Not only is there great free parking, the staff is super friendly and the accommodations are spectacular. The showers had about the best water pressure I ve ever had in the four years I ve been a long haul truck driver. The store is neat, extremely clean and the shelves are stocked. They have everything. Really, really a great place for truckers in the Oklahoma City area.

Absolutely excellent truck stop. The cashiers are always very friendly and helpful. Be sure to grab some amazing food from the ihop inside.

If I could I wouldn t even give it 1 star. The bathrooms in the truck center are always dirty. The lady is too busy doing floor work and letting a line pile up and then apologizes because she s too busy doing work on the floor. Attend to your customers first. Stop complaining about how tired you are and how much your kids annoy you.

The beautiful young man at the register is so professional and kind.The cleanest restrooms and smelled beautiful in the womens restroom! Never seen it this clean at a TAPlenty of free parking for semi trucks

The restaurant is now OPEN and it's AWESOME! As much as I always loved the Country Pride here, the IHOP is FAR better and has more choices than CP. The staff are really good and friendly and I didn't have to wait for a meal very long. The prices are very reasonable and the atmosphere is very driver friendly. Today ( 20 December) was their " grand opening " and the staff allowed drivers to sit, enjoy their coffee ( unlimited) and just chill and watch TV. And since this place is close to my terminal where I'm dispatched from ( Freymiller Trucking) I will be coming back. TA you did very well with this one!

Been Trucking for over 20 years and I must say the IHOPs at this location is absolutely the worst restaurant I have ever witnessed tried to serve my wife and I Dale hotcakes when I say day old I mean the ends of the hotcakes for turning upward the butter wouldn't even melt on them they were so cold needless to say we brought it to her attention and got up and left my advice don't ever stop there for breakfast ever

I tried to buy fuel. The lines were 4 deep all across the fuel islands. Don't know what the problem was, but I bought 225 gallons somewhere else.

Worst TA I have ever been to ,the service department people lie to you and contradict every few minutes about the price .I ordered Ihop and waited more than 40 minutes though they weren t busy at all and all tables were empty .

I came in here at the T/A truck stop in OKC exit 142 of council rd. I was pulled in the bay for oil change at 3:30pm and the time now is 8:45pm. They can't start my truck. There's senior guys here and they're not helping this young man. He was told to keep priming the truck for the longest and nothing is improving. I'm so disappointed coming over here.The date is the September 23rd 2023.

If I could give no stars, I would. Carted my laundry inside. They use the mobile pay app for the machines. The app doesn't even register this location which makes the machines useless. No option to use coins.I wonder if the corporation understands that improvements to the property, like filling potholes, is a tax write-off?Glorified convenience store with a shop and showers. No restaurant, no laundry.

If your not a truck driver, don't stop here to rest! You'll get harassed by some so called security. Go on down the road to get some rest. I will never buy anything from any ta truck stop again.

I was at the shop for tire replacement and it takes up to 5 hours which should take often 1 or 2 hours maximum. Unprofessional employees and they disrespect the driver and don't value driver's time. The manager needs to watch carefully his team because they just were chatting some things outside their work and driver's clock were ticking. Other ta stops are much better than this one.

Just wasted 6 hours and 30 minutes of my clock trying to get a alignment here.. Just to be told it's going to be 2 hours more. SMFH!! You would expect them being a TRUCK STOP they know about our Trucking Schedules. Piss poor place! The taco truck is the only thing keepin this place in business.

Im a truck driver and I would leave negative or 0 stars if possible. Don t come here unless you want to be harassed. I was literally in the parking lot for 4 minutes parked, not in anyone s way, off to the side when all of the sudden a security guard drove over and started harassing me. I had just pulled up. I was just switching out with my co-driver, so I wasn t going to be there long. I explained this to her. I was asked to move so I was polite and did and when I went to move the security guard started trying to run up to my truck to harass me more.I won t be coming here again. Like even after doing what I was told this security guard still had it out for me.

Friendly staff, always clean, always stocked, has a Lot of truck drivers. Great to stop by to get their food, restroom, break, drinks, beer, and get their truck looked at for tires or engine problems. They have a shop in the back.

Easy, safe parking and clean showers. Only problem was 2 sausage biscuits in the warmer at 6am in the main store. The fuel island has a little bit better selection. The Country Pride in this TA is closed.

T/A can ignore to the point where we just abandon this place and it will just be another Road Ranger/QT/Sunoco. People will find other Fuel discounts, just watch Love s Travel Stop. Let it continue and just like the cycle of life/business. People always look for better especially customer service. That Mexican/Hispanic cashier definitively need to GO and find a new job with that attitude.

This travel center is awesome. They have nic3 clean showers. They have a Sunday morning Church Service every Sunday at 09:30 a.m. and I attended this morning on 09/04/2022. They had a few worship songs and had a great service and we said a few prayers. The staff members are very nice and polite here and they have plenty of amenities. They have a exercise room also. Plenty of parking spaces. The card reader is down at the moment for anyone needing to do laundry services so make sure you have coins. Shout out to Miss. Julia. The laundry room is very nice. Their is a shopping outlet like Tanger outlet mall across the road. They have a Dollar General 2.3 miles down the road. Overall great place to stay. Reserved parking spots are $20.00.

The people at this particular TA in OKC are extremely unhelpful and unprofessional. I had a carrier of mine go there to have two tires replaced, and both the manager and tire department associate were extremely condescending during this whole transaction. It s almost as though they didn t want my company s business as a third party vendor, or my customer s business. When I called in to provide them with a P.O. and invoice number, they accused me of being a fraudulent caller and refused to service us. This is an extremely bad look for TA Travel Centers, especially given that there are two other locations in OKC that are much better and more helpful. You d think they wouldn t turn down business, especially when a trusted company like mine (C.R. England) is only trying to be a good partner and help them gain additional patrons. I suppose this particular location doesn t want people of certain races sending them business or patronizing them. If you have a tire need in OKC, or any other need for that matter, I strongly suggest heading over to the MLK Avenue or South Morgan Road locations. They re not nearly as incompetent as this bunch here.

Little to no parking, even early in the morning, all the empty spaces were filled with bobtails. Whole shower area is swampy, like their dehumidifiers or exhaust vents aren't working right. Clearly it's been a long term problem as the metal safety mesh on the back of the hair dryer was rusting. I struggled to get dry after my shower from the excess humidity even with the room fan on high. Thought I'd sit down and eat, they had signs for a restaurant but it was closed and apparently has been for years. Very disappointed.

Nothing to eat here, but there is a mexican cart just behind the shop ( mexican food), please do not order mexican here couple dont wear gloves or wash hands they handling money and the scratch and they dont wash hands, i order a carne asada burrito and was fill with cabagge with mayo rice and beans and no meat, but they was taking money and cooking food and the male was touching his face and cooking food, i got really sick vomiting all night i have to go to ER for medicine because the bacteria, you been warned, nothing to eat here get a Uber eats order something but not here, long advice.

The truck came to ask for a receipt after refueling, and there was a black woman in it who perfectly explained what arrogance is, is there a sporadic one? I want to give zero stars!

They're rip off makes you pay 1st then when u check jobs not done and then makes an excuse for road call and makes you wait for another 5 to 6 hours for work which they had not completed . Then asking me to create another work order for incomplete job just to make extra money, shouldn't go to TA period. Employee's which this people have is laziest on this planet with inappropriate attitudes.

Had to get a brake chamber replaced mechanic was amazing did the job in 20 minutes best service I've ever had, and have been to several truck stops can't even count how many excellent service and sales! Toby is the man!

Went to TA truck repair shop. Had an air line leak. Cameron helped with repairs, he was great. He got me back out on the road. Thanks Cameron!

As driver since 1994 and member the King Road member and later member of Ultra One nonstop without interruption I have been treated like homeless with out respect with arogance by cashier her name KIM at 04/30/23 at 18:09 when she refused give me a shower with valid recipe from day before she refused look up my account when my card didn't work for some reason. Calling to headquarter to day discuss this issue!
