These guys are very great! Super nice men. I appreciate them so much for the discount, it definitely helped me today with my cabin filter. This car is used but new to me, and no one has ever offered to look at the filter. Much appreciation! This is the best take 5 I have been too in the city.

I always have a positive experience when I need my car serviced. The guys are attentive, respectful, and professional. I appreciate their knowledge in their line of work and their time to tend to my vehicle. I love that I can stay in my car while they do their thing. My kiddo can nap. It's a win-win!

This is definitely not quick business. I been waiting for an oil change for almost an hour. It s only two people here like they definitely need to change the name because take 5 is definitely not the right name. I m still waiting he is helping with everyone else but I m not getting any service. This is terrible the worse service I ever gotten here. I took a picture this picture was after I had been here for almost an hour. It s been an hour and no one has look my way haven t offer me anything a they both walked passed my car twice. I will never come to this take 5 again. update. Today they were amazing so I m changing my review. They got everything done and was very polite. Came along way from the last time I went

Usually this place is pretty professional. Today i guess the guy was short handed. I dident see anyone outside to point out where to pull my truck in so i honked. The guy comes out looking all annoyed and just waves me off to a spot real quick and walked off. So i just left.. that kind of attitude wasent necessary. Hey maybe the guy was having a bad day but thats not my fault..

Great, friendly service! Only one person working that morning due to workers being ill. My appointment was at 9 and I was back on the road at 9:14. I didn t catch her name but she was very quick but not rushed and very professional.Services: Tires, Oil changeServices: Tires, Oil change

This is my second visit to this establishment. I really enjoy the fact that I don t have to get out of my car! I was immediately greeted with a complimentary cold bottle of water. So refreshing. The staff is very friendly and professional. I find this consistency as refreshing as the bottle of water! They are very knowledgeable about your car and it s oil needs (mine is of a particular brand that requires extra attention) and I really appreciate the attention to the details. No, it isn t a $60 or less oil change. But you can t put a price on giving your car it s life s blood because this is an investment in a car that you want to keep for a long time. With prices the way they are, you want your engine to stay in peak condition for better gas mileage and an engine that will last years and years. If Josh and the rest of the staff keep up this excellent customer centric service, they will be THE place everyone will go to. I know that I have already made my choice. You won t be disappointed!

When I left my abs light and check engine light came on in my car shortly after having my coolant flushed I m not sure if it s related but customer service was high.

We were the first to arrive here and a worker showed up, used his phone..we figured he was calling for a key carrier to get in. I saw a big banner that said to stay in the vehicle, so we played with our new GPS while we waited. This is our first time here and it was daylight savings time. They were about 15 min. late opening the doors..but when they did!!! All the garage doors opened and us along with two other vehicles that showed up were prompted to all pull forward. They were quick to check our tires, fill all the fluids and change the oil and air filter. They even checked all of our wipers too. One mechanic was fast showing up at the driver side window telling us everything they were doing and asking/answering questions. He was so happy, nice and very knowledgeable. They didn't put in the oil that my husband usually uses, but with the discounts they gave us and the online coupon, we didn't much care what oil they used. It was fast, the place was clean and everyone looked like they enjoyed what they were doing..awesome! So this is why you stay in the car, there's no time to get out! This is the place to go for an oil change!! Highly recommended!

I was referred to go here by my girlfriend, and now we are best friends.The staff treats you like royalty, and I honestly don t get that very often. I d like to give a shout-out to the entire staff for communicating vocally with one another in the shop, it was clear that safety and performance were the intent.Very lovely, recommended to all.

Really love the convenience, their policy on topping things off at the half way point, the quality and the excellent staff. There is a positive energy which impresses me because they have a tough physical job! Mal and Nate were awesome!

There was only one attendant working and he did phenomenal! I don t remember his name but it was the morning of 11/18/23. He was efficient and friendly! Definitely makes me want to come back!

Took my car in for an oil change on Aug 1, 2023. Upon arriving they were very very busy about 10 cars ahead of us. We pulled in and they begin our oil change and a few minutes later the guy pulled me up on their system and realized I still had 1000 miles to my oil change and they decided to just top my oil off instead. They gave me a sticker with the mileage showing when I need my oil changed and my receipt. I pulled off ran home back to Piedmont packed my bags to head to my moms in Lawton, Oklahoma. I make it a few miles outside of the help center right outside of Chickasha, Oklahoma and oil is spraying under my hood, lights come on, my car starts smoking and I immediately pull over to the shoulder. A truck driver pulls up behind me immediately checks under my hood and we notice oil everywhere. I called a tow truck immediately and had my 2012 Traverse towed to Firestone Lawton, Oklahoma. I met the tow truck at Firestone at 9 pm to secure my vehicle and at that point the tow truck driver informed me the entire bed of his tow truck was covered in oil leaking from my car. The next morning Firestone informed me it was a catastrophic engine loss. Now I pulled in to Take 5 with a vehicle that had zero issues. I snapped a video of my receipt showing mileage at top off and mileage as my car set at Firestone I had drove under 100 miles. A total of 26 phone calls and no one would return my calls. On August 3, 2023 I returned in person to the shop and explained everything. I was told I would get a call back that never happened. My car is still sitting at Firestone in Lawton. I caution anyone looking for an oil change in the okc metro to stay far away from Take 5. To date I m still waiting for a call back.Service: Oil change

I reviewed this place once before and it is asking me to do so again. I think this place is great. Excellent customer service. They pointed out a couple of things to me that were in need of attention. Had no idea how nasty a cabin filter could get. The prices have gone up but so has everything else it seems. I will be back

They forgot to clip the plastic back together under my car after changing my oil, so I had to spend an extra $65 the next day to fix it at a different shop. I am not sure how you forget something like that when all you do are oil changes all day, so I find it pretty unacceptable. Just go somewhere else and save yourself the hassle of dealing with this place. The convenience of staying in your car and getting it done fairly quickly isn't worth the cost.

I went to the location at 4100 N May. The staff here are honest and very knowledgeable. Nate took great care of me! This store is on their A-game for sure! Fast, friendly, and high quality customer service all around! I won t go anywhere else for my oil changes.

I made an appointment online for 11:00AM Sunday. I had never used this feature prior. I arrived 5 mins early & I got directly into the bay. The Take 5 team was through yet quick through my oil change. Much improved change from my previous experience when they didn't have my vehicle filter in stock.

I would absolutely not recommend this place ever. This evening I arrived there at 6:50 and they said they had already closed, which was not the case.Driving past at 7:15 the open sign still flashes and the manager s car is still parked out back. I wonder, is it common practice to turn away paying customers?This is not the first issue that I have had. As a consistent patron I ve had to deal with all kinds of issues. One time they left the skid plate off my car, another time it took them 2 hours to finish the oil change.This is the final straw and I will not be coming back!I understand, the claim on the front of your building is Fastest oil change on the Planet! Not the Greatest or Best .They used to have service with a smile, they used to have a great price, they used to give you a bottle of water, they used to be Fast. Now, they can t even keep up with Pep Boys.

It was quick, thorough, and pleasant. In and out in around 5 minutes, I was surprised how quickly it went. Everyone was very welcoming and the manager was very kind as well. Great job!

Best customer service not just for an oil change, but in general. They go over and beyond no matter what you came in for. Quick service but thorough. Open at convenient operating hours.

What a great experience all around! They give your kids snacks and drinks. It s fast and friendly. I get coupons for other oil change companies and would never go anywhere else but to Take 5 Oil Change. Nate the shop manager is doing a great job.

First time here. First off staff was extremely friendly and polite so i did atleast feel welcomed, however I pulled in behind someone and sat there for about 20 minutes before they even started working on that person's car, took me almost an hour to get out of there. Will have to come back another time and see if it takes as long or if that was just a fluke.

Took the work truck in for an oil change this morning and Dylan was the only one in the shop at the time. Even though he was alone, he still took care of me with great service and was incredibly friendly.

Super friendly, very quick service, and they even noticed a tire was damaged and advised me to go to a tire shop. This will definitely be the place I go for future oil changes.
