Good work on my car. Reasonable pricing. The mechanic was great.However, the communication with me about what was going on was poor. The business didn't let me know they didn't accept credit or debit cards before the work was done. There was also some miscommunication about the work done, and when I was to get my vehicle back.Ultimately, the pads and rotors were replaced the day I brought it in. That's why I think the business is 5 worth five stars. Getting the job done is what it's really about!

I showed up 20 minutes before close with a problem with my back wheel grinding. They started working immediately with no complaints. Changed my brakes and completely fixed the grinding issue. Charged me an extremely fair price for the work and I was back on the road in 30 minutes. I plan on using this shop for all my future work needed. Would rate more than 5 stars if I could. Also, they have the cutest shop puppy there to keep you company while you wait.

My car got shattered by a deer and I took it to 3 different mechanics before bringing it to Roger s workshop and I have to say amongst all three I had the best experience here , the others were rather looking to exploit from my situation rather than focusing on helping me and the time duration they gave me in-order to fix the car was too long but at Roger s it went so smoothly , he did the job excellently in a very short period of time and at a very reasonable price. My car looks brand new FR! Absolutely recommend!!!

Needed some work done on my 94 ranger work truck. I've had the same mechanic for 20+ years and he retired last December so I was left to find a new one. I called Roger's place this morning and he got me in and out today! Extremely professional and beyond honest. Could of easily charged me hundreds more than what he did just chasing down the electrical issue. This man will go above and beyond for you everytime. I've found my new mechanic is all I can say. Don't pass this guy up when your car is sick. Honest mechanics are a diamond in the rough and this guy is shining bright!

Got quoted nearly 700 dollars by a corporate entity for something that wasn't even wrong with my vehicle. Rogers identified the problem and fixed it in 5 minutes for 20 bucks. Don't get scammed by other auto shops, go to Rogers.

Roger and the guys at Rogers Auto Service do NOT know what they are doing and are very professional Usually.I called Roger himself and told him that my engine was not working and I want to swap it out with a good working engine. After having a New engine shipped to Rogers Auto Service, they quickly did a terrible Rush job on my car. The entire engine swap was done in about 7-8 hours. However; Nothing worked properly when he called to tell me it was ready! I took it for a test drive and the car would not go faster than 15mph even with the gas pedal all the way to the floor!! (03/09/2022)Update (08/31-/2022): it hasn t even been a full 6 months and the engine is out again already from failed timing chain, just like the last one. Come to find out Roger didn t double check any of his work and all sorts of sensors were left unplugged or seized due to his work even with proper maintenance.He did Bare minimum work while charging the Maximum for EVERYTHING!!Told me the total would be $500 as a first time customer but ended up charging $1200 which I did not have or plan to pay. They do NOT give any receipts either after paying. Don t go here!! He will tell you one price as a quote than try to triple it. Some sort of immigrant operations.They barely understand or speak any English at all.Will Never go back!- Highly NOT Recommend!! CarltonServices: Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

This young man was honest and I felt like he did an excellent job. We were from Tulsa and my vehicle started over heating. We needed help badly. He worked me in at 9:00 AM. and had me complete by 5:00. He gave me a good price too.

Roger had a transmission replaced in a 2018 Chevy Sierra in less than one day. It has been great without any problems or hesitation.The price was reasonable and the service was fast. The truck was kept clean as well.

This Auto Shop has the kindest employees working. I was from out of town and my window got rolled down and wouldn t come back up. I called around to multiple places and this is the only place that was willing to get me right in and get it taken care of for me in such a timely manner. I will forever be grateful for the generosity that was show to me this day due to the circumstances I was in. I would 100% recommend them. Thank you again for your time, service and kindness.

I ve been here twice now and haven t been disappointed yet. Roger is very nice and professional. My car is always done in a timely manner and done right. As a female we tend to get over priced but not here they are honest and that s greatly appreciated

High recommend this place! Our car was damaged and not drivable after sliding into a curb on the ice on Friday night, and I was fearing we'd be without the car for at least a week. Roger got us in the next day when most other shops were closed, did great work for a fair price, and finished our car way before I expected. We already have our car back and running smoothly two days after dropping it off. Great overall experience!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment

This place is exactly what I want when I take my truck somewhere to get worked on. My starter went out in my Toyota Tundra and I took it to multiple places that said it would take days and be very expensive. Rogers got it done in a couple hours for a very fair price. I highly recommend this place for any vehicle issues

Man.... Rogers Auto Service is my NEW spot... these guys are fast, knowledgeable, and Fair priced. I Got my vehicle back in 24hrs he answered all my questions, and actually got back to me when I called or texted him. This is an honest auto service shop which is a rare thing these days! I called Rogers Service to have my 2011 Nissan Rogue A/C compressor installed and refilled. They were able t o get my car done in a day. i purchased the part from amazon and asked if they could install and they were able to install it no questions asked. I will use this shop again to install any parts needed for engine work! 5 stars around!Service: Air & cabin filter replacement

First of all i dont know how they got the 5 stars, must be from friends and relatives. From my experience, i will give a 1 star. Took my car in for a front struts replacement, after receiving the car back, i took it for a test drive and notice its still unstable. Call the owner he told me to take it back in so he can take a look. So i waited til Monday morning to drop the car off since its my only day off. On Monday at 6 i drove to the shop and ask if it was ever looked at. He said that he was too busy and didnt have time. Terrible business. And the place seems filthy and clutter. Dont waste your time . You will regret it.!Service: Steering & suspension repair

I took my car to 2 different auto shops cuz it failed inspection. I wanted it to be diagnosed and repaired but I was told they can't find anything. Rogers was able to diagnose the electrical problem within 3hours. He is efficient and communicates with you if your car has to stay. Prices are reasonable compared to the other places I've been to. Thank you Rogers Auto Services.

Rogers Auto Service and his team did an amazing job on repairing my vehicle. I brought my car in for struts repair and a/c repair ..he noticed other issues that a previous mechanic missed. Great customer service, timely and effective work, best price I ve found. Roger was transparent and honest about the issue, quickly fixed it, and did it for an honest price. I highly recommend, and will be returning to Rogers for any future repairs.
