This place has great customer service and great prices! From the moment we called and set up our appointment the staff member was really nice. They have an option to drop off your vehicle which was really helpful for us. Had our vehicle ready by the time they estimated to us beforehand. We met the owner of this shop and him and his team were amazing throughout the whole service. They answered all of our questions and did not make us feel rushed even though they were busy. Not once did we feel like they were trying to add other services we did not request. Will definitely come again and recommend. One of the best shops in Midwest City!

Rapid Service Center has been my go to place for years and they always fix my vehicles quickly. Seriously, they were able to replace my alternator before I was able to finish my lunch!All the mechanics are top notch and do great work!

Was given Steven Tyler s number by a friend when the transmission on my 2018 Silverado started to go. It was a big expense, but they did their best to cut costs for me. They rebuilt my transmission and had me on the road in just a few days. It s a major expense any way you slice it, but the transmission I have now is better than a new factory one would have ever been, as the transmission was recalled not long after it left the line. I m totally satisfied, and recommend these guys to anyone.

They checked out my engine, told me what was wrong, and even told me the right brand of part to use. I know it is the right brand, because I tried installing a new part from a different brand and ran into the same issue. I then installed the brand they recommended and the engine issue was resolved. Bottom line: they know cars and are honest/helpful.

10/10 recommend!!! My engine started smoking as I was 37 weeks pregnant. Usually my husband takes care of these things for me, but he has been in the hospital. Rapid Service Center made room in their already busy schedule to examine my car in and figured out the issue in no time! Not to mention, this all happened the day before Thanksgiving, the day I went into labor. It s such a huge weight off of my shoulders knowing they were able to accommodate me so quickly so I would have a vehicle to drive!!!

I have been using Rapid's for many yrs. They are my "go to" when it comes to auto repair. Finding an honest auto repair is like looking for a needle in a haystack.. well, they're that needle. I recommend them with full confidence.

What an amazing shop! I d give this this place 10 stars, I needed a little alignment and Steven was able to get me in and all fixed up! There s no where else I d take my business, they took care of my truck promptly and professionally!

They were quick and efficient and saved me money when I took my van in for a Check Engine light for my Catalytic Converters.I ended up not having to have them replaced.Very pleased with the results thus far

Excellent service. Great staff. I got and alignment and oil change. The staff is extremely knowledgeable. The cost was below what I would of paid anywhere else. Highly recommend. Our family has been using Rapid for a few years now. They have serviced our vehicles in many ways including basic oil change, tune up, AC repair as well as other needs. Professionalism, courtesy, timeliness, price and excellent service are all qualities that they excel in. I've been bringing my car here for the past 4 years, and these guys are the best. I wouldn't bring my car anywhere else. The staff are very kind and respectful. They get the job done quick and very affordable compared to other places I've been. I never feel like I was cheated or lied to, and my car is always back to running smoothly in no time at all.

I could not recommend Rapid Service Center enough. While driving my brand new tire home, it just rubbed completely through due to it being installed incorrectly and left me with a busted up tire. Luckily, I got my car here, and everyone there was so helpful. Especially Stephen! He really went above and beyond to make sure I got out of there safely and with the resources to make that happen.This was my first experience with Rapid Service Center, and I would definitely return again! Friendly staff with a lot of knowledge to repair vehicles with various issues. I've used them several occasions and have always drive away pleased with their repairs, services, and quick turnaround times. I recommend to call them first & discuss your vehicles issues to make sure they are able to repair, plus schedule an appointment . No one likes having vehicle issues but at least if you do, Rapid can be a great asset!

These guys are my mechanics for as long as their open! The level of service is unmatched. They are thorough, honest, and extremely reliable. They looked at my kids car and we were sure it had a suspension issue. Turns out it as a loose piece of plastic. They went ahead and checked the suspension and brakes to be sure. I had a loose stud that I had to replace somewhat emergently before I could get a new LR tire, so I was sent over to Rapid Service Center. They were full until the following week, but I explained my situation to them and they were very kind about it and fit me in quickly the next day so I would have my car for my clinical rotation that starts on Monday. I really appreciated it, and they did great work!Service: Tires

I took my daughters 2008 dodge Ram here and left with them on a Friday! The front driver side wheel hub came off of the vehicle while she was driving! Rapid did a fantastic job and got the truck done by Wednesday! He was very reasonable on the price! I have used Rapid for a couple different issues with my vehicle. They communicated well about the issues with my vehicle, what repairs were needed, and pricing for the repairs. The repairs are done quickly and efficiently. The staff are friendly and willing to help. I will continue to use them for any repairs that I need in the future.

Steven and his team have always been our go to for vehicle maintenance. I bought a used vehicle and wanted to get an inspection. He showed me what was done for my tuneup and one of my plugs was starting to misfire and walked me through the process of my transmission flush. Listed no other defects and was reasonably priced. Will continue to recommend!

I m beyond impressed with the customer service! RAPID is no joke- I think I was there an hour and a half before driving away feeling cool in my newly air-conditioned car. They are honest. Instead of charging me thousands on an AC job, they showed me the real problem and charged the correct price. Thank you Rapid for appreciating my anxiety of having to find a new mechanic.
