They always do a professional job! They did my leveling lift work and installed the wheels and AT tires on my truck that I purchased there. Recently, I had them install my fender flares as well, and I got an alignment. Top notch!

Sending a big thanks to Tri City Customs for the great build out on our Jeep. This is our second Jeep (last one was a 4 door) they have put together for us and we couldn t be happier. Prior to finalizing the build Cody spent a lot of time answering questions and researching ideas for us. They were prompt in any communication we had and the build was completed on time. Great service, and installation!After spending dozens of hours looking at hundreds of the same bumpers online I popped into Tri City one afternoon to see what installation would be and what they had to offer. They had suggestions that were a great quality and a very reasonable cost, and also they got it installed in one day with no hassle! If you are having a hard time finding an installer, choosing between the thousands of mods that all look the same or just want some suggestions I recommend these guys. They also gave me some tips on bar doors that I will be getting painted with them to match my body color.

Just had my leveling kit installed today, these guys were very professional from start to finish, they gave me a date and time, had my truck done in a timely manner, and did an excellent job, they stuck with the original qouted price and didn t try and add any fees, and even took care of a wheel balance issue I was having that the previous tire shop missed for free! Cody was very helpful as well as all of the guys I dealt with, including the Tech who actually performed the work I spoke with.I highly recommend doing business with them over any big Name brand. You will leave satisfied.Thank you guys for your honest work and fair pricing!

Never been a customer here however, just went to check it out and see if it was a place to take the Jeeps. we had questions regarding a MetalCloak steering set up, and so in. Tons to explore and see in this place, super clean and very professional. Even when Tri City was closed and we live about an hour away so I emailed them, Cody & Rob both emailed me back promptly telling me what to look for and certain specs. Very professional team and would recommend, Jeep savvy. Good place to check out!

Was referred to this shop by a friend. They did not disappoint. Cody knows his craft and provided great customer service as well. Helped me narrow down my choices to save me time in research. If you have any customization would definitely recommend.

I had a lift kit installed with these guys early this year. I would say they're very professional and eager to please very polite and when it comes to their products and pricing no nonsense. With that being said I did have a few problems after my lift kit. They were very helpful at addressing my concerns. I had an intermittent death wobble (which is sometimes very difficult to diagnose) and was told I needed new tires (which I did need new tires they were cupped) but I also needed a new drag link which is something I discovered. While I was underneath my vehicle I realized it still had the factory bump stops installed on it. After looking at the manufacturer's website I realize my kit should've came with new bump stops. I never really called and said anything because it was a couple months after they had installed it and when they priced my kit out they accidentally gave me the wrong price and stuck with it since that was the price they quoted. Would I go back? Yes. I liked they're no nonsense approach also they didn't try to sell me a whole bunch of extra stuff like some other shops would have.

Just had Tri City Customs install some Bilstein shocks on the front and rear of my F150. They were responsive toy email request and also flexible with the install dates. I would highly recommend this place for any of your accessory needs. Thank you.

Called these guys, explained what I needed, was told to swing by and speak with Rob. Stopped by, saw Rob, and he knew exactly what I needed. Got me in immediately, and less than an hour and a half later I was fixed and on my way for an extremely reasonable price! Can't recommend this place enough! Fair, fast, honest. Extremely rare these days! Thanks guys! It may not be much but you have won all my future business! Only reason you're getting 5 stars is because I can't give 6!
