Unprofessional, uncordial, ill-mannered, rude, & accused me of hitting a car told me to watch out. I didn't hit a car someone vindictive pulled my bumper off my car. Tons of tire shops where the customer comes first & you don't tell people stuff to their face. I would give them a 0. I don't recommend going here totally inappropriate telling me stuff to my face. Go to a real tire shop Hibdon or Walmart. They guarantee their tires at Hibdon & Walmart.

I went to a different tire shop first and they said they couldn't fix it and sent me on my way. I went to Los Chapines and the guy fixed it quickly with no problems for only $7! I've been driving since with no issues!

Communication was a problem. They said they balanced my tires but they obviously didn't because I was shaking all the way home. 80 bucks fkr a swap and balance and they did half the job.

Found out I had nail in my tire late Saturday night. I looked online for a tire repair shop open on Sunday. Luckily I just so happened to drive past here and they were open. Their sign says open 7 days a week 8-8. They fixed my tire, no problem, and were very professional. Will definitley give them return business.

the man that runs this tire shop has helped me out quite a few times by providing good service excellent service as a matter of fact, and always having the tires that I need for a decent price. He's Fair, he's great, he's reliable, what else can I say?

I called and the guy spoke English. Then I get here and they don't speak English. He cusses me out in Spanish and walks off.

Went to the shop right before closing due to tire blow out and the owner and staff took good care of me. I will now suggest this place as the go to tire shop in the future.

I went to get my tire fixed it had a nail in it I waited over a hour for him to fix it he said there was two nails in it and over charged me he charged 15 dollars so I went home and the next morning I went to take my kids to school and it was flat went back up there was there about a hour in a half they patched it and charged me 8 more dollars and now today it is flat again never go there they don� no what they are doing

I showed up nearly 15 minutes to closing with my wife's car that had an unexplainable leak in a tire. These guys hung around to refill, test, inspect and install the tire. Although there wasn't anything found, I doubled the pay expected from me. Vincent (the owner) and his men are worth it!

It says they open at 7am, got there at 7:10 they were still closed. I called the business, and the guy said he was on his way. He didn t get here till 8:11. I was late for work cause of that
