A hailstorm damaged my car, and I had bad customer service with other shops.Upon calling The OKC DENT SHOP, Chris walked me step by step through the process and booked an appointment within a week. Chris was extremely helpful in arranging insurance communication, payment, etc.Yesterday, 10/24/2023, I picked up my car and it looks brand new from the dealership. I am impressed with the work done since other shops told me it wouldn't look the same.My car looks brand new again thanks to OKC shops!There is no doubt that OKC Dent Shop makes a difference in the OKC market.Ricardo Ortiz

Chris and the rest of the crew here well exceeded my expectations, my car was repaired and it looks amazing! I will definitely be using these guys in the future. Chris also kept me in the loop with daily texts/updates on my car. Appreciate these guys for making a mundane issue as seamless and painless as possible!

So so experience here. They chipped some of the paint on my hood, it was under the curve on the edge and wasn't too visible so not a huge deal. They fixed the dent in my door but didn't paint it! And when they replaced the windshield they got glue everywhere and left a huge glob in the top passenger side that I was never able to remove. Also, the molding on the driver side windshield post fell off in my face while I was driving and scared the bejesus out of me! It just wasn't secured, but not a fun experience while driving. They did a good job with the hail damage, I'm not sure it was good enough to overlook all the other issues though. I went back to the shop the day after I got my car back and showed the guy the issues. He fixed the part that had fallen off, then said I would have to speak to the owner about the paint issues. The owner called and told me I could bring my car back to have the door painted and that the paint on the hood was not them. I had already turned in my rental car so I was not able to bring my car back. I live 80 miles away, there was no good option for a second round of not having a vehicle.

Highly recommend, I recently took my Toyota RAV4 and they did an excellent job! During this process I was looking for a trustworthy place and Chris did not disappoint and was very easy to work with and was happy to answer any questions I had. He also worked with my schedule and offered to stay after hours so that I was able to drop off my car at my convenience.

Jacob and Kenny from Dent Source were awesome. Very informative and did there very best to keep me and my wife in formed about our vehicles during the whole process. The OKC Dent Shop took real care of me and my fairly new WRX. Customer service was great and they give super competitive prices. The dent that was there was killing me and they did a quick PDR with a full respray coming shortly.

My car was caught up in the recent hail storm and had dents all over. It was my first time dealing with a repair this size and with insurance. Chris was informative and helpful in explaining the process to me and what to expect it case any extra cost occurred, and that they would take care of it. It helped me feel less stressed. When I had to move the appointment time due to work, Chris was super understanding and accommodating. The staff was incredibly friendly and efficient, and they fixed my car in a few hours. My car was severely damaged by a hailstorm on April 19th. After getting the reference from my insurance, it only takes a few days to schedule the appointment to estimate the damage. Then, the shop works directly with the insurance to ensure the car becomes brand new again. The process was smooth and peaceful because the OKC dent shop has lots of experience working with insurance. The insurance claim was approved within two days. The car looks brand new, and I am delighted with the result. I highly recommend the shop in Oklahoma City !!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Chris is the most professional person I ve ever dealt with. I kind of can t believe how my car looks considering how much damage it received. I don t know how much hail dent repair costs but I m kind of shocked at how reasonably priced it was to get my car looking like it did before it got destroyed. Hopefully my car never gets hail damage again but if it does I know where I m taking my car. Service: Body & Trim

I made an appointment to have a door doing removed. I arrived about 20 minutes early. They were able to get to me immediately and within 30 minutes I they were finished. They did a remarkable job and my car looks brand new. I highly recommend this dent shop for all your dent removals. They were fast and very friendly. A++++++Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Just got my car back from OKC Dent Shop yesterday. Had a ton of tiny hail dents from the April 19th storm. These guys did an absolutely terrific job! I also had a couple of nasty door dings (of course on the side of the car that DIDN'T have any hail damage). When I dropped the car off, I asked how much it would cost if I wanted to pay to have those removed while it was in for the hail. Chris looked at it, and told me not to worry about it- they just took care of it. What a blessing! The car is absolutely perfect again. Of course I hope I never get hail damage again, but if I do, or if I have friends that do, this is definitely the right place to go, for sure!Service: Body & Trim

Amazing done within a few hours! These guys are so friendly and professional. I was one that got stuck in the hail at quail springs mall. And my insurance didn t cover it cause it wasn t major so was out of pocket and these guys made me a awesome deal! Back to looking brand new! And even told me if I happen to see one they missed bring it back. These guys stand by their word and work! Keep it local!! No fly by night hail repair.

They fixed all the little dents on my car very quickly, and they ended up installing a piece of trim i needed for free. I would 100 percent use them again and will suggest that anyone with hail damage goes to The OKC Dent Shop.

Chris was great. He was helpful, friendly and courteous. He gave me a same day, fair, quote and scheduled me for a repair the next morning. Got the repair done in one day. Was really glad to get it done and he did a great job. He also went above and beyond by applying some touch up paint to a spot to prevent rust from forming. It was my own personal touch up paint. No extra charge for the extra labor. If I need any additional dent work done in the future I'll be going back to Chris at OKC Dent Shop.

Amazing service from OKC Dent Shop!Coming from someone who did their first claim with insurance and working with a detail shop, Chris made it easy and quick. His assistance with the deductible and working with my insurance company, especially during these hard times, was a blessing!He helped me understand the whole process and ensured we made my car look great after hail damage and a hit to my bumper. My car was completed after only one week and the repairs are seamless!

I am beyond impressed with the guys at this shop. I went to a couple of different shops and they all wanted me to buy the newest thing. Upgrades here or you need to get x y z done. I ask them to paint parts I bought and install the bumper, hood and grille. So happy with their work. So happy with how I was treated, amazed at their work. I find it really hard to go to shops because a lot of people will try over sell when all I want is a functional car that didn't look like I was speed racing. They were honest about pricing and answered all my questions. If I have anyone asking for a body shop to go, I am sending them to this place. Thank you Chris and Cal for taking care of me and my car.

Chris is one of the coolest guys I ve ever met! Not only did he arrange everything so it was seamless but he kept to every word he gave! The shop did a phenomenal job with an enthusiastic attitude. They ironed everything out with the insurance company to allow for a stress-free claim and made it so everything was in the green! Turn around time was awesome! It was almost as though I had a lawyer on my side! Given Oklahoma gets fairly unpredictable hail storms, I predict I ll be seeing OKC Dent Shop and Chris again in the future. It was truly a pleasant experience and I d suggest anyone to trust your vehicle and claim with Chris! *and the AC is legit inside the shop during the hot and humid climate of summer!Service: Body & Trim

Chris did an excellent job tinting my boat windshield! He was fast and very easy to work with. I was able to drop my boat off and pick it up the next day. The boat looks great! If you have a boat I highly recommend having the windshield tinted at The OKC Dent Shop.

All I had to do was bring in my car and Chris took car of the rest.
