Absolutely the best place to take your car with problems! No joke they ONLY focus on your problems and will not rip you off. I took my Charger there with tire problems and they were the freaking best! I'm going back to do brakes....these guys are right on ...don't go anywhere else..they were working on other stuff n jumped on my rig as soon as I pulled up no joke i guess i was surprised. Thank you guys I'll DEFINITELY be back and refer EVERYBODY, so rare to get respect when your car is in trouble.....

Known some of the folks at Southern Tire mart almost my entire life. They have dedicated their lives to serving customers in the tire industry and I wouldn t do business with anyone else. Respectful, Honest, and loyal. Best prices anywhere.

Chase was awesome! He came out on a road side assistance call. He's an Expert and a gentleman. He even offered my wife and I cold bottles of water while he worked to get us back on the road. Appreciate the professional and courteous assistance from Southern Tire Mart and especially Chase!

Let me just start by saying this... If you want quality, friendly, affordable services performed on any type of vehicle you own this is a one stop shop. Whether it be a lawn tractor or a quarry dump truck they can handle it. Customer service is the best part, all the guys and gals that work there make you feel at home and like they know you on a personal level. Definitely recommend.

We called and priced a used tire and a new tire for a piece of our equipment. He told me those prices. We actually had a tire that would work in our yard, so we told them we had a tire and would like for them to exchange it for us. They told us they would be on site between 8:00 - 8:30 am. By noon no one from their shop had shown up. We called and they said they had forgotten about it, but would send the tech right out. 2 hours later they finally arrive only to tell me that before they touch my tire we would have to pay them in full. The office personnel told us that if we didn t pay the service charge, he would have his tech take our tire for collateral. The service tech was nice and courteous, however, the office person was completely rude. Don t waste your time here folks.

I've had several big truck alignments done there and the alignment is spot on. Competitive prices on truck tires also. Thought they missed on last alignment, called and they said bring it back in and we'll check it again. Turned out it was a brake issue which straighten the problem out. I would recommend them if you want knowledgeable, courteous service.

We had a blow out on our Uhaul while traveling through Oklahoma. Uhaul contacted Southern Tire Mart and they sent us Brenden Hughes. He was so kind and efficient. He had replaced our tire in a matter of 20 minutes!! This includes taking the rim off the truck and the tire off the rim and replacing it by hand! He did a wonderful job!!!

Called made an appointment and called and verified work to be done. Dropped my vehicle off at appointment and they called later saying it was ready. Work was not done yet, I told them they were supposed to do it. 3 hours later they said could not get the parts. They did not offer to reschedule and now I am 1 day behind and in the same boat with my vehicle. I would not recommend.

This was a good experience.Unlike the Midland, TX location which literally STOLE over $2000 dollars from me.Back story...I took my truck to Midland for front end issues. They checked it and told me it needed kingpins among bushings on the rear.They began the work, and the service manager called and told me it needed spindles.I went to a local used dealer and bought spindles for $900, quite a discount over new.They came with the old kingpins in them.Midland installed the spindles.They then charged me 10 hours for R&R ($125 per hour) for the kingpins, as well as $800 for the kingpins they had "installed" plus taxes.After purchasing a new steer tire every month for 6 months, paying Southern Tire Mart AGAIN for an alignment, I was told by another mechanic the kingpins were bad.Turns out, he removed bad OEM Freightliner kingpins from my spindles.Southern Tire Mart had simply installed the spindles with the bad kingpins that came with the used spindles charging me over $1250 dollars in labor for "intalling" them and outrageous parts charges (I actually paid less than %25 than they charged me for the new kingpins I had installed).I know this company does not care. They make a fortune from drive by business and companies with knowledgeable mechanics who do not need ther mechanic services.People like me are simply icing on their cake.All this said, my experience in OKC was nothing but pleasant, but I only bought a tire.NEVER do anything else but a tire with Southern Tire Mart. They are likely to steal THOUSANDS of dollars from you, too.STM, don't like it? Let's go to court. Your Mudland, TX location is staffed with criminals. I can prove it.

James came to our facility immediately and fixed a tire on one of our machines. Every time James comes out we always have a very good experience and he is very entertaining. Also James has a very good attitude and gets the job done fast and right the first time. I would recommend James with Southern Tire Mart to fix any tire need you have.

I had them do an alignment on one of my trucks.... 3 months later, my upper A arm bolts are loose and my front end is now worn out. Took it back, and they accept NO RESPONSIBILITY for any of it. I stated that I would replace the parts if they would just re-do the alignment at no charge. They pretty much told me to get screwed. This place is a freaking joke!!!! No customer service at all. I give a -5 star on their workmanship and ability to fix their own mess ups. I will not send anything else to them.THESE GUYS ARE CLOWNS!!!!!

So the 1st time I went to a Southern tire mart was at Las Vegas Nevada. That place was great. They were very helpful and friendly and fair in price.I went to this one in Oklahoma City and they have an attitude, they aren't very friendly and they lied about price. Wont ever be back

Be careful ! Took my truck to get a flat fixed and was told they couldn t fix it because it was run flat and wanted to sell me a new one and then said they didn t have the same size so wanted me to buy a set of 2 after not wanting to buy it! Told them to put it back and didn t want to. After i put the tire back into my trailer went to another tire shop and had no problem fixing it and was told nothing was bad with tire just broken glass!totally different from the southern mart in San Antonio. Won t come back to this OKC location

Told me they had the tires I needed. I drive 20 min over there and they try to mount 2 different brands of tires on my trailer because they didn t have 4 of the same.

Roberto the tire tech came out and replaced my tires out fast and safely. Harry is very knowledgeable with all tires in general and you can tell they have the experience in the tire industry. great people and great service. thank you

The rating for Scott is 5 star! But the guy in shop is 2 star. If you want to lie and say i was rude when i was questioning why you were not doing a alignment on my truck then at least wait until i am not in the office to do it. I care about my safety and being safe around others on the road. I pride myself in having a clean record. So if someone is asking a question be glad that someone actually cares about you doing your job CORRECTLY!!

Needed air in tires today, (temp is 16 degrees f) Service tech was kind and filled all 4 tires in spite of the cold. Deeply appreciated his attitude and attention to detail. GREAT JOB!!!

I had 4 all new tires installed on my 2018 Chevy Silverado and these guys did a amazing job from getting the tires I wanted to complete install Eliazar castanon did tight by me and even helped me when it was after hours so for all your tire and alignment needs hit these guys up

Place is always busy but worth the wait nothing has changed still very busy but that's a good problem to have in this economy well today I went to get a inspection done and it was very busy they worked me in and I was only there a short time it was great

Call for 1 tire gladiator was told they had a similar tire at the same price, get there they had no such thing then they said it was the other store not them, then they check the other store they didn't have such a tire either but he had a 950.00 out the door for 2 Firestone.. smh never had a problem with San angelo or Midland/Odessa but I will not f with okc southern tire, WHEN THE LOVES IS CHEAPER THAN UR STORE U HAVE A PROBLEM

Got Elizar s number from a buddy of mine who has used him and southern tire mart in the past. I have a 7in lifted Chevy on 35s and 12.5 wides. These guys are by far the best priced tire shop around my tires were about 8$ more a piece than amazon or other big tire distributers but I didn t have to deal with shipping or worry about quality , once you roll in the mount and balance it s actually cheaper than buying online. Iv bought about 10-15 sets of 33s or bigger and I now know where to get my next 10-15 sets. Plus I had to send my wife bc I was on a wind farm in a different state and she took the kids with her and everything everyone was polite and courteous. Plus trucks a Cadillac ride again. Thanks guys-Ty Hood
