They harrass and abuse their phone privileges, someone needs to take their phone away. Calling a person TEN TIMES in a row, in the span of ONE MINUTE is abuse. Period. They are disgusting morally void losers. **My reply to your reply: They said they took me off of their call list now. But yes they absolutely did call me 10 times in the span of 1 minute. Also my name is not the same as my email name. Definitely not making this up if that is what you are insinuating. SCREENSHOT ADDED.

Do not sell a car to Metro Ford Okc same as other reviews I sold my car and here it is a couple weeks later and they still haven t gotten me my money even though my bank received their money a couple days later, I tried contacting the dealership, was transferred from a salesman to the woman in the financial department I just asked her how long it would be. She was so incredibly rude and horrible to me, and finally she hung up on me and refused to answer my question of just when I should be expecting payment for my vehicle that they currently had in their possession. After she hung up, I tried calling back and speaking to other people no one would answer their phones. I finally spoke to the woman who runs the front desk, and she literally had to walk over and get someone from sales and tell them to answer their phone The gentleman I spoke with, said he would email corporate as soon as he got a reply. He would call me, but once again nothing but a lie never heard back from him. I tried messaging the manager he won t return my calls, I waited Till the end of the week tried to call, no one would answer again left a message with the manager who she said was there, but conveniently always goes to voicemail and He is not returning my call yet again. They have my vehicle, but They have not fully paid for it. Imagine what they would do if I went, took one of their cars and said I d pay you later and then refuse to answer their calls. They would have the police at my door, but they can do this. Do not I repeat do not sell a car to this company. Check the other reviews I m not the first person they ve done this to. They sent me text messages and emails like crazy saying they wanted to buy my car and as soon as they get my car, they don t want to pay for it and don t even show enough respect to answer the phone or return calls, which is basic business practices will be contacting the Better Business Bureau as well

I have been trying to fix faulty paint application with Edmond Hyundai and Metro Ford for over 2 years now, there is no accountability here. The paint cracks are so bad other shops won t touch it. I would never give a car to be repaired at any of these dealers again. Please address the issue.

DO NOT SELL A CAR HERE!!!I sold my car to Lawton Kia on 11/15 and as of 12/2 i still have not gotten the money for my car. It took them two weeks just to pay off the rest of my car loan. I m now going into week three of no money for my car. I have gone through the car selling process before with a different dealership and it took all of 5 days. if you need to sell your car, save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.

Edmond Hyundai sold me a 2020 Tucson value edition and Within hours of purchasing a brand new car I decided I wanted the ultimate instead and they don t stand by their 72 hour policy that they have you sign. Nowhere in there does it say you can t pay a higher down payment to upgrade your car. Never had such a problem with trying to SPEND money! Never going to do business with them again or any of my family who all currently own Hyundai s.

UPDATE!!!! THE COMPANY FINALLY RESPONDED A YEAR LATER. BELOW IS A MESSAGE FROM THE NEW MARKETING TEAM THAT WENT THROUGH ALL REVIEWS THAT ARE ONLINE FOR TED MOORE AUTO GROUP, AND SENT THE STANDERD "WE DON'T REALLY CARE BUT WE WANT TO SHOW THAT WE CARE" MESSAGE. IF YOU NOTICE, THERE IS NO NAME TO CONTACT AND THE PHONE NUMBER LEADS TO THE MAIN OFFICE. WHICH DID TRY TO SEND ME TO EMILY. SHE WAS LOVELY, LETTING ME KNOW THAT THE NEW MARKETING TEAM WAS TRYING TO FIND THE DISGRUNTLED CUSTOMERS AND SEE WHAT THEY CAN DO TO HELP ME. BUT SHE NEED TO TAKE A LOOK AT MY REVIEW AND GET BACK TO ME. SO AGAIN, TED MOORE'S COMPANY WASTED MORE TIME FOR ME. SERIOUSLY, IF THIS COMPANY REALLY CARED ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS, THEN THEY WOULDN'T HAVE WAITED A YEAR TO FIND OUT WHAT WAS GOING ON.I have issues with Tulsa Hyundai, and the disrespectful treatment I had received. I attempted twice to contact upper management in the Corporate office. As of today, I have not received a call back from my calls on Monday and Tuesday. I now see where the dealerships learn this type of behavior on treating customers; They were taught it from Corporate. I would not recommend doing business with Tulsa Hyundai or try to get any help with any issues from the Corporate office.

Awesome group....sales person are amazing and well trained as well Managers will work with you to get the deal done. If you are looking for a car and are either in Lawton or Tulsa or Stillwater or Edmond or OKC look up these dealership. They will go far and beyond to satisify the customer.

Absolutely terrible. Held off on my check now for two weeks. And still haven't received any news about its whereabouts. They have made hardly any effort to even fix or come to a solution about the problem. Terrible customer service.

Be aware of misleading advertising and price. They know its an issue and continue to do it. They have 9 complaints at the BBB about this!
