This is about a month s ago experience; My bf went to get a battery exchange for a 96R a lady said that they didn't have another one that was exact same as the one he bought back to exchange so she gave him another one saying that it would fit and if not he could exchange it/buy one of the $90+ ones well it didn t fit bc it was too big, he wanted to get another one but since they closed for the day I just went to Sam s Club since they have brand new batteries for $40 more ($130 BRAND NEW BATTERIES AT SAM S CLUB). Rather than waiting and possibly getting a battery and it not working/too big issues. Well when I told him to go back the new day to return the battery bc I just went ahead and bought the new one and how it was there fault for selling you a battery that didn t fit even though he questioned it. Well that day the guy working told him they don t do refunds only exchanges and when my bf told them how he was sold the wrong battery the guy said they dont do that and that it was just him not installing it right because it does fit, he worked on many different cars so he knows that it would and it s a users error. My bf is not a argumentative dude, so he just took the gift card/store credit and left. So when he told me I called because we don't need a gift card (I have a 2023 car and he had a new battery now idk when/why we would need to return back to this place) I asked to talk to a manager (same day all this occurred) the guy told me they didnt have managers then switched it up and said he s the manager then when I called him out on it he said well they only had a owner and he was on vacation so in the meantime he was considered the manager. So I told him he must ve been the person he just had the whole altercation with 10 mins ago and he said he was and basically did the whole tangent of you just dont know how to install etc etc so I called him out again and said how unprofessional and that s not customer service to blame a customer, because if the battery fit as he kept suggesting I would have why would I went to buy a new one ? Make it make sense. My bf made a review when this happened which I m assuming when the owner was back and said we can come back to get the refund, which we did. So it s resolved now but I feel that back and forth shouldn t have happened I m also attached photos of what the issue and why it didn t work for the employee who kept saying it was us not installing right (which batteries are straightforward to install ) the battery was too large and wouldn't go over the indent in the casing, so if the battery wasnt fitting, it was clearly bc it s not supposed to be in this car I wouldn t have minded getting the gift card /store credit if that was their policy (on their website the #1 or #2 rule is that they do refund fyi and I would assume since they sold use the wrong battery we would be warranted a refund bc my bf told the lady he didn't think it would fit) and we would just take that L and let the gift card just sit but I wasn't going to let them have our money and we be given store credit to come back when they have terrible service and just generally don't see any reason to go back in any nearby future. Long story short just go to sam s if you have the extra money and get a battery that s brand new rather saving $60-$40 going to these discounted batteries I think it s save you in the long run rather then having to constantly go back to these places every few months.

Actually super appreciate of them. Someone stole the battery out of my car and I was able to come and get a battery quick and easy. And with the warranty (I missed it) I was able to still get a cool deal. He s extremely accommodating and kind.

I bought a battery from them 3 months ago it worked perfectly fine and now the battery will not start my vehicle I replaced alternator and my starter just to be sure. The only thing they said that they could do was give me $10 off if I buy a new battery from them.The batteries are trash I would not recommend

Hi revolt battery exchange they're very fair. They helped me courteously and efficiency I didn't have to stand around and wait like some other places. I got the new battery with 12 month warranty and I've had no issues to date. Totally satisfied and the man running it was really cool. Even installed it for me. I truly appreciate the customer service here! Thank you!

It's says $40 batteries I didn't see any $40 batteries they wanted almost 100 to replace mine with a used one that's the price with me giving them my old one that's crazy lol
