Incredible customer service! I truly believe they care about what they are doing, and really want to take care of their customers. They answered all of my questions about the issues I was having with my car... I never felt like I was getting the run-around. My car is running smooth again, and I am so happy!

First time visitor and they definitely lived up to their name! Oil change took 15 minutes max. I never had to step one foot outside my car and the mechanics went over the price before touching a thing and even had a 10off coupon for me! I had the pleasure of dealing with Vincent and Tyson who both made sure my first visit was exceptional. You guys just gained a loyal customer!

Fantastic crew and speed of service. Bringing your own oil and filter charges $29.99 when most charge $20 but they were open on Sunday!! Awesome work and staff. The only reason they don t get 5 full stars is the basically ask you for a background check full of information to check out.Email, phone, name, address, date of birth, first born child and blood donation! Shoot I just needed my oil changed! Minus the 3rd degree on personal information, they are top notch over there. I recommend the service and staff! Great job guys. Alex & Tyson were fantastic at their jobs and super nice respectful gentlemen.

The guys working tonight were super kind and fixed up my car way faster than expected. They identified that my moter blower was out, ordered the part, and installed it within an hour. They communicated through the whole process, gave me an estimate before starting anything and it ended up being less than expected. Super appreciate your help tonight.

The staff is nice and friendly but their incompetence caused me more problems and more money. Had a loose drain plug that needed to be replaced. The employee that worked at speedee said it was fixed, but few days later I notice a leak. Took it back to speedee, now they re saying the entire oil pan gasket needs to be replaced. The real problem is, another third party company that caused the loose drain plug was willing to pay for the damages, and based on the words of the employee that worked at speedee, I assumed it was fixed and I got comped for the loose drain plug I paid for. Now speedee employees are telling me the issue was not fixed and I need to replace the entire gasket. Obviously the third party company that broke the drain plug is not willing to pay anymore, saying speedee oil change, is at fault. And now, I have to end up paying over $500 for something that could have been avoided.

long time customer, went to full synthetic a few years ago to extend time between oil changes from 3k to 5k, and supposedly better protection, but quite a bit more expensive.Oil change today, sticker only had 3k miles to next change. I questioned and was told corporate makes them only use 3k on sticker now.You just lost my business for good. If I hadn't noticed the mileage on the sticker I would have never known. I just paid $114.89 for an oil change that I could have gotten for half that with the same 3k mile recommendation. Despicable!!

Fast service. Also very friendly and kind. I feel like they do the job right and have been going to them every time I need an oil change. They also have coupons on the website so definitely take advantage of them.

Very nice techs and quick oil change. though very inexperienced with other maintenance issues than oil changing. I was informed my that my back brakes needed changing as well as my all 4 of rotors. I asked them if I were to purchase my brakes and rotors and bring them in when they install them they said yes, no problem. so I went and purchased, the brakes and rotors. (I upgraded from stoc)while waiting for them to arrive I had a friend of mine who's husband is an experienced mechanic offer to do the brake job at my Job. My brakes had 90% left on them and there were no lips or issues with the rotors. Thanks to their recommendation at Jiffy Lube I spent $800 that wasn t needed at all..

This was my second time and it was fantastic. They were upfront with the pricing of everything. I didn't feel like I was being talked down to which happens often at other establishments. I will be bringing my vehicle back here again and again. Please go check them out and give them a chance to help you with your car needs!

I ve been going here for a while now & they re very knowledgeable and kind! Always feel welcome and never awkward, they even give me a heads up on what my vehicle needs in the future so I can know what to keep an eye on when I leave! Super appreciate the guys who work here!

Took my camper van in for an oil change. Hands down the best service I ve had anywhere in a while. Incredibly fast, efficient and friendly. Vincent, Tyler and Co rick! Highly recommended.

Have been a costumer here for about 4 years. Alex is one of the most honest Mechanics I ve met. They re always willing to work with you, always honest and don t try to overcharge you for random things you did not plan to get worked on. They have done oil changes to brakes and rotors, to control arms, struts replacements, AC, and other parts. Thank you Alex!

They truly live up to their name, I arrived at about 2:10 and was gone by 2:30, and that's after a potty break and stopping to talk about boots and the best insoles .You guys keep up the great work!

Vincent and Alex are the best hands down. My check engine light came on and I got a diagnostic done elsewhere but needed the part replaced. I called before coming and they found the part I had on hand and gave me a quote on getting it replaced. I came the following day as discussed and they were very friendly upon arrival. It took exactly as long as they estimated and honored the quoted price discussed as well. I would definitely recommend this location and will be using it for future needs as well. They were very helpful and patient, my dipstick was broken from a while back and while I had no way to get it out on my own, these guys did not stop trying until they were able to get it out and service my car properly. They are extremely thorough and super friendly also very affordable, I will be back!

This place was awesome! They were nice and friendly, not pushy or trying to oversell like the dealership I was going to. I felt they were knowledgeable and did a great job! I will definitely trust them again in the future. When I complemented the gentleman who helped me, he said, "Well, I just treat people like I would want my wife treated."

I was there couple months ago to change my brake rotors, they changed for me after couple days whenever i apply the brake it was make a lound noise then i took back to them 1 of there employe told, they don t what wrong with them i have to take to dealership i took the dealer told my rotor i have is bad one then i went back to them they said they will do warranty for me, then they did warranty for me plus they change oil change too ( Thanks for that) for free. but after couple days my car brake rotors make same sound, i took back to them they want me upgrade brake rotors i got in there pay more money over there i felt like they were try to make me pay more money over there, and that day they told there been manufacturers problem going the with there rotors, now they want me to spent money over there, they don t want to do warranty for my car now my car make lound noise whenever i apply the brake.

10/10 service! As a woman, it s always nerve racking to go somewhere new to get your car serviced. They made me feel comfortable to ask questions, gave informative responses, and never once made me feel incompetent. They explained everything they did and how it was beneficial. I can t recommend them enough! I will definitely be coming back!
