Made an appointment arrived early. They said it would be an hour and a half wait. I got a call an hour and a half later saying they just started and it would be another hour and a half. Waited 2 and a half hours for them to be done. (Total of 4 hours) My floor boards were muddy and covered in pieces of glass. They broke my car air freshener.Terrible customer service. They blamed the wait on being busy even though they finished working on other peoples cars before ours. We were the first there and the last to leave.

Great first impression with the guy at the front desk, good waiting area with snacks coffee and a charging station for your devices which is super cool. The technician who provided my service, Drew, is a great guy and explained everything seamlessly. Definitely will use this location again if I ever need to have my glass fixed again! Great customer service and great work, glad to have my windshield in tip top shape again!

I have scheduled with this shop three times now. The first time, they did not have the correct address and then decided they could not return to the correct address at 8:15 for an 8-12 appointment. Their tracker showed the tech as 5 minutes from my location. The second time I scheduled, they canceled on me unannounced. The only reason I found out was because the automated email service told me I should schedule my appointment like I had never scheduled an appointment. Finally, today, I had a third scheduled time, and at 9 am, they called to tell me that they were sorry, but the tech that I was supposed to have seen me had called out for the entire day because he was sick. This is after they assigned me a tech at 7 am this morning- and sent me an email confirmation with the tech's picture and name... (I do hope the tech feels better soon)Update- Safelite has called to cancel on me for a fourth time. The scheduler looked at all the reschedules on the file and said, "Give me just a bit. I'm not doing this to you again.." 15 minutes later, he called back with a tech on the way."Update- Alex from Safelite showed up and had my windshield glass replaced in a little over an hour. Safelite, I am changing the rating to reflect the completed job.

Made a 10:00 AM appointment online. Had the car there 10 minutes early. Was told it would take about an 1-1:30 hours. Got a text 1:30 hours later saying they just started was then told it would take a maximin of 1:30 hours. Then proceeded to wait over 2 more hours. Would not recommend gave the typical We are busy excuse.

Terrible customer service very rude tech Matt they couldn't calibrate my car and told me I need to make another appointment. Called the 14th and made the appointment for the 19th had to call him directly because the national line was of no help. When I arrived for my appointment they never put it down and the tech Matt was very rude and told me I missed an appointment on the 14th. The 14th is the day I called and made the appointment for the 19th!!!! How does that make sense. Talked to the manager and didn't even get an apology.... This is the last time I will ever use safelite terrible customer service.

All kinds of issues getting my wife's car windshield replaced. Required several visits and even lost a wind shield wiper while driving after the repaid. We will find a different glass repair shop the next time we need one

I was traveling out-of-state, and a rock from the highway caused a serious crack in my windshield. The crack was so severe that the entire windshield of my vehicle needed to be replaced.I stopped at one of the nearest Safelite locations due to the severity of my cracked windshield. They scheduled me and immediately replaced my windshield. The initial window replacement work fine as a window, but due to all the new safety features on my vehicle, a lot of the automated features in my vehicle didn t work after the window was replaced. The representatives refused to charge me until they replaced my window with one that worked properly with my automative features. I was immediately rescheduled and my automobile window was replaced with a window that safety features work. This was exceptional customer service, and I highly recommend this Safelite location to any perspective customers.Service: Auto windshield repair

Kiefer is really honest. If he feels like the work is inadequate, he will let you know and reschedule an appointment to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Brendon was very helpful. He kept me up to date on the work being done so far while I was waiting.

We brought our old F-150 in to get a couple of chips filled. The work seems solid not too complicated I suppose, but the service was worth a review. Every team member we encountered was exceptionally pleasant and professional. The young lady at the front desk was clearly busy, but took time to make our interaction very positive. Our tech, Draper, was outstanding as well. Clearly explained everything and got it done quickly.It s nice to see such theses days. Nice job!

This place is a joke and waste of time, You create a work order and have everything listed, but go to pay for it and cash out, and your invoice is wrong! You call several times about it, and they say we will fix it after the but slow play the situation and play dumb LIE to not fix the issue! Why would a person create two different work orders for the same vehicle it doesn't make sense, and don't tell customers you'll fix it but never do. I'll never use this company again and tell anyone I know to save the nightmares and stress that come with using this shady company.

Had two appointments first appointment they didn t have my windshield now I m here two weeks later. I m sitting in front of Safelite auto glass. My appointment was at eight here It is after 8 o clock staff walking around everywhere outside no front door open to the office several cars stacked up waiting for their appointments and people looking at us like we re idiots. Quality service Safelite.

They are very expensive, my cost was $1034 with sensor calibration so I expected better workmanship. The washer fluid hose was routed incorrectly causing it to pinch off the flow. No big deal I fixed it. However the sensor area looks bad, see pic. Very sloppy considering the amount I paid. It certainly did not look like this from the factory, my car is pretty new. Can't recommend them.7/29/21 UPDATE: Took it in for a follow up and they told me it is the rain sensor pad and can be replaced. Well, the replacement was done quickly but it actually looks worse than before! Guys, figure out how to make it look like factory new or don't offer to replace Mazda windshields. Good grief!

In and out quick. Explained everything quickly and efficiently. Professional and polite customer service reps. Filled a chip that looks good and I feel confident will hold up. No high pre-sales pitch to replace with new windshield. Others seemed to be having an equally good experience.

Had a great experience fixing a windshield crack today. Took them 30 mins, technician was great but the real jewel was Nicole, checking me out. She was so understanding to customers and she went above and beyond.

Quick and clean work! Scheduled a 4pm appt, they were having a busy day, got to being worked on bout 4:45. Was done by 5:30. Friendly staff and they are right about the service of not leaving til the final car is done. Very good work! Been over a week now and no problems with the window, excellent!

Didn't even get a chance to come here. Calling and telling the bot "i need to talk to A human" or dialing 0 gets you hung up on. I guess they have enough money they don't need more business. I would avoid business that do things like this.

While the staff was extremely nice at this location, I m disappointed in the overall experience because I took a day off from work to get my windshield replaced. An hour and a half after I dropped it off, they told me the part was scratched in the driver s line of sight, and they had no other windshields that would fit my vehicle. We can t check parts for defects in the morning before patrons arrive? I ve had the appointment for two weeks. They asked me to reschedule, and obviously, I m not going to. I m going to a locally owned glass shop. Improve your practices so you don t waste patrons time and money.

Had to Special order parts that I wasn't aware of. Was very nice and helpful since the Hard top Convertible are different from a rag top. Still very expensive. Final price not available yet.

To be fair, I was long overdue to replace my windshield! I chose Safelite, yet opted to go to their location in lieu of them coming to me. I'm still impressed with the fast turn-around time. Within 10 minutes of my arrival, a tech inspected my car, discussed the repair I was scheduled for and collected my car. In less than an hour, the new windshield was installed! The same tech met me at my car to wipe down the pillars adjacent to the windshield as he noticed they were dirty. I'll use them again for sure!!

We've had an appointment for a MONTH to get a windshield replaced after a big hailstorm. Had to drive over an hour to OKC. Waited at the shop for over TWO hours before they told us they don't have the glass in stock! Are you kidding me? We had to tell you what car it was in order make the appointment so you WOULD have the glass in stock. This manager is incompetent if he can't stock his shop correctly for customers who have appointments. And, after all that, he says they can reschedule it for two weeks from now at a makeshift location where we live. Why weren't we scheduled for a local location in the first place? Wow, Safelite. Your jingle is dead to me. And congratulations, I'm mad enough to bother writing a review. Have a day.

I had a winshield replaced on a 90s sports car and they took great care in getting the glass in and even preventing the 30+ year old mouldings from breaking. I appreciate the good service!

A year after the work was done I got a collection letter from RECOVERY ONE for $500.00 for work that was paid for. When I tried to contact Safelite, I couldn t get through due to their computer answering.Stay away from these morons.

They never showed up during the appointment time. When contacted they sounded like they knew from the beginning that the appointment would need to be rescheduled. If they knew it would need to be rescheduled why did they wait for us to contact them?Once the appointment finally took place they couldn't complete the camera calibration on my windshield despite their website saying they could.

Went by with vehicle to get it repaired they asked for my information and said that they would call me to set up the appointment but the next day came and still no response, so I called, was told the technician got busy and would call me soon, its now been 2 weeks since still no call. went somewhere else got great service

Had a hail storm hit us in Lawton last week. Broke the windshields of my car and truck. The three local glass companies were taking advantage of people here in Lawton price gouging! So I went online to Safelite in OKC. not only they had a way better price than all the local glass shops combined, they got my car fixed within two days of me slotting the time online for it. And got my car windshield replaced under an hour! Technician Draper, YOU ROCK DUDE! I bring my truck up there this coming Saturday to get the windshield replaced at your south store! I didn't have to wait until the second week of July to pay for an overpriced windshield replacement! Thank you Safelite! See you Saturday!!!!

This place is GARBAGE!!!! I booked an appointment a week and a half ago to have a windshield and a quarter panel window replaced. I drove an hour here and waited 2 hours at the office just for them to tell me "we don't have the quarter panel" and "the windshield we have is scratched to pieces". I wasted all that time and all that gas just to be told "sorry".

It was really nice. Guy came and identified himself. He also called before arriving. He came earlier then I wanted. I picked 12-5 for a reason and he came at 11am. He gave us all information about what he was doing and when he would finish. Text message through out process. Didn't have to use my insurance. Cool to use them but the come to your house service is an extra charge and he came when he like. I didn't like that because I had to skip something that day because of it. I will drop my car off at shop next time and save the come out charge. Over all great installation. Nice guys. Had a chip in another car windshield and since he was here though we would do the other windshield and it would have been around $140 for a chip not bigger than a dime. Found place to take it to for $50. So I passed on that.

A rock hit my windshield and caused a pretty gnarly looking chip. Making an appointment was a simple and straightforward process. The technician, Nick Linden, called ahead and arrived within the appropriate time frame. He was SO polite, patient, professional, and very knowledgeable. He did a great job while my family and I watched the entire process, and he even explained the details of each step to us. It sounds like they also have a great lifetime warranty. I'm so glad that I called Safelite and that they sent Nick to repair our windshield! Truly a 5-star experience and result!!

They shattered two pieces of plastic trim while replacing my windshield. I was polite and understanding, accidents happen after all, and accepted that they would call me after they had sourced a part. It is now day two, have not heard a single thing from them. I even called to inquire after the status of the replacement parts, and they assured me theyd have an update by the end of business day, which is now 40 minutes past at time of writing with zero response. Stay away from this branch, because apparently basic communication with the person who's car they broke is too hard for them.
