They're very personable and knowledgeable about your vehicle. They usually get cars in and out so there's not much of a waiting time for simple things like oil change tire rotation, etc.I would recommend this Valvoline Express Care location to anybody.

this place has done light and heavy repairs over the last 7 years for me.. always fast and correct. several times they could have cheated me easily, but did not! always looked out for my best interest. I had to get my AC serviced pretty quickly and they got me in within 30 minutes and I was done and out of there in less than 1 hour. Price was very reasonable and the team members were all friendly and respectful.

I drove right up and had no wait time to get my oil changed. This was a relief since I was short on time, over due, and didn t want to make an appointment later in the week at a place down the road.They gave me the price before my service. It was very expensive, $107 for a fully synthetic oil change on my Outback. BUT I came prepared with a coupon I had found online that brought the price down to $75 (or close to that) which is comparable to the place I used to go regularly. They were very fast and got it done. I ll most likely return as long as I can use the coupon to make it more affordable.

This place rocked. They got me in as soon as I showed up and they were so knowledgeable and accommodating. Special shout-out to Laura in the main office. I am very pleased with Kwik Kar after having my oil & filter changed and tires rotated. They were fast, efficient, friendly and honest. I got a nail in my tire a few days later and they fixed it in 20 minutes and only charged $15.00! A big tire company told me the wait would be over an hour at twice the price. I was also impressed by how clean the facility is. I will use this shop for all of my (non factory warranty) vehicle services!!!

The oil change was quick. But that was all they did. It didn't appear they checked any other fluids, air filters, or much else. It was expensive since I chose fully synthetic oil. So, not sure I would return.

Dont know much about this place but, the cops were chasing me so I had to duck into their parking lot and hide behind their building for a few. I didnt get caught so Im leaving them 5 stars! Always a good day when you dont go to jail. Just sayin...

Excellent automotive shop. I've been using them for over 15 years, and our entire work fleet is maintained here. Perfect, knowledgeable, and most important, honest.I would say to those who give poor reviews, you ll never be happy with anything, anywhere.

For a women, dealing with these issues can be frustrating. The owners and staff made it all very simple for me and took care of my car perfectly! I purchased a new battery and they checked all my fluids, aired up my tires and vacuumed by floor board. This is above and beyond awesome service!!! Will never take my car any where else :)

These guys do a great job. I have taken a number of cars to them over the last few years and they have always been fair and performed good work. Once my cars are out of warranty I start taking them to Kwik Kar and let them take over for the dealership. Have not been disappointed.

In the city due to family member being in the hospital when my suburban decided to break. By a recommendation I came here, and glad I did. They got my suburban on the lift moments after we arrived. Parts needed ate discontinued do they had to fabricate something to work. Looks good, works good and took right around an hour to get the job done...Big thank you, 2 thumbs up and 5 stars for getting it done

For over four years, my wife and I have been taking our vehicles to Kwik Kar for both maintenance and repairs. We started taking our vehicles there because it is just down the street from the church where I work, but we have continued going there because they have been reliable and trustworthy. We have consistently found them to be helpful, honest, and knowledgeable. I recommend them regularly to friends looking for auto repair.Honestly, I googled them today to see what time they close, and after reading a couple of the reviews posted earlier I felt compelled to respond. "The African fellow" has a name [though for his sake I won't post it here], and he is top notch- honest, hard-working, and extremely knowledgeable. I would gladly entrust my vehicle to his care any time. No one likes having to pay for car repairs, but at least this is a place you will find quality service.

Jon and Matt (the owners) are amazing! I have been taking my vehicles here for over 15 years and they always do a great job for a reasonable price!! I would not take my truck or jeep anywhere else! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS KWIK KAR!!!

The day before I was supposed to be taking my husband on a surprise trip to Colorado for his birthday, suddenly our A.C. just quit. We just have the one car right now beside my husband's work truck, and while he was frustrated thinking it would be an expensive tedious fix, I was panicking and praying somehow it'd work out so we didn't have to rent a car for our trip. So we brought it in to see what was wrong, and not longer than 2 hours later it was fixed! They explained the good news, it was some melted wiring and also clogged filter, and we were set to go. Not only did they immediately get to work to find the problem, they also were super nice, the price was more than fair, and when we picked up the car the floorboards had even been vacuumed, and now we are on our way to Colorado! We will be taking our car there in the future for anything, and highly recommend it.

Friendly and honest. Came in with a cylinder misfire and they found that it just needed the mass air flow sensor cleaned. $26, when I was expecting to have to pay hundreds of dollars for a repair.

Excellent service honest quotes and recommendation. They worked very hard on my old Chevy truck to make roadworthy while suggesting future problems and are very very fair. I will definitely stick to this place for all my truck repairs

Have used this place for years and was sold, new owners charge a ridiculous amount for a basic oil change. Won t be back. Ask the price before you let them do any work.

Honest, personable ... these guys earned my trust the first time by explaining their price by showing me the actual invoice for the parts. I immediately said yes because they were still 1/2 the price of the other two quotes I had. That was all years ago, though. I've used these guys for just about everything since then.

Car was parked in near Warwick tag agency, but it failed to start yesterday evening. Luckily, we notified the mechanics here, and when I came early today to show them the location, they already had the car in the garage. Fast and quick service! My mom was right that they're friendly and efficient.

I've been going to this establishment for over 8 years now ,and I love the owner John and all of the guys that work there. They take care of me each and every time the same no matter what time of day it is early morning or late before they close. It's tough these days to find honesty & integrity; you will find it here!!!

Took my family to get a quick lube job on 11/1/10 and met nothing but problems. Went to the front counter and the staff was tremendously rude! It took well over an hour before they even looked at my Dodge Neon. I purchased a carwash after a strong arm sales pitch from the african fellow. He said that they have some agreement with a place down the road where you can put in this code for your carwash... which turned out to be an outright lie!Apparently they even rate themselves here on Google! Don't trust them!!!

Yesterday they told me my engine went bad, not worth paying a new engine for and that my car no longer turning on? However when I got back into my car it started? So i drove it Juniors Mechanic on broadway in Edmond. At junior mechanics they replaced the radiator, added anti freeze then ran tests on engine and everything came out perfectly fine on my 2009 toyota camry. I have a working car again! Highly disappointed this place declared my car "unfixable" after only a 15mnt look. They dont know what there doing! Do Not Go Here!!!!! I wish i could rate it a -5!
