We were told by our company that Speedco was waiting for us to get a wheel seal repaired. My husband went in, and was ignored for nearly 10 minutes. Then, it took forever for the work to be done. When my husband went to check the status, he was told our truck would be brought out in a couple of minutes . After nearly 20 minutes of waiting, he went back in to find out what the hold up was. Apparently, no one talks to their coworkers and they have no dedicated counter person, as no one was aware that we already had our paperwork and just needed our key and our truck. Seriously? Don t use this place if you want any expectation of decent customer service.

These guys completely drained the oil out of my truck without confirming they had all the supplies necessary to do the job. And when my company told them we could not wait. They turn around and send me in my way with absolutely no oil. I call them to ask them about it. And they lie and say oh, it s an improperly installed oil filter . There is no puddle under my truck, and who tf removes oil filters before draining oil.

Came in for a PM 8 days ago. Took two days to get it and when it was done I was told my truck wouldn t start and I was asked to have my vehicle towed since they couldn t figure it out. After speaking with about 8 different people who had no idea over the course of the next four days the ONLY person who knew anything about being a mechanic, thank god for Merle, was able to diagnose the issue and had the part ordered. Well, Merle was off the next two days and of course nobody knew what was going on, the GM is literally never there, loves customer service has never contacted me back and when I called the corporate office I was given an email address and was assured this would go to four different levels of management and there would be urgency to have my issue resolved. Three days later nothing. I had to call them back Thursday night and was told it was done. Don t worry though the assistant manager with the brand new pants and squeaky clean haircut made sure to take all of his smoke breaks timely. There is not a single reason to spend your money here and if Merle ever leaves y all should just go ahead and close.Services: Transmission, Air & cabin filter replacement, Exhaust, Tires, Electrical, Brakes, Battery, Oil change

Came in for truck service...general oil change, ck fluids, etc. Arrived at 9 am, left at 1 pm. 2 trucks in front of me and they waited that long too. When they started on my truck 2 more trucks came in but they started on them immediately and left me sitting another half hour. Everyone's time is valuable, but I just lost 4 hrs that could've been home sleeping getting ready for my next load. Pitiful. I will not be back.Allen K

Over 2 hrs waiting on a bay for tire changeEveryone was chilling smoking and eating around no one dare to touch a thing.Trucks all the way to the street waiting but those lazy people don t care at all .I had to leave to another shop to fix my tire

These guys are to damn slow for a pm. Don't be in a hurry if you come here. Lesson learned, I'm never coming back here again. Update on this speedco experience. I got down the road to Az when my truck suddenly won't start. Luckily I was stopped at a loves truck stop where they came out to fix my problem. Seems the Oklahoma city speedco tech put the wrong fuel filter and the wrong water separator filter on my truck. I guess it's my fault for not noticing it but there again, another lesson learned.

Don t ever go to this place, one of the worst oil change spot in America.Almost lost my engine on my Freightliner, because of irresponsible and inattentive staff over there.Good thing i ve slept on the truck stop nearby.Woke up and saw a puddle of oil underneath my truck.Returned to the shop, and i found out, that they forget to install oil filter gasket.No one even apologized for their mistake.Such a waste of time, money and nerves!I don t recommend this shop at all!

4 hours waiting for one drive tire repair. Truck in front of me has been here longer for 2 tire replacements. Tire tech just comes and does a little really slow then leaves for a little while. Insanely slow. And another truck behind me has been waiting for 2 hours so far. Slowco!

Was not happy with my experience at this location. I stopped in for a truck lube and to have drive tires rotated. Took two hours to get into the bay (there was only the truck already on the pit ahead of me). At that time it was no big deal, I had the day off and nothing else to do. Then it took another hour to complete the lube job. After that they immediately put me in a tire bay for tire rotation. Two hours later they had not touched the tires. Even though I had the day off, I didn't want to spend all day there. I asked if they were going to get to my truck anytime soon. This was after a shift change. The guy behind the counter couldn't give me an answer. So I paid for the lube job and left. Went to a business across the interstate that was not busy at the time. Tires were completely rotated in 45 minutes, and at a cheap cost that Speedco. I won't be going back to this Speedco. This post is not a knock against Speedco as a company, only this location and it's employees and leadership.

I have changed the oil here for many years. This kind of thing has never happened before. Now my buddy is obviously very unprofessional. After changing the oil, he covered the hood of the engine without covering it and told me that it had been done. When I checked the oil again before I was ready to leave, I found that everyone should relax, and there will be unprofessional people in professional places.

This place ain t worth a hell. Workers are pathetic. Just walking around, supposedly them, I assume, trying to look busy. But not working on trucks in line. Bays are open, but nobody pulling us in. It s the afternoon shift that clocks out at 11:30pm. It s Friday the 12th, of November 11:30pm. Been here 3hrs. Come n wait with us, 2 other tks beside me. We will still be here when you get here, n wanna get your PM or whatever done. Just a disgrace to the industry !!!!

Justin the service maneger of this speedco and his guys did a very dishonest situation for me, they broke the water separator housing while doing PM service and they sent me an email where they confirmed it happened but in any case they did not take care of it and did not fix what they broke themselves at their own expense, gave me an estimate for $4k, this is a team of liars with no sense for customers I emphatically do not recommend this shop for any type of service

The most incompetent people I have ever seen. Was there 3 + hrs and wasn t even started on .Was in the bay for over an hr finally just gave up left.

I have given up on this place. Absolutely ridiculous that it's takes over 3 hours to complete a simple PM service. I had 4 different people working on my truck at different times. That is dangerous as they could miss something which they did. Totally missed greasing upper half of truck. Love's/Speedco needs to reevaluate there policies and procedures. I will not stop here anymore. Too much wasted time.

Nice guys working here. I always get right in. They don t mind if you watch. I recommend always checking to make sure they don t leave the oil fill cap off no matter where you are if you re getting a oil change.

Days were really friendly and Profesional even tho I thought I would have to wait 1hr for someone to show up I might of came at shift change lunch or break time so they're forgiven and hopefully they get bonuses for theyr professionalism and quality they do here God bless you guys and see you soon again as I'm a trucker

Super slow but gets the job done. I was there for 4-5 hours to get tire pressure checked and one tire plugged.Nice workersThe public bathroom is clean, and located in the office.If I was able to stay in my truck and rest and didn't have a 12hr drive to do after waiting hours, making me late for my appointment I probably would have given 3 or 4 stars.

Got my fuel separator replaced in 15 min and helped to find extra set of filters for a next pmYoung tall big Man was very helpful and fast.

I was very disappointed. The employees were courteous but I had Dot and pm done. My tractor failed dot. So I took truck to Freightliner dealer...they could not find the violation. I brought up other problems that were ignored.

Do not use this Speedco Mechanic who was doing my service while he was using a drill to tighten the bolts on my Passenger side air Breath on my W900 he let go of the drill and it slammed into my windshield and caused damage Loves Risk Management is basically refusing to pay for the damage claiming it was from road debris even tho it happened right in front of my eyes and I even reported it right when it happened

This was absolutely the worst experience. The guys are rude, slow, and not professional. I m pretty sure they only dumped half my oil during oil change. When I checked the dipstick it was black still as if they didn t do a full oil change. Find somewhere else to go cuz it s a total rip off!

Always busy, and they think a truck driver has all day to sit around and wait for an oil change. They suffer from an attitude of indifference. I am not returning to SPEEDCO or LOVES for any services unless it a road side issue.

I stopped at the #941 in OKC, sit in the line for a hour, another truck pulls up they pull him in and stated they were doing him first and me afterwards. Not happening I left. Not a good way to run a business, just lost a loyal customer.
