Was totally disappointed in Bob Moore Subaru service dept last week. I am caregiver to my 100 yr old mother and have heart issues myself. I rely on my car and that's why i bought a subaru in 2020. I had a dead battery on thursday and when I called subaru service there was not 1 service manager that could talk to me. 1st message left to call back. 1 hr later, I called back with nobody available to talk to me. Service concierge said the 1st appt would be Tuesday for service---5 days later!!!!!....she didn't even listen to my plea. I told her that was not acceptable, so she pawned me off on another call back. 1 hr later, no call back. A neighbor got my battery jumped with enough power to drive to Hibdon where i got a new battery in less than an hour!! I will continue to drive 15 miles to Subaru while under warranty, but probably not after that. I will reconsider recommending Bob Moore Subaru service to all of my subaru owner friends. If it makes any difference, service called back 2.5 hrs later..told him it was 430pm and i knew i would b stranded if they even could take me...already have a new battery from a reputable business.

The service group is on it at this convenient location.Servuce Consultant Heath knows a ton about Subarus from his sales experience and bring the best disposition anyone could hope for. Thanks sibmuch

Would give zero stars if I could! DO NOT have your vehicle serviced here. They will break glass, scratch and dent your car. They say you did it even though you have photo proof of the car s condition. 0/1000

Relatively speedy and quality repairs and check ups for my subaru over the last few years. The free lunch and friendly staff while waiting really impressed me every time I went.
