My experience with this company has not been a good one. They referred me to a mechanic that had only installed it once before they forgot to turn on my air pressure for my brakes, so my spouse almost wrecked on the way out of there he went back and they turn on the pressure system. I don t know why that was one of the things that they thought they had to touch has nothing to do with any of the installation of the device a a few weeks later, my engine light came on, so I went to go have it read, gave multiple readings on everything turned out it was wiring so I had to go have it uninstalled which cost me money so that they could fix my car. The wiring problem that it had you to the device paid to have it reinstalled on top of the monthly fees, and now that the device is out of my system, had to pay to have it uninstalled. For the final time, my car has continued to have lights on after the uninstall meant in the same issue is needing to be re-fixed when I called the mechanic to have them pay for the damages they just want to Smartstart and Smartstart doesn t want to take any responsibilities and help and fix the issue that they caused my car is a new 2021 so therefore there should be no problems with wiring being clipped and not closed right wires just hanging did not have this issue until the interlock installed. My car reads off problems. A time that they had installed the device to device malfunctioned multiple times. Had to pay multiple fees for a device that malfunctions all the time I can t say though the one positive experience I have had is when they sent me to boomer audio even then when I went to boomer, they told me that the wiring was set up wrong because I had wiring hanging out my car and not talked away like it should be. They also put the Camera center of my. The time I had no idea that it wasn t supposed to be there. I highly recommend if you do use this company to make an appointment with Boomer audio to have your services installed.

Don't waste away your time, money and court driving record here. The customer service at this location is ABSOLUTLY HORRIBLE which will cost you huge fines over time. The fact is is that sometimes your installed device will malfunction. The employees at this location will not work with you on any resolutions with your devices problem which simply translates to the customer as more fee's and charges, which over time will add up to a huge amount. This location is in the business of collecting as many violation charges as they can, they will not take any consideration that your device has malfunctioned in any way.I would STRONGLY SUGGEST that you take the extra 15 minutes and drive to the Extreme Auto Options location in Norman.At Extreme Auto Options you will experience a wonderful staff that actually cares that you have chosen their location. Even if you have to pay some violations you will be and feel much better in giving it to a operator that cares about their customers. For some of you, not having any violations is a CRITICAL matter with a court case you may have so it would be critical for you to choose the right location that will work with you and not against you!

Sure, getting set up is quick and easy but who doesn't want to take your money fast. The problem comes in when you have been sober 6 months, had the device for 4. And the mechanic causes a violation and they want to charge you $70 even after jumping threw their hoops and filing their incident report and providing all requested documents that the vehicle was being repaired at a licensed mechanic shop. They repeatedly lied about state regulations and transpher me to "supervisors" to leave a message and the messages where never returned. Intoxiloc is a better company because they are actually looking out for the public's intrest and not a massive money hungry company.

Equipment works fine so far, personnel aren't really rude but I wouldn't say they are really professional either. Realized after equipment was installed my dash wasn't put back together properly and is hanging open.

I was really concerned having read horror stories about interlock systems and installers doing a poor job. But I have to say these people were a delight very respectful and courteous and the installers did a excellent job. I would highly recommend this place for your unfortunate situation.

The guys at the Lakeside Drive location are stellar. For such a horrible situation, they've made the whole process as painless as possible. They go out of their way to make me feel like a person and not a criminal.

Worst ever.The 18 months with the interlock, one device replacement, but other than that pretty smooth.Suddenly, when it is time to have the device removed THERE IS NOT A SINGLE TECHNICIAN IN THE STATE THAT CAN REMOVE THE DEVICE!!!!!

Unprofessional. Rude. Overly sensitive with an apparent need to flaunt their dominance. I had a very poor experience at this location and with this company. Misinformation paired with refusal to acknowledge. BLA!

They keep a dirty garage floor with sharp objects that ll flatten your tires!! Then say it s bubble wrap, then change the story and say it s a zip tie. Dude up front is rude

Bad service equipmentThe screen keeps going black on me and I have tried yo habe equipment replaced twice now ....I have had two false lockouts and not been reimbursed or had my equipment replacedI have to give this company one star for poor customer service via the 1-800 number as well....this is a bad experience I have been a loyal customer for two years and have to have a interlock for another two years in going to a different company do not use smart start

Very unprofessional. They used to have Saturday hours and then stopped without giving notice. When I questioned them, they lied, telling me they ve never had Saturday hours.
