I'm new to Oklahoma. I was looking for a mechanic online and I saw Tom's one stop, I chose them because of the reviews and close proximity to where I live. They did work on my two vehicles and I will now use them for all my mechanical problems that may arise in the future. I already consider them family. So if your reading this and wondering if you should give them a try. I say go for it.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I highly recommend this place! I have used them from the very beginning and they are the ONLY shop I would trust! My car would not shut off so I called them frantic, Kat got me right in and Ric was on it! They found the problem right away and explained everything to me, didn t hassle me at all! Very reasonable pricing! Kat an Ric are very down to earth and great people! They went above an beyond to help me with any an all car issues I have ever had! 5 out of 5 stars!

I had taken them my ford f150 to have an engine swap that I paid one thousand for up front which they told me that was the cost of it and it took almost a month but when I got it back it was an additional 2,200 and every exhaust manifold bolt was broken plus they cut off one of my catalytic converters, and by the way toms automotive I go by chicoService: Engine repair

I couldn t say enough great things about this shop!!! Brought our dodge pickup in for a lifter issue. Every dealer said parts were on galactic back order. Somehow they got it in, got the parts and fixed it in a matter of days!!!! The advisor (Kat) was so helpful and kept us updated every step of the way. The owner even reached out after to just see how things went! Fantastic service. Would definitely recommend to anyone and everyone. Thank you Tom s One Stop for saving the day.

They did such a great job and went above and beyond to help me. They even picked up a key from my job! Tom also waited outside for me to be picked up safely. They cost was half of the competitor!!

I brought my truck in for an emissions code and rick took great care of my truck. He got me in same day I called and didn't charge me as much as others quoted me. Definitely recommend!

To begin with they charged me 300 dollars to have ANOTHER PERSON weld my door latch together. I was told they would take a look at it when I had signs of a failing torque converter, I was told the transmission is bad and need to be replaced and all I was offered was a new trans replacement quoted at 3500 dollars. Absolute robbery. When I asked if we could rebuild it or if there was a code they found I was simply told they put trans fluid in it and it's still black. AND I PAID FOR EVERY QUART OF TRANS OIL. If you want to pay someone to swap parts on your vehicle, you've found a great place! If you want a mechanic please keep searching. It took them 4 days to do a "trans diag" which I paid 100 dollars for... And they can't even tell me what they've found. Poor work, High price, and dishonestyServices: Transmission, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic

Horrible service, two days after they did my repair check engine light came on and was having the same problem. Called them and they refused to back their service. Had to take my car somewhere else got the same repair done (for a 150$ cheaper). Haven't had a problem since. (The GARAGE did my 2nd repair)

I have been taking my vehicles to Tom's for a couple of years now. He has always been fair, honest, and reliable. Just when I think he has shown me the best, he always shocks me and gives me better. Customer Service & Repairs are hands down the Very Best I have Ever Found!!!

Took my sons 1980 Trans Am there to have A/C charged , Rick took care of it and price was good , it s blowing cold !! Very knowledgeable, The receptionist is nice and very friendly ..All my cars will be going to Tom s from now on you won t be disappointed with his work or pricing ..Thanks Again!!

Took in our vehicle for a repair, he quoted us a price that included an inflated price for a used part I could have obtained much cheaper. Had several problems after the install and charged us more to fix the problems that were a result of a poor install. After hundreds of dollars he still wants more money to fix the problems that were claimed to be fixed after the second repair. He should learn how to work on vehicles the first time or send the customer to someone that knows what they are doing. Maybe he's good at oil changes and spark plugs but I would good anywhere else for real mechanic work.

I've gone to Tom's once. Rick did a great job. He didn't take advantage of the fact that I'm female. The job was great and the price was great. My parents use him now as well.

Wasted gas and time were not upfront and honest about a car they were selling for a "friend".btw we are fully aware you have to let the car cool before removing radiator cap even though it was running 2min in past 24hrs. Alot of red flags in dishonesty.

I took my truck in for as i was told a minor transmission problem. Four days later the front seal burst. At this time, i drove my truck to the shop after numerous gallons of fluid. After dropping the truck off I was informed the tranny had locked up. Keep in mind as long as fluid was in it, it ran fine as long as the fluids were in it. I had already paid a large amount of money for as simple rattle from the tranny. After so called completion on supposedly from (Ricks mouth it's ok except they placed my old worn out cable back on). After paying again 3 weeks the exact same issue. I had to pay again and this time after over paying for a transmission which should be the top of the line transmission ever made. Which i have never heard of or imagined for a classic truck. $1800 later. A piece of mind reader, find someone else so you can keep your blood pressure down, and not being on the side of the road. Your warranty will be from a bad standard and open your wallets again for another big time screwing. Peace of mind to you .

Tom's one stop rocks. Quick, reasonable, friendly. When i needed a new engine for my vehicle they bent over backwards to get it done. I dont use anyone else since then

If you ever need a shop you can trust this is the one.He gave me staight pricing and they know what they are doing.They even gave me a ride to and from work more than other shops would do.They called with repair and carefully explained repairs .Made me feel good that I picked the right shop.And the plus they are a christian base shop.
