When the old service manager was there this place was amazing now they half do everything I waited 3 and a half weeks for parts 2 weeks later I had to bring the truck back. After getting the truck back the fan belt was loose and had to take it back got the oil change and the tech didn't screw it on all the way and we lost a quart of gas. The alignment was off so we put the truck in the body shop called the next day and the body parts guy says there is nothing wrong with the alignment this place has went to trash. But there is nothing wrong with the alignment

Work at a local carrier about 5 miles from here, from Mason at parts to Ed who worked on my truck, an awesome experience. They have a nice driver's lounge upstairs, and I knew it was going to be a while, they have a laundry upstairs too ! Keep up the great work and if the company has to do anymore warranty work, I hope they send me here ! Thanks OKC Rush !

Update: I was contacted by management who tried to make at least some amends by offering to pay for a brake sensor that went out after the brake job was complete, new lug covers and one new wheel cover. They followed up to make sure my repairs and parts came through. Also a much nicer apology for the previous trouble. No offer to compensate for my lost time or added expense of having to go to another facility to get the rear dualies pulled off. Still, it's enough to bring my original rating of 2 up to a 4. I have the original review below.Convenient location and authorized Ford service. I brought my RV in for some basic servicing. They found several other issues and a simple maintenance turned into a long ordeal. I'm glad they found things that could have been a problem down the road. They also worked with me to make sure I could still sleep in my coach overnight. Those are all positive.In fixing brakes, Rush could not remove my rear dualies. They charged me 2 hours to "try" and then sent me to a tire shop which was able to get the job done. That hiked my cost by several hundred dollars. Rush also treated my lug covers and tire caps roughly. They are dented and scratched. Finally I got an official email that all of my parts were in. I scheduled an appointment to get the last job done. I brought in the coach at 8 am. After waiting 6 hours I decided to ask for an update. I was told that there was a part that still wasn't in. The coach just sat there all that time. Why couldn't they tell me up front? Why would they let me waste all of that time? Later I get an email which simply read: "Apologies for the misinformation." I decided to cut bait and get the job done somewhere else. I won't be back.

I had a positive personal experience. The mechanic was able to run a history on my Pete codes and quickly identify the issue. In about 1 1/2 I was back on the road.

Very poor communication and service. My boss made an appointment for a simple repair while passing through. We told them we have a load to pick up later and we need out of there asap. They promised my boss it wouldn t be a problem and they could get to it right away. They did not get to it right away. It was 3.5 hrs before they started working on it and they didn t check to see if the repair fixed the issue. No one came and got me when the truck was finally done , my boss called and told me it was done since he had got the bill. Getting them paid so i could leave turned into another big ordeal with lots more time wasted. Finally make it out to the truck only to discover the problem was not in fact fixed at all. Boss man calls them back and they tell him they can get it back in the shop right away. I go to the service counter and they tell me to get a hotel the truck won t be done till the following morning. At this point I bought 2 wrench sets and the part and fixed it myself in 1 hr. They lie they don t communicate the the whole service department is a joke. The parts department seemed ok and very helpful but the service and mechanic department are a complete joke.

Rush Truck Center is a full service truck shop / dealership. They deal in new Peterbilt trucks and new Ford Commercial trucks. They also have a small collection of some used Peterbilt trucks on hand. Rush Truck Center of Oklahoma City is a nice clean shop that has reasonable prices on sales and service. They are one of the cheapest places in town to get your DOT inspection done on your trucks. They are conveniently located on the West side of OKC just off Interstate 40. If you have to stay and wait on your truck to be repaired, they have a nice tucker lounge waiting area upstairs. They also have a decent selection of vending machine snack items to choose from.

Parts chargers here if they can't see what's wrong with the truck by a lap top they can't fix it even when it's common knowledge of what's wrong with the truck so had it towed out after 2 days right to kenworth and 45 minutes later kenworth had me up and running cause they actually had common sense but iv been to rush truck centers before and received the same disappointment

0 stars if I could!Bought a used Peterbilt June 2023 from Rush OKC. In less than 90 days and driven less than 10k miles it was in the shop for 2 weeks and spent 10k due to this dealership selling us a truck with a compromised electrical system. My local Rush said the electrical system was butchered. Reached out to used truck manager in OKC and he provided no assistance at all! Stay away from this place.

I just bought my truck on Friday. So when my Simi broke down, I came into the service center frustrated. However Troy was calm kind professional and informative. Troy exemplified the service guarantee (see image)Thank you Troy for being an outstanding person. You made me day better!

There is no rush here. We were passing through OKC and had an engine problem with our rv. After searching we decided on this rv repair shop and were told if we brought it in first thing Tuesday morning a tech could triage it and get it into the queue. On FRIDAY my husband was told there were still 12 customers ahead of us and they updated- emailed -the new promise date to the 24th. Today-Monday- my husband was able to speak directly to the service manager and as of 1: 30pm it's next in line to be diagnosed. I would not recommend this place for travelers.

Stay away from body and paint. Management is oblivious and does not take care of customers. READ READ READ terms of agreement. You do not sign anything. It's posted that if you leave your vehicle for repairs, then you agree to terms. Their terms cover them in any way possible. Which is a big red flag. They know there will be problems. They hire assistants to do their dirty work, such as emails and phones, so the big wigs do not have to deal with anyone. CROOKS! BE AWARE! Truck looks terrible. Looks as though they reused parts and now the side that was NOT wrecked is leaking. But,I am so done, I will fix myself.And no, I do not want to call and speak to you Rush Truck Center. I've been talking to you for too long. Same excuses. You guys have no idea what is going on. You guys know you're being shady and have no care for your customers. Only want to talk after the fact.

If I could give them no stars I would. Took 8 days for pick up tubes and 25 feet of fuel line replacement. They lied multiple times about ordering the fuel line and I had to personally find the fuel line for them. I loaded cattle, got 200 miles down the road and realized they fumbled the entire job. I have fuel pouring out of one of my tanks because they had absolutely no idea what they were doing. Plus they never put the shut off valves back on my fuel tanks. I would sell my truck and quit trucking before I took my truck back to them.

Poor customer service. When I was there they had maybe two people in front of me and one behind me so four total customers and there were two employees working and one using the computer and talking on his cell phone. It took an hour for them to get me the parts I needed. When I did finally get them they told me they were sitting on a cart outside and I could load them myself and make sure I threw whatever cores I brought with me at the end of the building. Freightliner is a little more expensive but they use a lot of the same parts as Peterbilt and they have A+ customer service. They don t treat the customer like it bothers them to do their job. I will gladly pay a little extra for better customer service.

I purchased a new Pete here in 2020, had a great experience with the sales department, but then a couple years later I lost a gear in my transmission 70 miles north of OKC and was towed here. Found out I was 7000 miles out of warranty but Eaton decided to help me out by giving me $2500 in assist because I was just out of warranty and it was a part failure that shouldn t of happened. After 3 weeks of calling them daily because they absolutely never communicate with you it was finally fixed. No mention on the bill of Eaton s $2500 credit and completely over charged me on labor, when I called them about it I ve completely been ignored and told that they will call me back and never do!! Never again will I do business with Rush OKC again!! What a bunch of rip off artists!

STOP!!! If you are in need of any truck care, services or repairs, I highly recommend Rush!!! Quick, thorough, diagnostics and repair! Literally less than 24hrs from time we pulled up until we pulled out!! The guys at the service department went above and beyond to help us out and take care of us while waiting on our truck. They re not typical truck repair dealership. They do NOT tell you something outrageous is wrong and actually only be a simple repair. I cannot say enough good about this place and their people. Casey is the best!!! 10/10 oh and they are open 7 days a week!!~The Leggett s/JRS Trucking.

0 star for this place . Unprofessional and slow. Check in at 8:00 09/22/22 my truck engine light it on and need to do Increase speed from 65mph to 72 mph(engine parameters adjustment). After one day I got email from them my truck need to change SENSOR PARTICULATESENSOR PARTICULATE CoreGASKET AFM DEVICEand Engine parameters adjustEstimate price include labor $1803.66 and I decided to fix it. I wait for email and call for update until 9/27/22 I got email my truck fixed already. i lost my time for 6 day I picked up my truck as soon as I received the email and paid for the repair $1803.66 while I was driving home My truck is still only able to run 65mph. That means he hasn't fixed what I've told them. but still charge me the same price 1803.66. I immediately went back there and tried to explain to them that they forgot the requested repair item but still charged me the same price. They said ok we'll fix it but I told him, can you confirm you can finish it in two hours? Because I've been wasting my time here for days and they don't agree. I told them to reduce the price of the unrepaired portion. After the process was done, I immediately drove out of there.I think for a professional mechanic it's very easy to change a few sensors and do engine parameters adjust can be completed in one day evenNo more back to this placeI have proof of everything if you think I'm lying.

Body Shop has done and lost their minds. I will be taking my business elsewhere, how can you fire Ashley She was an extraordinary employee and now that she is at Pro nos I will be taking my business to her. Rush Body Shop, And the two mice managers watch out, all they care about is $$$ and not the customers. Do not do business with them.

Their parts guys don't know what they are doing or looking at. They messed up pricing from what I was quoted but at least made that right initially; however, they didn't get the right parts or the complete parts that were asked for which cost more than the initial parts quoted. This job im doing is going through an insurance claim creating even more of a headache to try and get approval for the other parts that were suppose to come with the kit but didn't and puts me behind schedule on this job another week or two costing me over $120 from my commissions if thing can't get worked out. Giving 2 stars since they don't always have this many issues but compared to MHC, FP, and other suppliers the errors encountered with Rush are far more numerous.

WARNING TO ALL!!!!!AVOID AT ALL COST!!!Rush in OKC is a joke. Everyone there is incompetent, no clue what they are doing and unlike their name implies they are slow. Our truck went in for emergency repairs in the beginning of July 2022, we didn't get it back until Sept 16 2022. Two months of no income. They gave us the run around about why it was taking so long, not able to get the parts they needed to fix it among others. They lost parts that were shipped to them that magically appeared the following week in their shop. That truck is our lively hood, the bread and butter of our business and they didn't care. They are way over priced too. It went in with brand new batteries, they killed them and had to put new ones on, of course charged us for them. If I could give them 0 stars I would because they don't deserve the one star.

I had a very good experience this time after having to put my truck in the shop. I can definitely see a positive change. I was contacted by the service manager who cared about my urgency and had pleasant conversation with the service writers when I called to check the status. I was even greeted by the tech that test drove my truck and felt he showed real interest in what he was doing.This was a good experience and calmed my nerves while needing an untimely repair.

2/2024 Update. Sucks worse. Parts department are horrible.Service department makes chronic mistakes. Parts department is impressively slow. The employees here just really don t care.

Great service, Great staff,, Late Review. Back in Sep 2020 i brought my 2020 579 with only 800 miles on it in with a leaking radiator. Late on a Friday night. The got me checked in and and started working on my truck at at 0700 the next morning. I was out of the shop with a new radiator by 1700. The service writers night and day were great. Answered all my questions and got me back on the road quickly. I highly recommend this shop for service. I will be back if i need service on my truck and i am in the area.
