Customer service is strongly lacking. I had a utility bed installed and within a year the backup camera fell out and broke. Spent 2 months trying to get an answer for replacement and would never receive a response. Eventually showed up face to face and got referred somewhere else.

Most of the reviews are of previous employment and not of paying customers. It was a pleasure working with Caseco, but when Reading Truck and Equipment bought them out, the management team and the quality of the product went down hill pretty fast. Employees salary was capped for a year and the product was pushed out the door in a hurry just so the management got their bonus and credit for pushing the work out the door. irregardless of what it cost the company and at the expense of their own employees.
