We had a flat while traveling through OKC and TakeTen was efficient in helping us locate a new tire. The office was clean, staff was friendly and very timely. I go to TakeTen location in Ponca City and recommend all locations (OKC and Tulsa).

Very quick service, competitive pricing, great staff, and Aubry is a great asset there. From semi tires on my truck to forklift tires on my equipment, they can handle it all.

Excellent service from the time you walk in the door until you leave. Technicians explain everything to you in layman terms and go over prices first. Oil changes, tires, and more!!!

I had a screw lodged in my tire and came here on my lunch break to have it patched. Not only were they friendly, helpful and efficient, but it took literally 10 mins and was FREE of charge! I'll be coming here from now on!!

Very poor quality of productThey work fast and good service but your tires will not last to long.I bought a full set 14 plys for my tires and I have 2 of them blown away after 2 weeks with no weight on it .I paid almost $1000 Almost $250 each and there is not quality on the product.I don t recommend this place to buy trailer tires .

I am very disappointed that I go in about 7:03 in the morning. Spoke with the gentleman at the front (believe his name started with a K) Explained to him that he told me I could come in first thing in the morning to pay 25 bucks and have a test ran to see if I need an alignment or not. He says it s going to take a couple of hours because there s two cars ahead of me. Ok! That s fine. Here s my problem. He comes back over an hour later and says that my car is finished. I m thinking great! Do I need an alignment or not? He states the guy completed an alignment. WHAT????? I thought that s why I was coming in to pay and check to see if an alignment is what I even needed. He said the guy said he could tell tire rods has been changed and it was 1/2 & 3/4 inch that (Take Ten) had fixed. Why did I pay 109.95 to be exact and my car is still pulling to the right? On top of everything. I thought you check to see what work needs to be done and confirm price with customer before doing it. I know the other guy who was working handled business that way because I heard him tell the young lady the front breaks needed to be replaced. She said call my dad and tell him how much it s going cost. He said that s right. He called that man but was having phone issues and she called her dad on her cell phone and that man told him it d be around four hundred plus to get front and back brakes completed. That man agreed and work was done. Talk about feeling taken advantage of for being a women. Just a fyi . that was very unprofessional!

Terry is and excellent mechanic. Aubrey runs a great business with fair prices and is good to his customers. I d definitely recommend them for anything they have available to service vehicles.

Got a hell of a tire for 60 bucks (used) but with 95% tread left. They installed before I wasn t even done paying. Go here and you won t be disappointed.

Beat any other tire shop, store, chain whatever prices. I called and went in with several places. Guys were very quick and informative. I did not have to wait ridiculous amount of time. They knew their business they didn't say oh make an appointment and then call you after you scheduled your day to go in at that time and like oh we don't have that time when you get there. Very very satisfied!

The staff there from the change over stuck around. The staff is what makes this place great! A little pricey HOWEVER you get GREAT products and they go above and beyond Servicing your vehicle and thoroughly answer questions that you may have.

21/2 hrs for a off the car flat repair then another hr for new tire cause they could not fix it this is unexseptible ! Should be only 30 min max !!!!!!! Every time its an all day job ! I wont make that mistake again!

I had work done else where needed a front end alignment I was in a rush unbelievably in a rush . I came in spoke to Kenny with a smile he said if it can be done Terry can do it. An HR later I'm sitting here with a smile on my face and a car I feel safe driving!!! Thanks guys you were my HEROES today! If anyone needed help today it was me!!! You have my buissness forevermore.

Good place to stop and get a flat fixed. When It goes flat on the highway. They got me in and out in 30 minutes.
